Liz JohnsonLiz Johnson 6 reviews 4 minutes ago We took our dog to this office on a emergency basis paid 1,600.00 for two surgeries and problem still was not resolved. Called again today trying to schedule a regular check-up appointment was told we could not as they didn't have anything for the next two days. We said ok please scheduled a appointment for two days out and was told NO YOU HAVE TO COME IN ON A EMERGENCY BASIS. The previous 1,600.00 was paid in full when we brought our dog in so there was no balance on our account. The receptionist told us she would NOT leave a msg for the doctor and was very rude and condescending. If you are looking for a veterinarian office that is good, has great customer service and friendly go somewhere else as this is not the

Delivered our cat to Pat's Place on a Sunday morning. They had her space ready and waiting and she went right in. We went over the details about her care and medications. Everyone there was helpful and seemed to care about the animals. It is a quiet place, no dogs barking like at many kennels. Many of the cats were out of their individual kennels and in the open indoor space, playing and climbing the cat trees. We are very pleased with care our cat receives here.

We travel quite a bite, we have to leave our dog somewhere. We've known them for years. We've used them for seven or eight years. Whenever we go we have to have somebody to keep her for one or two weeks. They kept them Thanksgiving, because we had a whole bunch of people coming over for Thanksgiving dinner, and our dogs energetic. They friendly and like to jump on people. We don't mind them, but other people may not have those feelings. We like them.

    Vineyard Pet Services
I needed a pet sitter for my dog, and it was an impromptu situation. My bearded collie is a bit shy, and doesn't often like to interact with other humans. She was playful and happy, very content, upon my return. I would most definitely hire Vineyard Pets again next time I go out of town.

Everything from the initial consultation to the first and follow up trainings was exceptional! The trainers and facility was very clean and professional and all aspects. They treated my dog with respect and love and was very patient with me during our training sessions. My dog came back home well trained and I had been taught step-by-step instruction on how to maintain training. My dog has been home for five months and is well adjusted and well-trained. Other trainers wanted to put a shock collar on my dog but elite training methods taught my dog without these aggressive techniques. Elite training cost was very reasonable and absolutely worth every penny!

I have been taking my very rambunctious dog here for daycare for the last month.  Her behavior has improved significantly, she looks forward to going.  She knows which mornings she will be going now and as soon as I grab her leash she is at the door waiting to go, as soon as I open the car door she's out and standing at their door.  She comes home exhausted.   I can't say enough about the staff, they are absolutely wonderful.  I'm very happy that I have chosen them to care for my fur-baby and I'm pretty positive that she is as well.

    Best Friends Pet Care
They are As and I would not leave my dog or my cat with anybody else. They are that good and the reason being that the manager and I think the owner they live on site in separate houses at the business and with my dog he has a habit of when he gets a little bit nervous he will run out. For what they do they have like double fences and they actually have a pet cam and so when I was up in Toho I would get on the stream of the pet cam and watch my dog interact at the doggy day camp. They actually have a personnel like a baby sitter for your dog and friends have offered to take care of Mickey and I will not trust anybody else. They really care about the pets and they really love them like family and they know them too and Mickey likes them too. He was happy and didn't seem sad that I was gone. He was just fine without me.

We have boarded on dog at Auburn Kennels on 2 occasions. He likes it there so much he doesn't want to come home. The staff obviously loves animals and it shows.  It's a comfort to know your pet is enjoying his vacation as much as you are. Would recommend this service provider to anyone.

Had to board out cat while we were waiting for our homes to close in California & Utah; we had to extend the boarding times 3 times & each time was painless. Staff very professional and friendly as well. Will definitely use their services again.
