Excellent job, quick response! Excellent, honest service! Great management and staff; prices are amazing and work is always guaranteed. Company carries all necessary licenses and in addition to being listed with Angie's List they are also listed with which are my primary sources for locating the best people/companies for service. You cannot go wrong with this company. Finally honest construction company in the Antelope Valley that will not take advantage of homeowners!

I called and left a message, which was returned quickly by the office. I explained the problem and set an appointment for someone to stop by and give me an estimate. Cruz came out to my house and I showed him the problems I needed repaired. He gave me a very reasonable estimate, which was less than I'd feared everything would cost. We set a date & time for him to return to do the work. I came home from work early that day to meet him and discovered he'd already finished part of the job! He and his workers then finished the rest of it within about 20 minutes. After they left I was checking everything out and found out one of the zones wasn't working--no water was going through. I called the company back and left a message (it was already past 5 p.m.). I was surprised to see Cruz and his workers return roughly 30 minutes later, and they fixed the issue right away. In short, Cruz Martinez Landscaping was prompt, professional, and each of them were terrific. I will certainly give my business to them again, and will refer others to them as well.

We had a pipe burst on our back sprinkler over the weekend for no apparent reason, also the original installation of the backyard valves was not covered, so needless to say our dogs liked to play with the wiring and the valves (which was already a mess to begin with). I called Juan Monday morning and he told me he could be at our place by noon, and he was actually early. He looked at the problem, quoted me a price, I said OK and he left for a short time to get the supplies he needed.
He fixed the broken pipe quickly, then decided that he needed to just clean up the messy wiring before installing the cover. He did a good job at making the wiring nice and clean looking, but after everything was hooked up the system didn't work properly. We came to the conclusion that somewhere along the way the wiring underground was bad, he spent time digging down to try to find the wiring underground, but after spending 30 minutes (or more possibly) looking, it was decided that because of the way the whole system was originally installed (pipes running everywhere, tree roots, a retaining wall) that it would take more time and money than I currently have to try to excavate and track down the issue and it would probably be cheaper to just run new wiring from scratch.
So he installed the valve box cover so our dogs couldn't chew the wires or the valves anymore, we also talked about a tree that I need to take down and he quoted me a price for the tree removal & new wiring which we will have him come back and do when we have the money.

Perfect...I called 3 people from the list and he was the only one that responded. I was out of town and he fixed

everything and came back Monday when I returned and collected money. Great work saved me a ton of money..

I called for an estimate on a Saturday afternoon and Juan offered to stop in the next day. Perfect for me since I cannot take of work during the week as I work long hours. Juan showed up on time, Sunday morning, and went followed me around the yard to see what I had in mind, what problems I saw. His estimate for labor and parts was about 1/3 of what I was expecting and he was willing to do the work that day. Again, perfect for me. Juan spent the next 3 hrs fixing my system, replacing heads as needed, and explaining to me what he was doing and why. Having fixed the system he offered suggestions of other work I could have done to improve the system. Needless to say I was thoroughly pleased with the work. When the bill came in at $210 I decided to add an extra $90 as a tip and still felt like I was getting a great deal. I will be using J G again.

Estimates for vendors to install a sprinkler system varied widely, from $500 to $4000 for my 1800 sq ft two story home lot in West Palmdale. Low ball estimates were from a local gardener who didn't speak good enlish. J.G.S Irrigation was professional, punctual and was somewhat reasonable compared to the commercial contractors which do large projects. The installation was for two small grass areas front and back yard including bush/tree/garden area. There were seven valves total. We probably have the most professional installed sprinkler system in our neighborhood (the previous installation in are yard was junk... like most of the install in the tract neighborhood). The complete re-installation was due to a new large concrete driveway from the street to the backyard that ruined the previous installation.

The construction went excellent! Brad and his team were consistant with their timeline and finished the complete project in the pre-planned 2 weeks. The concrete team (contracted by Greenbee) was excellent. Our patio looks professionally done and I couldn't be happier with the finished product. The shubbery that was planted came to us in prime condition and although we are having the project completed in the beginning of the winter, I have no doubt everything will be perfectly fine come the springtime. The Cherry Laurel bushes were gorgeous and Brad even said that they took the extra time and effort to find the highest quality for us. Upon installing the sod and decompossed granite, the team was at our house on time and left by 5 p.m. each day. They were polite and did not leave a mess. Upon finishing, the crew made sure to sweep and ensure that the grounds were clean of any debris.
Overall, this was an excellent experience and we look forward to having Greenbee complete other projects for us!

We've used him for about 7 years. He is excellent. We pay $75 a month and he comes every week. He was going for his contractor's license when we first hired him but he never did get it. He has a crew and it is a real family business. He cleans up. We have a problem with wind blowing leaves up on our porch and he always cleans that off. He is very nice. He has done extra things like fixing a sprinkler that broke.

The landscaping job went great from beginning to end. Brad's price was fair, his crew fast and clean, and everything was done on schedule with all work guaranteed. To make costs more manageable, Brad divided the job into 2 phases. The first phase included the curved, free-flow curbing with landscaping boulders, installing sprinklers, rototilling and amending the soil, and laying in sod. The second phase was the decomposed granite area with trees, shrubs and a flagstone seating area with 2 large concrete pots set as a focal point at the center of the yard. I was so happy with the curved grass area after phase 1 that I suggested to my wife that we could hold off on phase 2, but she was anxious to finish the yard after 9 years so we completed the job. Brad has a new motto - "Greenbee Landscape, Planting Smiles," and we are smiling with our beautiful yard.

    Gli Landscape Inc
I had them install sod in my back yard.  At first it looked really good, but 6 weeks after installation, it started dieing in patches.  I started replanting the dead areas with seed and had some good results.  But then the newly planted grass would also die.  I called GLI and they sent out their installer.  He looked at it and left stating that he would report it to GLI.  I never heard from GLI again as my lawn continued to die.  I while trying to repair some of the bare areas discovered the problem.  Underneath the sod was clay.  No nutrients, no organic material, just clay.  There was no drainage and no sustenence nutrients.GLI should have established the quality of the bed prior to installation and then taken steps to prevent these problems from happening.
