    LeafFilter Gutter Protection
Overall, 4.5/5. I was sort of busy over the holidays but they called an left a few messages. By the 3rd call, I was actually home to pick up and respond to them. The free estimate and inspection was a fairly short window, less than a week from that 3rd call. While I loved the idea of a year long estimate, they did do a cheaper lock in if you do business with us which Im not a huge fan of. Anyways, the walk-through and estimate was done very nicely, he was extremely friendly and polite, this took roughly an hr. Once I agreed to having the job done, I was even more surprised that they could do the job literally the next day. The installer was on time and a actually alittle early from my understanding and when I got home, I introduced myself and he too was friendly and seemingly a very hard and fast worker. He was done within 3hrs of getting there. It has rained a decent amount out here the last month and a half and I havent seen any problems arise yet. Overall, I would recommend them if you are interested in getting a gutter guard to prevent the leaves, dirt from getting in.

    Safeguard Roof Systems, Inc
It was determined there was a leak in the roof above my kitchen once we got rain and not long after the new roof was installed. I have been calling and sending photos of my roof leak and subsequent damage since April or May 2016. The leak has been getting worse to the point it is now leaking on to my floor, and Robert does not even return my calls. They obviously did a poor job on my roof and do not honor the quality of their work. I would NEVER hire this company. Also, he did not get a permit, as he said he would and only game me a form after the job was done. Nor did he put a gutter over my patio area as I requested.

So grateful to have found them. Being out of town, I needed someone trustworthy and with integrity. They were just it!!!! I received nothing short of exceptional service and the project was completed on-time. Ira took ownership in resolving our roofing issue and in going above and beyond to make sure our home is well maintained. Thank you team!!!! Keep rocking!!

    LAR Construction & Remodeling
Gabi and his team at LAR Construction & Remodeling did a perfect remodeling project at our house of the front yard. The work included new hardscape, new gutters, double sided windows, garden window at the kitchen, stamp concrete driveway, metal fencing and new light system. The work is no less than excellent and the attention to detail that they invested in the work was much more than we thought. Based on the work results we decided to give them more work and to replace all the french doors and windows at the rest of the house.

    Heritage Roofing Inc
I probably would not go with this roofing company again. We had a section of our asphalt shingles roof replaced to fix some leaks. We called Heritage Roofing and they gave us a quote for replacing 200 sq. feet for $1400. The roofer wrote a contract and we signed it and paid the $100 required deposit. Two weeks past and we did not hear anything, so we called in and the roofer came out the next day on Saturday. He was here for 3 hours total and before he left gave us $100 off because it was a smaller area and we paid 1325 total instead. Later that day, I went up to check what was replaced and it measured 40 sq. feet. We called back, and he said he would come out Saturday no one ever showed. We called again, and he did come out the next Saturday and replaced an additional 18 sq. ft. The roofer said that 200 sq. feet was an estimate and I understand that, but 40 sq. feet is only 1/5th that. The roofer did help me for about 10 minutes put some boards in the attic since the roof was open so that was nice of them. He also seemed very knowledgeable and was friendly.

    Tri-City Roofing
My wife and I initially used Tri-City Roofing to repair a leak during the rainy season earlier this year, and they also gave us a quote to get the roof replaced. Several months later, when we had our finances in order for a complete roof replacement, this firm offered to replace it at the same price they had quoted earlier. The job included tearing off three layers of old shingles and replacing them with asphalt-type shingles on an 1116 sq. ft. 1960's ranch style home in Dublin. Also included were custom cut, painted and installed gutters. Tri-City was accessible and responsive throughout the entire process. There was a relatively small adder (~$900) to repair the area under the leak mentioned earlier, which had been inaccessible absent a complete roof overhaul.

    PRI-Premiere Roofing Inc
We interviewed 6 roofing companies and Premiere Roofing was my first choice even before interviewing the other 5. The owner of the company is the one who came and showed us what they had to offer. My husband and I were really impressed that he took the time to explain everything and didn't send a 'representative of the company', and Jennafer in the office is an absolute delight and knows the roofing business well. Whenever we called with questions it was always Mr. Chavez-Reyes (owner) or Jennafer who returned calls or answered our questions. We have already told 3 neighbors about this company. The work was completed quickly and the completed roof is excellent!! The workman were all very nice they cleaned up every day before leaving. I felt that Mr. Chavez-Reyes went above and beyond what we were expecting. He and Jennafer were always kind, listened well, called back to make sure our questions or concerns were addressed and that we understood not only the work process but the billing process as well. Most of us women have that intrinsic 'gut feeling' and as I said at the beginning of this I told my husband that I 'just know these are people who will do the roof' even before we had the other company bids. I cannot say enough honoring things about this company...I would recommend them in a heartbeat. I have also recommend them on our neighborhood internet blog. There prices were right in line with the other companies we got bids from. But my husband and I said after getting all the bids that even if PRI had been the most expensive we would have gone w/them. Simply because of Aggy's personal character and integrity.

Lee came out at the scheduled time to do the evaluation when I wasn't home. Then, I never heard from him. I thought this was strange. So, 3-4 weeks later I called to ask about the assessment, and he told me that I simply needed a sealant put on one area and that he could do it the next day. He never said why he didn't call me during those 3-4 weeks. If I hadn't followed up, I'm not sure that he would have called or applied the sealant.

Greg came out and looked at it, found a replacement tile and installed it. The replacement tile is not an exact match (our roof is 24 years old) but will do the job! Greg's bid was very reasonable and much lower than the next lowest bid.

Initial installation seemed to go very well. When we had a few good rainstorms that year, a problem came to notice at the junction point of the roof valley and two gutters on the house ( leak was right over area of entering the house). Byers LeafGuard was contacted and came to the house and fixed the problem. I believe that in 2015 LeafGuard stopped by to verify that the gutters were clean and functional. Pointed out that at junction of garage roof valley and front house gutter could not handle the runoff during a rain storm. Suggested a vertical downspout from house gutter to the garage gutter, and they made this correction that day. I will have to check this area in the next rain storm this week -Jan.2017. My wife and I are very pleased with these gutters. And she is extremely happy that I am not out in the rain on a ladder cleaning out clogged gutters.
