    B & D APPLIANCE REPAIR SERVICE
We hired reliable appliance to come give a estimate for a whirlpool cabrio dryer and washer that werent working their policy is $135 to come out and check them if they fix them the $135 would be applied to the cost of repair the technician came out and told us the washers brain/main computer was bad and couldnt be replaced and the dryer needed to be rebuilt at a cost of$430 when it originally cost $480 new. I feel they didnt want to fix the appliances Just wanted the service call fee a quick google search found a reset procedure which fixed the washer issues and B&D appliance fixed the dryer for $160 I highly recommend B&D appliance but stay away of the crooks at reliable appliance repair

    B & D APPLIANCE REPAIR SERVICE
Our Maytag stove of 3 years would intermittently not ignite. With Thanksgiving coming up we couldn't take a chance on the stove not heating up. B & D had good ratings so we called them. Jeff came out when he said he would. He fixed the problem and showed us what he fixed. He charged what we thought was a reasonable price and he is a nice guy. We will call them again if we need service.

    B & D APPLIANCE REPAIR SERVICE
Great. I called Monday morning, and even though it was Thanksgiving week, Bob was able to have someone come out Tuesday and fix the oven. All other repairman said they couldn't do it till after Thanksgiving. A lifesaver.

    OAK VALLEY APPLIANCE
As stated above, the technician spent over an hour trying to determine what might be causing the funny noise my washing machine was making.  He started to hear the noise, but then it quickly went away, so he was unable to figure it out.  He called Whirlpool to see if they were able to figure out the problem.  They too, were unable to come up with a solution.  The technician gave us his business phone number and told us to contact him if it happens again.  We were very satisfied with his efforts.

    Allen & Sons Appliance Repair
Terrible from the beginning. I had to show the repairman how to pull my dishwasher out. He proceeded to pull it out and kinked drainage hose when he put it back, so my dishwasher would no longer fully drain. I requested a return visit to repair the issue. I was advised by the repairman that I needed a new drain motor. He never checked for a kinked hose, nor did he check the part to see if that was the issue. I was quoted a repair price of over $300. I proceeded to order the part online for 1/5 of the price I was quoted. I replaced the part myself only to find out that there was nothing wrong with the original. I contacted Allen & Sons. They were extremely rude, placed me on hold for over 30 minutes, promised to call me back to deal with the issue, never called me back, and not at all helpful. I would never recommend this company to anyone..

    OAK VALLEY APPLIANCE
The office staff who scheduled our appointment was courteous and helpfully explained their service procedures.  We had to reschedule the initial appointment due to a delay in the parts that had been ordered but, they monitored the parts arrival and called when the parts arrived.  Appointment was scheduled within two days.

Our technician, Jeremy, was personable and professional.  He worked efficiently and included time to explain the repair along with possible causes.  Parts were brought to the site (instead of making the initial call and then ordering parts) demonstrating knowledgeability of the product and that appropriate research on the issue had been done prior to our service call.

We will consider using their service should it be needed in the future or with other appliances.

    OAK VALLEY APPLIANCE
Great business! I contacted my warranty service company, on a Monday, regarding an issue I was having with my refrigerator and they assigned Oak Valley Appliance. I was told that the soonest someone could come out was on Thursday, which wasn't too big of a deal. Within a few hours of scheduling the appointment, I received a call from Oak Valley Appliance confirming my appointment and telling me they could come out the next day on Tuesday, if I had availability, rather than waiting until Thursday. Technician Jeremy showed up at my door on Tuesday, as scheduled. I explained to Jeremy the problem and he began his inspection. Jeremy was very thorough. He discovered the problem, explained it to me in simple terms and called to order the parts. He said he would be able to get the parts and have them installed by the end of the week. Within a day of Jeremy ordering the parts, on Wednesday, Oak Valley Appliance called to let me know they had received the parts and set up an appointment for installation. Thursday morning, as scheduled, Jeremy was back at my house to install the parts. Since the installation, of the new parts, I haven't had any issues. I can't say enough great things about this company. I definitely recommend them to anyone with appliance issues as they are prompt, courteous, professional and thorough!

