ALarson Bros PaintingI would definitely recommend Larson Bros. Painting to anyone looking for a great team of painters. They handled every aspect of the job with efficiency, thoughtfulness, and high professional standards. Jesse Larson came out to provide an estimate, and he spent a fair amount of time reviewing what we wanted and offering his advice without trying to up-sell us on a lot extra services. His bid was about 60% lower than the highest bid, and included a consultation with a color consultant. Alex and his team of painters really impressed me with their attention to detail, pride of workmanship, and their willingness to accommodate our need to limit the chaos of living in a house while it was being painted top to bottom, inside and out. Alex, Peter and Gustavo were pleasant to have around, and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with their work. Everything about the job exceeded my expectations, and everyone we dealt with at the company were topnotch.- JIM W.

AAtkins Construction IncMr. Atkins and his employees listened carefully to what I wanted done. Mr. Atkins and Ryan, his foreman, made suggestions to improve my plan, improve traffic flow in the kitchen, and to make the work more cost effective. I needed my kitchen stripped to the bare walls, new cupboards, counters, and appliances installed, as well as some dry wall, electrical, natural gas, and plumbing work done. I also needed old carpet removed and tile installed through a major portion of my home. Mr. Atkins employs workers with various skills needed for remodeling or constructing a home, such as electrical, plumbing, tiling, framing, drywall, granite/stone cutting and installation, etc. This means that there were no down days while we waited for a subcontractor to be available. Once the job was started there were workers at my home every day. Every day the worksite was swept and the materials and tools were neatly arranged. When the kitchen was finished, his employees power washed the area where they had stored the materials and cut tile and granite. His employees were very polite and helpful. When I called or texted or left notes at my home, he and his staff were very prompt about addressing any questions or concerns that I had during the process. Mr. Atkins went to the granite and tile stores to assist me in choosing tile and granite counter tops at my request. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, and gave me information regarding how to choose those items to best fit my plan and stay within my budget. When I encountered a minor problem after completion of the project, Mr. Atkins came the same day I notified him to correct the problem. The problem was quickly fixed. I am very pleased with my kitchen and have had many compliments on how it looks. I am also very happy with the service I received from Atkins Construction, and will hire them again if and when I need further construction or remodeling done.- Maria H.

AJameson Remodeling & Home RepairDREW MADE RECOMMENDATIONS AS TO WHAT TYPE OF FINISH HE COULD USE, THEN HE PURCHASED ALL SUPPLIES IN ADVANCE. HE WAS VERY COURTEOUS, ON TIME, THOROUGH, AND PLEASANT. HIS WORK SEEMS QUITE GOOD. HE REPAIRED A RATHER STRANGE PIECE OF ROTTED DECKING THAT WE HAD SO THAT IT MATCHED WELL. DREW EVEN RETURNED AND TOUCHED UP HIS WORK WHEN I FOUND A COUPLE OF SPOTS THAT HAD NOT GOTTEN THE FINISH.- MISTY M.

ALarson Bros PaintingFirst time having a house exterior painted. Quite an experience. Sam came out and walked me thru the project and gave me a estimate. I had many questions, but thru emails, text and phone they were all very patiently answered. Once the job was started John kept me informed every step of the way. The painting crew was very efficient and hard working. On the final walk thru I found several issues. John sent a painter who made all the final touch ups and more. DOur backyard landscape project started in July 2020 which started out as replacing all irrigation valves as they would continuously get stuck on. Tony kept promising the project would be completed in 2 weeks. All of our grass (9000 sq ft)and some trees/plants died from lack of water and from having a bobcat running over it. He assured us he would replace it all at no cost to us. As of January 2021 (6 months later) Tony abandoned the job using excuse after excuse. I paid a lot of money and didn’t receive half the service. I finally hired another company that came in and finished the job within 1 month. If Tony had a full crew out here every day, he may have finished it. He only had one person, Andrew, that knew what he was doing but you can’t get a project this big done with only 1 guy. Tony was not good at keeping me updated on the status. There were weeks where no one showed up. To this date, we still have his port-a-potty sitting in my yard.

AJoe and his crew removed an olive tree in my front yard to include the stump and dug a huge hole for a replacement tree. They assisted in the placement of a new olive tree and provided clean fresh dirt. The entire tree and stump were taken and discarded. They also relocated a sprinkler head and cleaned up nicely. Very fair price! I would not hesitate to hire again.

ADoug returned my 1 st phone call, he then came by our house the next day at the time we chose. after agreeing to work to be done and price it was a simple contract and handshake. They needed to check their schedule and get back to us. Got a call from Lori and scheduled to start on Friday morning at 7:30. Crew was on time, each man went to work and it was clear they were professional, no idle chatter or distractions. Came back on Monday (on time) Same results as Friday, Doug came by ,looked around and spoke to the crew briefly no interference.. after all was done and cleaned up the crew THANKED us We had used Porter years ago and it was the same experience VERY PROFESSIONAL

ALarry Nelms and his crews are awesome. They poured about 12 yards of concrete in my back and side yards and also landscaped with plants, mulch, and irrigation around my entire back yard. It was very reasonably priced and looks great. After explaining that I've always had trouble getting enough water to some dying Redwood trees, he recommended and installed Netafim drip. I was skeptical as I'd tried various drip and other types of irrigation and a few of the trees were still dying and I was sure they were goners. He assured me it would work. Fast forward a couple months and the trees are thriving. He was 100% right about what to do and Netafim was the perfect solution. I'm so grateful to not lose those trees. Part of the back yard project included moving some sprinkler valves from the back/side to the front so the whole side yard could be poured and look clean. The crew accidentally cut my pool fill line as it was buried with the sprinkler valves. This wasn't discovered until weeks after the concrete was poured. After letting Larry know, he came out personally with a team of guys, cleanly cut a patch of concrete above the cut, repaired the line, and repaired the concrete. No hassle whatsoever. Larry is easy to work with and I'd recommend his services to anyone. Thanks Larry!
