  I did have troubles using the deal through Angie’s List website. However, when I called the company directly, I had no troubles with scheduling. The technician was able to complete the job very quickly. My experience with them was great! Everything was fine.

  The knowledgeable and personable technician was very professional, explained what was needed and why the process was superior to competitors, which made sense. I had read about the process online. However, the end result was actually worse than before cleaning, with the carpet feeling less soft (stiffer) and looking more matted than before cleaning.
  Many of the stains were not removed, which is understandable on the off-white pile, though the traffic areas actually look worse than before and not sure why. The pile has changed, looking more crushed and variable and the overall appearance is far inferior to the carpet's appearance before "cleaning."
  I was crestfallen to have spent the money for a result that was worse than before.

  .Guys worked hard and fast.  The carpet came out looking great.  We had stains come out that previous cleaners were unable to get out.  Looks almost new.  The couch was a mess from teenagers eating on it, but it looks great.  Was going to donate the recliner, it was so stained.  Came out really nice.  The closet carpet install was fine, looks the way it is suppose to.  They tried to repair my husbands do it yourself install, but not much they could do.  It looks better, but they can't eliminate seams from the poorly cut scraps my husband used.  They were very up front about not being able to work miracles with this repair job before they started.  Carpet was fairly dry when they left and they left little foam tiles under the legs of the furniture.

  Clean King responds promptly. They act professionally. Their work is finished quickly, but with care. I was given instructions for drying time and how to keep air flowing in the house for the best recults. I am very pleased with this company.

  The owner Lou, is the nicest person I've ever talked to.  I've been using them for over 12 years.  He's had Jacob come out every time to our home.  They are efficient, clean, and polite.  They do a nice job.  He calls when he has specials.  They show up on time.  I will continue to use them.

  WE CARE CARPET & UPHOLSTERY CLEANING

  This was my third time using We Care and we are about to have them come out again next week. They are a local Ramona company and the owner, Lou, is a great guy and he is really thoughtful and attentive. They have always been on time and do a thorough job. We have three cats and two dogs and alot of "pet odor" issues and that is one thing I can say about getting the carpets done is that they come out smelling fresh and clean. I highly recommend We Car and if you live in Ramona it is always the right thing to do to keep your business "up the hill" with local vendors.

  WE CARE CARPET & UPHOLSTERY CLEANING

  Very responsive management, friendly and thorough.
  On-site personnel (two men) were very professional and efficient.
  Both carpets and furniture looked great.
  My only complaint, overall, was that the volume of the machinery in their truck (to pressurize the system) was very loud and I felt bad for my neighbors. I asked the technician about that and he said that the company was in the process of getting a better truck so that situation would be corrected. I assume that has been accomplished.

  Hearth & Home Chem-Dry

  They were awesome. We called them yesterday (Memorial Day) and they actually offered to come out that day even though it was a holiday. We had them come today and they did a great job. They were very polite, very clean, and very professional. Their price was also very reasonable.
