AApproved Contractor, Inc.I recently go a whole new set of windows for my condo. Justin was so nice, professional, knowledgeable, patient and communicative. He took his time to review my HOA documents and get my new windows done to the specific requirements. This was not a quick or easy process, and Justin handled it with grace. He went above an beyond to make sure he was doing a quality job that met my HOA's super specific requirements. My new windows are not only gorgeous, but they keep my condo cool and they are almost sound proof! I would highly recommend Justin and Approved Contractor for any job! AIPS Window CoveringsKevin came out to do our estimate and showed up on time. He explained the options and was timely with the measurements. We had him quote the bottom floor of our two story house. We didn’t think we would want that nice of window coverings upstairs since nobody would see them but us. He told me, “After I install these, your wife will have me come back to measure the windows for the upstairs”. He was right. We now have them on every window in out house. When they arrived, he has a system to install them efficiently. He cleaned up everything and you couldn’t tell he was even here with the exception of the new window coverings. We’ve had our for a few years and the product has held up well and easy to clean. Our dogs like to put their noses against them to look out the windows. They still look as good as the day they were installed and way better than the blinds you buy at the local hardware store. These really dress up the look of the windows. AWe were informed very late, that a part required to do the job was not received, thereby delaying installation by a week. We were inconvenienced by having to arrange to be home, again, on site, another day and time. Poor execution by the HD installation team. The final product was excellent and installed expertly.

AThey did an excellent job. We now have automatic shades and can close them to keep the room cool during the day or to make it darker at night. About 6 or 8 months in, one of the shades broke, likely due to a roof replacement we did on that part of the house. (The roofers removed the skylights and reseated them.) I called Reseda Shade Co. to repair it and to my surprise, they completely replaced it, free of charge, and also replaced another one they thought might have the same issue, but which hadn't broken yet! No charge for either replacement! They were polite and cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely hire again.

AThe work done is absolutely beautiful! We had hardwood floors, carpeting , and tile work done. Dave guided us through every step and went out of his way to make sure we were happy.
