ASimon Cleaning Service OneWhen I hired them originally, they were very punctual and great house cleaners. Today was the second time scheduled at 9AM. At 10:00 am I called to see if they were coming. Simon said they would be coming at 12Noon. I called at 1:40 and he informed me they would not be coming and tried to contact me. He did not call. I have a serious tooth ache and had to cancel my dentist appt. Very, very unprofessional.- Colleen K.

DThe First two appointments were a No Show and I had to reschedule, The third did actually show up. I paid for the 6 hour service, but when I returned, there was still a lot to be done. The House was not that dirty to begin with. Still, The cleaning was Fair, but their is still dirt and dust that will need to be cleaned by me. He missed the valance on the blinds, the floor boards and the Sweeping and Mopping didn't clean the tile floor.
