    Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Monterey
The After Hour Plumbing guy (Cedric) was accommodating time-wise and was personable and professional in his work. My main problem was the cost $740 at $149 per hour. I was not pleased with that hourly rate.

No more waiting and wasting water til it gets hot. Andrew knew exactly what I needed. Ran an independent line for recirculating hot water. He did a great job replumbing water lines and fixing some faucet issues too. I highly recommend him. Thank you.

    My Plumber
Extremely well. All work done on time. The workplace was left clean, job done efficiently and Cedrik checked all parts for leaks and left only after being sure that all works as it should. He also explained to me prior to the assignment- how he is going to do the job (on my request.) Overalls- Im very impressed with his knowledge - how to - and his efficiency

This was the second job John has done for us. (The first was repair from water leak in kitchen). He was thorough, friendly and knowledgeable. He was patient and flexible with us as well. When the usual unexpected challenges occurred, he always had a plan B. John answered calls and texts promptly. We are very happy with our new bathroom and updated doors. Thanks John!

    Sergio's Repairs General Contractor
Sergio and his crew did not disappoint. When work started they knew my parents were really anticipating the new bathroom and they worked hard to do it quickly without cutting corners. My Mother was impressed with how they would remove all their mess at the end of each day. The workmanship was great and the room turned out beautiful. More then the way it looks is the renewed freedom it has brought my parents to move freely without trouble and to bathe at their leisure. This was the BEST thing we could do for them and we picked the right guy. We are truly happy with our choice in Sergio.

John said it was a 3 month job and it only ran over by a couple of weeks. In my experience that has never happened before. They were at the house early every morning with a plan for the day that they stuck with. John is an easy going very knowledgeable about the job and how to get it done. He has a good group of guys that showed up everyday and worked very hard. He took care of the permitting and was always available to answer questions and to explain the next phase of the job. Yes, I would hire John for future construction jobs.

    Mike Mullnix Plumbing
He's great! The area I'm in is pretty remote, so it's kind of hard to find somebody. He lives out here, which is really nice. He's a great guy, and good worker. He calls you back, and if you have an emergency, he comes right over. We'll definitely have him back!

    Big Angelo's Plumbing & Heating
I called them to clean my storm drain which was filled with soil. They looked at on Saturday, and came back on Monday to clean it. The person they sent said that they don't clean this kind of clogged drain, and left. I called and let company know that job was not done. The person answered the phone said that he has to snake it and sent him back. I would assume, as soon as you remove the snake the soil would collaps, and clogs again, unless they remove the soil. This was about 4-5 ft long storm drain under the deck: only the entrance of the drain is visible to eye.

He came back snaked the drain, and said that the pipe was busted because my front yard was flooded with the water he released.

Couple of days later, I was cleaning around the drain entrance and noticed that it was still full of soil.

I had another appointment with them for my leaky faucet; when they arrive I showed the storm drain still full of soil. He said that they don't do this kind of job and they would refund my money.

Fixing my faucet was another failure, and they neither return my calls nor refund my money. On 29 September, 2015, I had an appointment for my leaky faucet to be fixed; Big Angelo sent someone to look at it, he did not have the parts to fix it. He supposed to come back after 0600 PM, and never showed up. Next day, somebody called and explained that the night before, they had an emergency call. On 30th September, he came back and change all the parts including the handle; the faucet was still leaking. He said that he will try one last thing, and change the rubber ring, and the leak stopped. Everybody knows, when your faucet leaks, first thing you do is to change the rubber ring, not the parts of the faucet. The leak stopped, but, the water stream was too thin, he opened it again, thightened and pushed some parts, turned on the faucet and, the water stream was normal. This service fee was prepaid, I didn't owe them anything, he said they owe me some money, because he was deducting the cost of the parts from the money they owe me from the storm drain. He said, someone would call me and discuss the amount they owe me. Next day, on 1st October r, when I turned on the kitchen faucet, the water stream was like 1/8', not able to do anything with such weak stream. Next day, Friday afternoon, I called and left them a message, hoping they would come an fix it. Whole week, I was not able to use my kitchen without a water. Nobody returned my call. On Monday, I called back again, lefty a message, again nobody called back. Now, this is 3rd week, I am not able to use my kitchen, cook or clean anything. Not having a running water in the kitchen, has been extremely emotional stress and health concern for me. Big Angelo has to come and do jobs he has been paid for or return my $ 250, so I can hire someone else.

It took him a couple of hours to install the water heater. It was all good. The installer was very knowledgeable and pleasant. He did a good job. He cleaned up after himself. The hot water is working fine.
