    DG Appliance Service arrived on time. He was able to locate the leak quickly and replaced them. He had the parts on the truck was the job was done quickly. He was very professional and explained the problem and showed me the leaking part. I cannot comment on the cost of the repair since I did not get any other estimates. It seemed reasonable.

    Went great. Mike showed up on time. He installed the water filter for the refrigerator and showed me a better way to do it than what I had been doing. Then he fixed the oven door which was not opening and closing properly on a 40 year old oven for which parts aren't made anymore. He also gave advice on where to obtain a new oven for when necessary. So, it was a very good visit.

    The dryer was not drying. I called to make an appointment, and the soonest they could come out was 10 days later. The repair man came and fixed the electronic switch. That did not make the dryer work. He pulled the dryer out and cleaned through the exhaust pipe. The dryer then became warm. However, after he left, I put a load into the dryer, and it was not drying clothes. It only got a little bit warm, but not hot enough to dry anything. I immediately called Sears back, and they told me that they could not do anything until they spoke with the repair man. They promised he would call. He never called. I called that night to no avail. I called a few times the next day to no avail. I asked she speak with a manager, and the person on the phone told me there were no managers available to talk with me. However, it turned out that I had used the wrong word, and that there WERE supervisors available. I waited on the phone two times, each time for 40 minutes, and no supervisor ever spoke with me. I am out $340 but I gave up, because there is no place to complain to Sears directly, either by email or by phone. I strongly recommend that you find a different repair service.

    They came in the late evening the night before Thanksgiving knowing that we would need the refrigerator. He got it fixed and functioning. I appreciated him being willing to stay up late to take care of my problem.

    It took them a day to come out. They came out Wednesday and had no parts, even though I told them what parts to bring. When he came out, he had to order parts and it took 2 days to come in. One of the things he repaired was the door when it opened and whatever kit he used made it squeak real bad. I told him it was not acceptable and he left. I called back the phone number and talked to a lady and she called him. She called back and said they would order another kit and replace it for free. I would be out of town the next week and they called me the following Thursday and I couldn't get done until Monday. They came out on Tuesday or Wednesday and put parts in and it worked fine. Part of the reason I called them, I could have repaired it myself but I figured I wanted to get it done quickly but it took them forever. Then he had no idea when he put part on door what the problem was. I would not use them again to be honest.

    It went very well, i didn't know what was wrong, I was expecting the worst. I was pleasantly surprised that the repair was simple but required some disassembly to change out the drain line heater. The drain line froze up which caused the evaporater to ice up. I highly recommend this company, they know what they are doing, communicate very well and charge a fair price.

    Wow! Best Customer Experience I've ever encountered in this industry. I called about setting up an appointment for their dishwasher diagnostic coupon offer and spoke with Val, who answered all my questions about the offer. I was about to make the appointment when he asked me what was wrong with the dishwasher. It had been so long since we used it that I forgot what, if anything was wrong, so Val suggested that I run it to determine the problem. While he was telling me what to look for, I opened the unit and noticed that both baskets were badly rusted, and needed to be replaced. Val was able to tell me how much the replacements would cost ($310) and I was able to determine that it would be better to just buy a new dishwasher. Val saved me the cost of the diagnostic service and obtained a new customer, and evangelist, for his company. I now wouldn���t think of taking my repair work to anyone else but Lerman Appliances.

    Around The Clock Appliance Repair
    The technician was very punctual and came exactly at the agreed time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and offered 2 options: fix the existing pump or purchase new. Since the dishwasher is fairly old I've decided to go with the 'fix'. He quickly disconnected the failed motor and found a piece of metal that was preventing the pump to work. Then, put all back together and the dishwasher started to work.

    I called on Thursday , October 6th and made an appointment for Friday October 7th. Pete from Morrow Plumbing came and diagnosed and repaired the faucet leakage. He was exceptionally nice and very professional. The workmanship was great, the price was great and I am very happy. I will continue to use Morrow for my plumbing needs.
