    I have a 2004 Chevy Colorado, dark blue and now it can stand along a new truck on the street and hold it's own. I went in for an quote earlier in the year and was very pleased to meet Patricia. It's so great to work with a women. She did not rush me, paid close attention to my concerns and to the details of what I wanted. She explained every step of the work and what we could expect. I had been to another place and was very happy with the figures that she gave me for the work. Patricia is professional but also down to earth friendly. Hugh plus, they have shuttle service that drove me home and picked me up and I live in the unincorporated area of Lancaster. I did not have to rent a car, big savings. Too happy.

    Keith kept me informed on a daily and was sweet as ever. He gave me the best service while my car was in their hands also he had also did a few things for me after. He made sure I was satisfied with the service that he did on my vehicle and guaranteed their work. The quality was amazing my car looked like it never had been in an accident at all. I was vvery impressed.

    I stopped in because I had a previous estimate to fix my muffler problem of $250 and I went to Angies list for the first time and paid for the service to find someone for a second opinion. The muffler was knocking against my truck occassionally and I knew something was wrong. I called the muffler shop and was told to come by anytime...I stopped by after work and he came out and crawled under my truck to see what the problem was. He reached up pulled down on the motor and snapped the muffler back in place. Evidently I had hit something and pushed the muffler up under the truck where it was causing the noise. I asked and quot;How much will that beand quot;?? I was told......and quot;Have a Great Day.....No Chargeand quot;.....What a Blessing for me!!! I will recommend to everyone, not because there was no charge to me, but because there are so few businesses anymore that know a thing about Customer Service!! May not be exact date......I submitted this the day after it happened and for some reason it didn't go thru......

    They did not have a replacement tire (same brand as others on auto) in stock, so they sent an employee to  Redmond  to pick one up. Of course, the wait was a little longer than usual, but the metal stud and new tire were installed. I have been purchasing tires from this facility for many years and have found the employees/owner to be very honest, and suggest less expensive tires, that wear as well as the "top brands", if your budget doesn't allow the investment. Never pressure to purchase any particular item they sell.

    Also, female and male customers are not treated differently and I can't say the same for some other tire and auto repair establishments I have dealt with in the past.

    I had a scheduled appointment for this service which is done annually on my car by Mercedes Benz of Encino. My experience has always been positive. My Mercedes is a 2008 and since I purchased it brand new this dealership has performed all of my auto service repairs and maintenance. I trust them completely in insuring that my vehicle performance is the best. Although my car is 4 years old it still performs like new. The service is great and my service adviser attends to all my concerns and vehicle maintenance needs explaining everything in detail before the work is done. I highly recommend this dealership because of that personal touch and the excellent service provided to their customers.

    :Precision was quick to get to my vehicle. The day of the accident I was in their shop by 9:00 a.m. Of course because it was Labor day weekend they took pictures and said to bring the car back Tuesday. Through my insurance I had a rental car so on Tuesday I took the car back, Precision called the rental company for me and they came and picked me up. When the took the car apart they found more damage than was previously thought. I received a phone call from Precision right away and they said they would have to contact the insurance adjuster to come by and look at the damage. By that afternoon I had received another phone call from Precision stating that the adjuster had looked at the damage and everything was set to go. He had already ordered the parts at that point and proceeded to start the work promptly. It was only 5 days from start to finish. They had it done super fast, they are very professional and communication was wonderful. If I ever have any damage to my little red Mazda again I will take it to Precision.

    I was just in a car accident and I am going to have my car towed to this collision repair company. These guys do really good work and do a tremendously good job. After I hit the animal it was the best experience I ever had with a collision repair company. My car came back looking brand new and he did a really good job. I have had a lot of body work and paint done in the past and it never looked the same. On this job my car looked like it came from the factory. He really paid attention to detail and detailed my entire car. He went through everything and found stuff I don't think anybody could have found. When I got the car back I could not believe it. They do unbelievably good work. You would not know my car was damaged and they got it done very quickly.

    Westside Body and Paint / Family Owned Since 1978 : The service at Westside Body and Paint was excellent the staff was very professional and the quality of the work that was done to the vehicle was excellent, the paint was matched perfectly all parts used to repair the vehicle were new factory dealer parts. I had to take my vehicle back on 7-8-13 for some minor damage to the paint on the right fender I did not have an appointment the manager Mike looked at my vehicle and told me that it would be a quick fix, I brought my vehicle back the next day, they painted the vehicle I was not charged for the service and the vehicle was also detailed when I went to pick it up that same day.
