  Carpeteria Carpet One Floor & Home

  Natalie and her team were super helpful. They helped us choose the LVP flooring we wanted. Chris, the project manager, was wonderful about our shifting time schedule (due to a delay on another part of our larger project.) He was ready with a complex solution for a weird flooring shape in one corner from a partial step removal, but this turned out not to be necessary when our other contractor came through with a nicer result. When issues came up, Chris and Natalie handled them seamlessly, and were able to replace our base boards with ones matching the rest of the house the same day. We are delighted with our new flooring!

  Anderson Design

  We contacted several contractors for bids before we started a once-in-a-lifetime major renovation of our home (kitchen, 2 baths, flooring, lighting, electrical, etc.). We had never embarked on a renovation of this magnitude and it was quite intimidating considering the many reports of problem contractors that are on the news. We were most interested in meeting with Anderson Design based upon their reviews and recommendations and decided to schedule them last. Thank God we did! The Anderson Design team sat down with us, listened to our vision, offered suggestions and got to know how we use the spaces as a family. With this in mind, they came up with a spectacular living area and bathrooms all within budget! The other companies we interviewed couldn���t even come close. Anderson���s mobile show room made it easy to pick out colors and styles and envision how they would look in our home. They ended up transforming a 45-year old tract home into the home of our dreams! The Anderson Design team worked tirelessly to deliver top quality work well within established deadlines. The team was not only professional and courteous, but also friendly and willing to go the extra mile. We are avid jigsaw puzzlers, so they even designed and built a special nook for our puzzle boards in the kitchen island cabinetry to allow easy access while keeping everything out of sight ��� outstanding! They went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased every step of the way. No issue was beyond what they could handle ��� and they ran in to a few! Most people vacate their home while this level of renovation occurs, however that was not an option for us. The Anderson Design team worked with us to ���live around��� the chaos of construction as much as possible. Everyone was very respectful of us, our home and possessions. We would like to extend a huge thank you to the whole Anderson team! Based upon the entire process as well as the final result, we highly recommend Anderson Design for any project. Their collaborative approach to design and highly skilled team make working with them a pleasure.   Remodel Works Bath & Kitchen

  Remodel Works updated our 35 year old kitchen and two bathrooms. All of our many request were met creating the lovely functional rooms we envisioned. As promoted the schedule was met and quality of work is excellent. The craftsmen and their auxiliary were all professionals and mindful of their working in our home.   Sears Appliance Repair

  They did a beautiful job. I found them at a home and garden show. There was an incentive to contract at the time of the in-home estimate. I could've gotten it done for cheaper, but it wasn't a DIY when I watched what they did. They had to grind down my concrete sub-floor. There is a lot that you can do yourself, but unless you have the tools to do what they did, especially with creaking and cracking floors, it was a lot of prep. I had bull nosed corner's on my walls, and a mitered corner going around where the trim is, so there was a lot more work here than it would appear for approximately 1000 square feet. The price was up there. I got a lot of nice things because I got a points balance on the app when signing up that you can shop, but not everything was redeemable for those points. The sales pitch was kind of, "you can get anything you want", but in actuality it was only if it said it was redeemable for points can you get it. I did get a lot of nice things. I got an outside patio seating area thing, a remote and battery backup garage door opener, a leaf blower vacuum, and some things I really needed. All in all, it wasn't bad. They were things I would've wanted and needed anyway. The price was fair, but a little deceptive. I hope I don't ever need flooring again, and they had a lifetime guarantee that is actually transferable to one buyer of my home. If I were to sell my home, the buyer would have the warranty I have. That was an incentive too because when you are selling your home, you want to have all of these little perks to go with it. I would consider using them again. I would recommend them to a friend. I have recommended them to a neighbor of mine.

  Carpet Club

  I stopped in the store and met with Patty concerning replacing the vinyl tiles in my bathroom. Patty came to my home, measured, and provided me with samples. After sending me an estimate, she notified me that she would need to switch to a different supplier and different type of tile. She provided me with more samples, and that was the last I heard from her! I kept requesting a revised estimate, she re-sent the old one, and never sent the new one. I had to use a different company. Sorry Patty, I really liked you, and I wanted this to work out.

  GENEVA FLOORING

  Working with Geneva Flooring was a great experience. I stopped in the store to discuss upgrading my bathroom floor to luxury vinyl. They have an amazing selection of materials, and let me take some samples home. Next Lisa came out and measured, explained how the project would be done, and helped me pick out baseboard molding. There were a few scheduling glitches which were worked out promptly, and the job was finished in one day as promised. My floor looks great, and I would hire this company again.

  Ocean Flooring & Construction

  Ocean Flooring did a great job for us.  They were punctual, polite, accommodating and most importantly did a great job on all aspects of the install (including moving bulky furniture around and helping organize it so we could still have a functioning house during the project).  Our primary contacts were Gavin and Omar - who were a pleasure to deal with, but our interactions with everybody at Ocean Flooring were positive. They also were very considerate of specific requests related to safety during the project due to a family member that has mobility problems. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

  Joe's Hardwood Floors, Inc.

  Fantastic. Reached to Joe when another vendor was non-responsive. When he arrived, I was busy and my wife explained what we wanted to do. He was so quick taking measurements that she didn't even realize he had taken them. He looked over the job, explained how he would deal with the uneven floor and other concerns and promised us a quote in the next few days. The job took several days. One day was spent grinding down the high spots in the slab and ensuring it was ready for the floor to be laid. Then they came back and laid the floor and replaced the baseboard. Frank pretty much led the effort and their pride of workmanship was obvious. Where the wood floor transitioned to tile in the bathroom, instead of using a standard transition piece (which I expected), they offered to bevel a piece of hardwood to eliminate a potential trip hazard. As the room is used by grandchildren/toddlers, we said yes. The transition came out absolutely wonderful. You can't even tell there's a bevel unless you get on your hands and knees. Also, the care with which they finished the baseboard was very impressive. We're very happy with the job they did and most importantly, my wife LOVES it.   Floors By Leo

  Leo was great! He has a ton of experience, especially with rental properties and gave great recommendations on materials that last a long time, look amazing and didn't cost a fortune. He came in with a crew and got the job done really quickly. We are really happy with the flooring job and would definitely recommend him to friends, family, others. I am naturally very picky and skeptical of working with new contractors due to poor experience in the past - buy Leo has changed my perspective.

  A-Team Residential Remodeling

  What a great team!  Jeff and his team arrived when they said they would, were very respectful of my home, cleaned up nicely at the end of each day.  Each morning Jeff let me know what was planned for the day and kept me informed of progress and any decisions that had to be made.  They offered ideas that I might not have thought of.  They handled the permit and inspections and everything was done on time.  I will definitely use them when it's time to redesign and remodel my kitchen.
