  • Dr Salada is always on time! Listens to your issues and works on solving the problems. My entire family goes to her for the past 4 years. Myself and my husband for 7 years. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend!

  • They are a great organization. I just love being with Kaiser Health Care. When I need to go to a doctor they will send me to the right place. The staff are very nice and courteous. The appointment are usually on time or maybe within 15 minutes of your appointment time. I have never had a problem with them.

  • I have seen him for my hearing aids and an issue with my tongue. He is very professional and very gentle. He has good follow up. His staff is very nice. I had a successful conclusion. I had something removed from my tongue and it was benign. I went back for a follow up. I had also gone to him about 3 years ago having hearing problems and associated with his office is the audiologist and she operates under a separate name. I would recommend him to anyone that asked me.

  • My medical insurance is with Scripps San Diego and they have clinics, about five or six, all over the county. We use them every week. Regarding likes and dislikes, most of the things I like there, but there are a few things that bother me at times but our likes overcome the dislikes. The doctors are basically all good and personal. Where we live their clinic is about 4 miles from here, which makes it easy to go to the clinic and that is one of the major things. They have a whole line of specialty doctors, so if you need something they can make a quick referral to them.

  • I had to wait several weeks for the first visit.   This wait suggested that he had many clients.  He was very thorough during every sitting. He discussed my situation,  determined my frequency response curves,  tested my hearing for comprehension, then suggested the types of aids suitable for me.  There was a 3 week wait for the new hearing aids.  He adjusted them for my specifications both physically and electronically.  During the third visit, he made further adjustments.  Each of the three visits lasted almost 90 minutes.    This contrasted with my prior providers where initially there only two visits,  lasting about 30 and 20 minutes.  He seemed very thorough and meticulous during tests and in making adjustments.   Although my hearing has not returned to normal, these devices are much better than my older ones.  I think they are working as well as can be expected from any high quality hearing aids.  I am very pleased that I chose Charles Evans, because his services were far better, more personal and more thorough than those I received for either of my first two hearing aids.
    I would recommend Charles Evans to anyone requiring a new hearing aid.  For non Costco members, I suggest buying a membership, then make an appointment.  My health insurance did not cover these hearing aids, but it would have have subsidized me if I had used one of my prior providers.  However, the cost of using Costco without insurance help compared with  another provider with insurance subsidy for two hearing aids  may  more than cover the total costs for five to twenty years of Costco membership.

  • The appointment prior to the colonoscopy was to check me over to make sure there were no other issues.  The appointment was on time and the staff were friendly and professional.  The actual colonoscopy was at the hospital.  Dr. Larson came to talk with me before the procedure to answer any questions and then he came out after it was over to discuss how it went. 
    I can't recommend Dr. Larson enough.  He is the rare physician who considers the whole patient and asks about diet, stress, etc. I believe he really listens to what patients say and that he genuinely cares.  He also has a good sense of humor which is refreshing.

  • I have had sinus problems for years now along with terrible headaches. Dr. Wadhwa diagnosed the problem and resolved it quickly and with little to no pain. He is a very caring man and it reflects in his practice.

  • I initially bought an online coupon for Dr. Ataii's Botox services, made an appointment, and went in. The office is BEAUTIFUL, the staff is friendly, and they run on time. After being informed of the procedure, Dr. Ataii came in and administered the Botox to my forehead, and around my eyes. He is friendly, funny, and very personable. The staff called me a few days later to check up on the treatment, and I told them I was happy with the treatment, very impressed with their office, and inquired about Juvederm for the lines around my mouth. I was back within the week getting the new procedure. At that time, Dr. Ataii said he wasn't happy with the Botox from the previous treatment, and gave me a "spot" treatment to fix a small area over my eyebrow. WOW! Thank you for that attention to detail! The results were fantastic, my wedding pictures (and honeymoon pictures) look gorgeous, and the effects lasted for about 4 months.

  • The office is punctual, friendly and professional. I haven't waited longer than 10 minutes. I real person answers the phone when you call, harder to find these days. Tara is Dr. Salada's nurse practitioner and I am one that wants to see a my doctor not a nurse practitioner. But Tara is wonderful!! I love seeing Tara or Dr. Salada, they are both thorough and spend time with you. Everyone in the office is friendly and professional.