    Arrow Appliance
OMG, what a TERRIBLE, HORRIFYING experience.  On January 21, 2016 @ approximately 4-5 pm. I called Arrow Appliances to inform them that I had in fact found the original receipt to my dryer and had discovered that I in actuality had a 5 year Warranty on the Dryer, thereby informing them (Arrow Appliance Services), that their service would not be needed for the dryer on the following day.
Unfortunately, the following day, January 22, 2016, at approximately 2-3 pm, in my absence, the guy from Arrow Appliances came anyway.  One of my neighbors saw this really "Shady Looking" Character (What looked like a "THUG"), approaching my door and since I am a single mother, my neighbor, Jose, approached the man as to why he was at my home while I was gone.  The guy said that he was at my home to fix the dryer.  Jose mentioned that my dryer wasn't even in my home but actually in my back yard.  The guy went to open the back gate, while Jose called me on my cell phone and my dog, grabbed the "Thug looking guy," by the bottom of his pants, the guy was KICKING my dog and Jose told the guy, "No, she cancelled you guys last night, because she found out that she had a warranty on the dryer.
Jose said the guy was actually laughing and was quite friendly and said, "Oh, OK, no problem, I understand."  Jose asked him are you OK and the guy said, "I'm fine, the dog only got my pants leg." and the guy left.
When I arrived home at about 4:00 pm, I called Arrow Appliances and called to speak to a supervisor.  I said, "I cancelled your worker yesterday evening and you sent him out anyway and I wasn't home, but when the guy went to go in my back yard my dog grabbed his pants leg." Although she did not identify herself, she (Whom I presumed to be some kind of supervisor), stated "Oh he is at the hospital right now, do you have Home Owners Insurance or Renters Insurance that we may sue"!!  I Immediately hung up and contacted my brother, whom is an attorney.  My brother said I did the right thing, but that trying to do the right thing, this company saw a financial opportunity, to try to SUCK ME DRY!!!  DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL FIND EVERY WAY POSSIBLE TO TRY TO GET EVERYTHING YOU'VE GOT!!!  BEWARE!!

    B & D APPLIANCE REPAIR SERVICE
The MAIN PROBLEM NOW with B & D Appliance Repair Service that ,  I incurred, is I can never get a person to answer the phone, and am asked to leave a message,in which I promptly do so, but once again , I NEVER RECEIVED A RETURN CALL.
Years later, to a near present date, on December 28, 2015, I called B & D Appliance repair. and as usual had to leave still another message. Although on this particular account, I specifically detailed my message, stating that on prior dates I was forced to call other repair services due to B & D Appliance Repair's unprofessional response time.   AS USUAL TO DATE, ( JANUARY 2, 2016), I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A RETURN CALL.
I have now once again called another Repair service.

    B & D APPLIANCE REPAIR SERVICE
On Sunday, in the middle of doing our weekly washing, my wife told me that our ~17 year old dryer had quit working. After viewing self-repair advice on the net, I removed our washer to the kitchen (not much space in our laundry room) disconnected the dryer and took the back off to check the thermal fuse with my multimeter. It tested as bad. I then investigated three big box on-line hardware stores for the part. All were difficult to navigate. All wanted about $14 plus shipping, where the time to deliver depended on the cost of the shipping. Then I remembered our neighbor in our previous house. I called B&D and described what I had done. They had the part. We met in a nearby parking lot. B&D not only tested the old part to confirm my diagnosis and sold me the new part, but also offered advice about opening the front of the dryer and removing the lint and dust from inside the bottom of the enclosure. That area was a mess and a potential fire hazard. I put it all back together and it worked fine. I felt pretty good about getting all that done so quickly and for only $15.
Only problem was of my own making. After I reinstalled the washer and dryer, my wife turned the washer on to finish the job. About ten minutes later I heard her shrieking about a flood. It wasn't a leak: I had forgotten to put the drain hose back into the drain pipe.  A load of water ended up on our floor. Oh well.
    THANKS B&D! Great job!
