    Trig Builders Inc.
Perfect remodeling job done by Trig Builders on our new kitchen and entry of the house. We basically remodeled the kitchen with them lol. The work was finished very professionally and they were very experienced and organized during the whole work. Their main help was by talking to us and designing the new spaces including the selection of the right materials including the tiles, the kitchen cabinets and all the accessories. We highly recommend them for anyone who needs any home remodeling project.

    REGAL CONCEPTS & DESIGNS
We wanted to remodel our kitchen so we received 4 quotes on the job. We selected Regal Concepts and Design for two main reasons, their price was competitive and they are a small company that used their own crew, no subcontractors. The owner Paul Lyttle, was very good about helping us make decisions on what we wanted done and materials to use. He gave us a list of vendors that he worked with most often, which was very helpful. When Regal Concepts started the work in March we met the crew of two. Alex and Jose were awesome. They were here on time each day and always left the place clean before leaving for the day. They did excellent work on the carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and laying the flooring. Our kitchen was very outdated and now it is a beautiful up to date kitchen with expanded counter tops. We love it. Paul was very good about responding back to us with any questions we had, either by email, phone or in person in a timely manner. He came to the house on a daily basis to check the work. Paul and his crew were great and easy to work with. We highly recommend them.

    Remodel Works Bath & Kitchen
Remodel Works updated my hall bathroom a few months back. They did a great job so rehired to update my master bathroom. John De Luca did another fantastic design for my small master bathroom. He suggested adding a pocket door to make the room feel more spacious. What a difference that made in making it not so closet like now! Jeff was also back out as project manager for this job. There were a few hiccups with the tile work and the window which threw off the overall aesthetics of the bathroom. Both John and Jeff listened and did not discount my concerns. Jeff had told me from the first day of work on my hall bathroom and again with the beginning of work on master bathroom that he wasn't happy until I was happy. Thank you, Jeff, for being true to your word! I love my master bathroom!

    Remodel Works Bath & Kitchen
After a lot of research and gathering competing bids from 4 of the top rated design build firms in San Diego, we decided to go with Remodel Works. Im happy to say it was the right choice! The team there have worked together for ages, so there is a lot of synergy between different teams in the company. From the initial designer to the architectural drawing team they did not miss a beat. The same was true for the project management team and all of the staff working each day on site. I found out that Lance Hawkins, the Ops Director, had been at the company for 19 years and the same was true for much of the Remodel Works team. That is the kind of team that can pull off a project and make it look easy. I would recommend this company to anyone who is thinking of getting their remodel started. The biggest challenge was the first step.

    Remodel Works Bath & Kitchen
Remodel Works did a fantastic job remodeling my small hall bathroom. This bathroom had significant water damage so had to be gutted. John DeLuca designed a beautiful bathroom. Jeff, the project manager, kept me informed during the whole remodel, and Eric was here nearly everyday of the project completing the work that needed to be done keeping to the schedule. These three were my main contacts at Remodel Works, but everyone I talked to from the showroom to the job site, were friendly and professional. I am planning to have Remodel Works to do my master bathroom hopefully in the near future.

    Anderson Design
We contacted several contractors for bids before we started a once-in-a-lifetime major renovation of our home (kitchen, 2 baths, flooring, lighting, electrical, etc.). We had never embarked on a renovation of this magnitude and it was quite intimidating considering the many reports of problem contractors that are on the news. We were most interested in meeting with Anderson Design based upon their reviews and recommendations and decided to schedule them last. Thank God we did! The Anderson Design team sat down with us, listened to our vision, offered suggestions and got to know how we use the spaces as a family. With this in mind, they came up with a spectacular living area and bathrooms all within budget! The other companies we interviewed couldnt even come close. Andersons mobile show room made it easy to pick out colors and styles and envision how they would look in our home. They ended up transforming a 45-year old tract home into the home of our dreams! The Anderson Design team worked tirelessly to deliver top quality work well within established deadlines. The team was not only professional and courteous, but also friendly and willing to go the extra mile. We are avid jigsaw puzzlers, so they even designed and built a special nook for our puzzle boards in the kitchen island cabinetry to allow easy access while keeping everything out of sight outstanding! They went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased every step of the way. No issue was beyond what they could handle and they ran in to a few! Most people vacate their home while this level of renovation occurs, however that was not an option for us. The Anderson Design team worked with us to live around the chaos of construction as much as possible. Everyone was very respectful of us, our home and possessions. We would like to extend a huge thank you to the whole Anderson team! Based upon the entire process as well as the final result, we highly recommend Anderson Design for any project. Their collaborative approach to design and highly skilled team make working with them a pleasure. We cant say enough about this incredible team and would use them again for any remodeling project in a heartbeat! David and Karen Foster Poway, CA

