ARiptide Moving and DeliveryLiterally a flawless move! We decided to go with Riptide for a local 20 mile move of our 2 bedroom home. We wanted to go with a smaller company so we knew what we were getting and we are so glad we did! Jake and Joe were amazing. They jumped right in and hustled all day. Communication was excellent and they made sure to check in all day. We had several fragile pieces of furniture and they managed to move it all during a hail storm and gale force winds in SD with no damage. They even dropped by the one small item we left behind another day. Professional, communicative, and very polite. Treated our stuff as if it was there one. Look no further!!!- Kirsten H.

AThe moving service went smoothly although one dining room chair was damaged during the move. MSJ movers were notified of the issue and the item was promptly repaired per contract agreement. All aspects of the move were handled in a prompt and timely manner. Initially, I was concerned about the handling of the damaged property, but since that issue was handled to our satisfaction, I am revising my review and would like to withdraw the original review on 10/30/20.

FBait and Switch! I've never worked with a company so alluring and dishonest IN MY LIFE! Prior to loading day we had a $6,600 quote that was updated to a $10,500 quote only to have the truck and packers show up and increase our total to $20,000!!!!!!! We had packed everything but the furniture! The trucking company representative from Roadrunner (Polaris Moving is the parent company) said she was now our contact. She "fired Moving APT!!!" We are now in week 10 post moving to WI and our belongings are STILL NOT HERE!!! Roadrunner has taken our goods hostage forcing us to get a lawyer!! I will NEVER use Angie's List or a broker again!! This has been nothing short of a nightmare!

AAwesome, stress free experience. Royce and his partner Jake (?) were outstanding. When our truck load was 160 lbs over the truck's weight limit of 8,500 lbs, they removed their spare tools and equipment and drove the 890 miles with no more than 1/2 their fuel load to stay underweight. Nothing damaged and they were so helpful in getting all our furniture and boxes into the right places. Protected walls and floors and disassembled and reassembled beds and tables without issues. Outstanding and would hire them again. Thank you!
