    From the minute I called Ace Appliance, every thing was professional and employees were courteous. "Bert" was my service rep and he was awesome! Showed up on time, very knowledgeable and explained everything to me so I understood what was going to take place. Bert really made this emergency situation in my life bearable and quickly got my refrigerator back to good working order! Thank you ACE Appliance for helping me! Very Satisfied and I would definitely use Ace in the future.

    The rudest service person possible! The service tech wanted to install a "kit" on the drain line. When I asked if he was referring to the "p-trap" he said that he didn't know. I asked that if there was an alternate to fix the problem without installing the trap ( I know that there is) he got very rude. He started asking "How long have you been fixing refrigerators"? I mentioned that there was no need to get rude, and that I am a Professional engineer and I do know something about refrgerators. He said "the find someone else to fix the problem" and walked out. Totally unprofessional behavior!

    Craig is one of the most ethical people my husband and I have ever met. His service fee was half the price of his competitors and he came back to check to make sure everything was working. He was the only one that would give me a quote before he came out and texted me several times the day of the service to let me know his arrival time. He is basically a nice person who cares more about the job being done well and his customer being happy than many other repair companies we've used.

    Repair was quick and easy! Craig was extremely pleasant to work with. It took about a week for them to follow up after my initial Voicemail; upon leaving a second Voicemail, Craig called me back the next day. I just attribute this to a busy schedule for AARS.

    Our home in Rancho Cucamonga is 9 years old and we have lived in it for the past 6 years.  In 6 years I previously had Sears come out twice (every 2 years) to perform service tune-ups on our 2 heat pump units.  There were no prior problems, just routine maintenance and service, etc.  On 7/20/2015 I awoke and noted that our second floor was warmer than usual.  I check the thermostat and saw that the upstairs temperature was 82'F even though the thermostat was set at 73'F.  A check of the vents revealed that they were blowing hot air.  Went outside and noted that only one of our two heat pumps was working and that the one that was not working would sporadically make a "clicking" sound as if it was trying to start, but could not.  I checked the local coupon book and began calling HVAC services that were offering A/C tune-up specials.  I called three local HVAC services that were listed in the RC/Upland area.  Left messages for all 3, but only two returned my call.  The local RC service was honest and told me that due to the current heat wave in the area that they were swamped and could not get to me for at least two weeks or longer.  The second provider called back and was able to schedule a service visit 10 days later.  So I decided to call a listed HVAC service in Riverside, CA that was offering a $59.00 Summer A/C Special.  The woman in the business office was very friendly and, after obtaining my address, politely informed me that they already had a scheduled service visit in Rancho Cucamonga the following morning and that they would have a technician come to our home after that appointment.  Sold !!  The next morning I received a phone call from "Todd" who informed me that he was at another job in Rancho Cucamonga but would be able to come to our home sometime after 12 noon on that same date.  At 12 noon Todd called to inform me that he would arrive at or about 1:00 pm, which he did.  Todd was very polite and extremely informative.  He slowly and methodically performed maintenance checks on both heat pumps and found that the inoperable heat pump had a capacitor that needed replacement.  Replacement cost was approximately $180 and I approved the part replacement.   Todd was at our home for approximately 90 minutes and performed what appeared to me to be a very thorough inspection and maintenance check on each of the two heat pumps, checking the refrigerant and verifying the interior temps as indicated on our two indoor thermostats.   I have to say that Todd is one of the most knowledgeable and personable service techs we have had come to our home in recent years.  (During our conversation  it came up that we were both U.S. Air Force veterans and had served at the base at separate times).  I was completely satisfied with the services performed for the price we paid... but the story gets better !!

    Fast forward one week and we awoke on 7/30/2015 to find that our downstairs living area was very warm and the vents were blowing warm air.  "Oh no" we thought; could it be?  Yes it was.  The other heat pump that had not had any previously problems was now "clicking" and not operating.  I waited until 8:01 am and called SHELDON'S A/C & HEATING business office in Riverside.  Someone answered on the first ring and I explained that Todd had been out to our home one week earlier to do a "Summer A/C Tune-Up" one each of our 2 heat pumps and now one was not working.  The customer service rep took my name, address and phone number and said he would get back to me.  Thirty minutes later I received a call that Todd would be back out to our home before 12 noon.  Todd called me at 10 am and inquired about the "symptoms" of the heat pump failure and stated that he would see me around 11 am.  Todd arrived a few minutes before 11 am and quickly diagnosed the problem as a failed capacitor in our second heat pump.  Sh#t happens and I was prepared to pay for the second part, but much to my satisfaction and surprise, Todd informed me that due to the fact that I had just paid for a tune-up and service check on that heat pump one week earlier, that there would be no charge for his labor nor for the replacement capacitor -- that it was all provided compliments of SHELDON'S A/C & HEATING.  Wow .....  these days it doesn't get any better than that !!  

    I wholeheartedly recommend SHELDON'S A/C & HEATING for all of your HVAC needs in the I.E.  Todd is the man !!

    After noticing late yesterday that I had a problem, I called them at 8:30 and before 11:30 they were finished and my machine is like new again.  From the beginning, talking with the charming Ana on the phone who scheduled the appointment - - to the prompt Matt who called to make sure he had the right equipment with him before he showed up.  Everything was flawless.  Nice, neat, prompt, thorough, respectful, and efficient.  What a great company.  I highly recommend them.

    Craig is Awesome! the ice maker in my freezer wasn't making ice. I called Craig and he came out the very next day. When he looked at my ice maker he found that the electronic eyes were not working. But, he thought there may have been an additional reason why I was
    not getting ice. He pulled out the fridge and found that the water flow to the freezer was too low...I was going to need a plumber...instead of
    charging me for the trip to my house, he put me in touch with a plumber he often works with. The plumber came out the very next day, fixed the water flow problem ( for a Very reasonable price) then called Craig. Craig came right back out, replaced the electric eyes, and
    never charged for the extra trips. The price for replacing the eyes was Very Reasonable. Craig was honest, helpful, and skilled at his
    work. I will definitely use AARS again and will recommend them to my friends. Thanks AARS and thanks Angie's List!

    This is the second time that I've used AARS and, as usual, Craig provided the best quality service at a very reasonable price. I scheduled an appointment and at the last minute, I had to cancel due to a previous engagement. Craig squeezed me in his busy schedule and repaired my dishwasher that very same day.

    My oven had been out of commission for several years, so finally decided to find an appliance repair person to determine what the problem was and hopefully fix the oven.  By checking on Angies List, I found AARS Appliance Repair close by the house, which I called and scheduled an appointment.  Craig arrived in the window he indicated. He quickly determined what  the problem was once I described what the oven was doing/not doing.  Took Craig an hour or so to take the oven apart, replace the igniter and make sure it worked.  I also asked him the check the burners, since I was having some problems with three of them.  He removed all the burners, cleaned them out and all is good with my old stove.  He charged me $129.00 for parts and labor, which I thought was very reasonable, plus I received my Angies List 10% discount. While he was here, I asked if he could check my clothes washer, and if necessary, he could return another time to work on the washer.  I do have some leaks appearing on the floor, but of course it was not leaking at the time Craig was here.  I am monitoring the washer for a future call.  And yes I do recommend AARS Appliance Repair to anyone in need of appliance repair, and in fact, I passed his name onto a friend.