    Fair Trade Construction
Ryan did an exceptional job renovation our home. He was absolutely professional in every respect. He has great attention to detail and made sure we were completely satisfied with every aspect of our project. When faced with challenges, Ryan came up with creative solutions so everything looked professional and polished; for example, the flooring we chose is quite rustic and there are no trim pieces to wrap up the threshold of the doors. Ryan trimmed the top layer off some extra floorboards and cut the pieces to wrap up the side of the threshold rather than take the easy rout of putting down 1/4 round, that would not have been consistent with the look of the house. this was a labor intensive solution but really was the right decision. This is just one example of a small detail I would have never thought of, but his experience and dedication to doing the job the right way are greatly appreciated. After all, the difference is always in the details.

    Remodel Works Bath & Kitchen
We purchased our home a little over a year ago, anticipating an extensive interior remodel soon after closing. We met with six design/build companies and chose Remodel Works to completely redesign and renovate our kitchen, family room and living room areas. We have been very happy with the entire process and would like to provide our recommendation for Remodel Works, as further described below. John DeLuca CMKBD was our kitchen designer and his approach to designing the kitchen was the most critical factor in our family choosing Remodel Works. When visiting our home and creating a design, John emphasized the existing strengths and weaknesses of our house. The result was a design that beautifully complements and accentuates the existing architectural and interior elements of our home. To explain further, our home is a ranch style house with a very large living room that has 25-foot ceilings and a wall of windows opening into our backyard. Our kitchen and family room space is located directly adjacent to this living room, but it was unfortunately closed off from the living room by an intervening wall that blocked a significant amount of natural light. This separation resulted in a cramped kitchen and family room area that did not fit the overall feel and dimensions of our house. An additional design challenge was that our kitchen is placed within an area framed by 5 short walls framing the space and projecting it out into a portion of our yard. This 5-sided "pop out" is very interesting visually, but it proved to be a significant challenge for all of the designers we consulted. John proposed the most impressive solutionmaintain the unique 5-sided wall and window layout of the kitchen, but increase the kitchen size by approximately 30% by extending one wall of cabinets and the island out toward the former family room area, and removing a portion of the wall between the family room and the living room in order to bring in natural light and encourage movement throughout the entire space. John guided us through this design process very quickly, completing the overall design within a couple of weeks, during which John promptly provided at least 3 revised versions of our design following our review and consultation. In addition to John's impressive design, we also chose Remodel Works because of their regimented scheduling process. Lance Hawkins was our project manager and he was a consummate professional throughout all stages of construction. From the very beginning, we had a detailed list of each step of the process, organized chronologically with each of the subcontractors who would be in our house during each period. This was important because we lived in the other half of our house during the remodel. The transparency with this process removed a great deal of the uncertainty and anxiety that presumably would have occurred had we not known the specific individuals, dates and times for each state of the construction. We were thrilled that Remodel Works stayed on schedule during the entire process, which happened to be during peak holiday season from November through January. During construction, the Remodel Works team was very diligent with cleaning and organizing the work site on a daily basis. At the end of each day of construction. With regard to the overall timing, the construction proceeded very quickly, lasting from the middle of November until the end of January. We have been very happy with the entire renovation process and we are extremely satisfied with our remodeled home. We had our first large gathering at our house a few weeks ago with about 80 guests. Our home felt very open and inviting as people moved fluidly throughout the redesigned areas, evidencing John's excellent design and transformation of our home. Needless to say, we would highly recommend the Remodel Works team to any others looking to renovate their house.

    Halpert Construction
Mark has been a dream to work with. He gave me a fair price and didn't make any promises that he couldn't keep. He always showed up on time and cleaned up after himself. His subcontractors have all been great as well. We ended up with beautiful custom cherry cabinets with cherry plywood boxes for thousands less than the big box store wanted for MDF. From demo to having a beautiful and functional kitchen again in just 5 weeks. We were so pleased with his work we hired him again with additional contracts for painting, flooring, and a (beautiful!) custom shower.
