Ryan was perfect to work with and he contributed so many terrific ideas. We got every single thing we wanted and we managed to stay pretty close to budget. We absolutely believed we got the best value for our dollar. All of his workers are great detail oriented perfectionists. They were on time and just really nice people. Special shout out to Jesus, our foreman who always kept us informed of the work schedules and made sure everything was just perfect for us. ABest-Rate Repair CompanyMike came out to do our estimate. He listened to what we wanted, made suggestions and gave us a fair and honest price. The work was done to our satisfaction. AAll Star Appliance RepairJon showed up when he said he would, and shortly resolved the problem---an intermittent switch buried deep in the electrical box. He quickly fixed it , and it's been working to my complete satisfaction ever since, saving me the trouble and cost of replacing this usually-reliable but lovable antique. AEco FixI have a new Bosch stacked washer that recently ran out of warranty, and it had been making loud and odd noises since purchased, increasing in loudness as time progressed. I knew it was a unique situation and it would take a technician with some patient investigational skills to navigate this situation. Noah was awesome right from the get go! He was specific in his communication of his experience and his knowledge of Bosch appliances, so we both did not feel like we were wasting each other's time. Turned out it was an installation issue, which Noah described in clear detail what may have gone wrong. Tinkered around and alas I have a washing machine that sounds better and works better than when I first received it. The price was extremely reasonable, I strongly recommend Ecofix for appliance repair. Thanks Noah!- Christine T.

AAppliance Care Experts, INC.Tan is a very experienced professional. He found that I only needed a fuse to fix the problem. Then he asked if I wanted the door latch fixed because the dryer didn’t stop anymore when the door was opened. He had the part with him which fixed the problem and now the light in the dryer also works. He asked if I had problems with any other appliance in the house. He checked the light in my fridge and discovered that the bulb just wasn’t screwed in far enough. He said let’s fix things so you don’t need another trip charge. Tan is an honest and very capable man. I highly recommend him.- Carol R.

FIf you are considering using Cracker Jack Home Services, proceed with caution. Our leaking front load washer machine was misdiagnosed and after waiting 2 weeks for the back ordered part, the leak is now worse. The experience has been filled with numerous communication failures as well as a total out of pocket expense now exceeding $324.00. Not to mention the 3 tech visits, each one a complete inconvenience with a 4 hour service window. It also concerns me that the door hinge and door trim were replaced at a greater expense than the rubber gasket, which to me, should have been step one of the repair diagnosis, at a less expensive ($140) initial cost. After several phone and email attempts to resolve the issue, the company has failed to respond after they promised to do so. I can't say that I would recommend Cracker Jack Home Services.

FI called for an estimate on repair. I got an appointment in 2 days. I talked to the technician over the phone when he showed up. He said he will send me an estimate the next day. I paid him the money. It has been over 2 weeks I have not heard from anybody. I have called them 2 weeks ago and nobody returned my call after I left 2 messages. I have also sent an email and no response. Bad experience. They took the money and so far provided me nothing.

AHarmond was very knowledgeable and understood this model. He looked at the situation and found that a service bulletin was issued for this model, which three previous repair in-person repair technicians had not told me about. He diagnosed the problem as requiring a new kit to replace the main PCB control board and the display board. He gave me the OEM part number. I highly recommend Neli Virtual Appliance Repair, my first virtual repair experience. Cost $35. I would do it again. Took 15-20 minutes to install app and pay at start of appt.
