They took about 3 weeks to complete the job instead of 1 week. I have to call them just to push this project and to come along. I also think they didn't communicate very well in timely manner. I would not use them again. But I though the bathroom in then end was good. It's good except for one of the guys damaged the door frame in the bathroom it has a 9 inch cracked through the deeply in the wood....

They repaired the dry rot in the wall, replaced the shower wall, door, and also they put on the vinyl on the bathroom floor.

I’m really sad you feel this [Member Information Removed] it is impossible to remodel your bathroom in 1 week. When we ordered the new marble wall panels for the new shower it was a 10 day turn around. Plus all of the other materials that was damaged by the mold. What I learned from this is that I need to be more clearer on the time frames it takes to perform our repairs. Thank you for your respon...A
