I have been using First Lock and Security for several years because I can rely on their judgement, their keys and their installations. ABovie Lock & KeyJeff was great. He was the first one to contact me after I asked for bids, and he was available the same day (a Sunday) to come out and do the job. My mom's grip strength isn't very good, so he made sure the locks turned easily and provided her with keys that have extra large heads that are easier to grip. AProlocksmiths 24/7This is my second review after the one I wrote yesterday about the change in service fee and denying there was an Angies List coupon. The owner of the business called me yesterday and asked what had happened and apologized profusely. She was clearly very concerned about her company's reputation and stated that she did not know why the workman did not give the correct service fee. She said she would discuss this with him. She was very professional and committed to her business being upfront and customer friendly. She also wanted to make things right and did so. I would definitely use this company again and would want to support her small business.- Susan D.

AWe renovated on the middle of COVID but it went surprisingly well. The crew worked quickly, wore masks, and Nathan, our project manager, is REALLY good. He visited the site nearly every day and sometimes multiple times a day and really knows his stuff. We hired a designer from a design firm, but Nathan knows design really well and has some great ideas. Any issues, he was quick to address. I would partner with Nathan and Wisebuilders again in a heartbeat.

AI just moved into my new house and called Greg to get the locks changed. He arrived right on time and completed the job professionally. Greg noticed that one of my doors had extreme dry rot around the frame and I told him that I was desperate to get that repair made ASAP. Greg installed a brand new Anderson Coastal sliding glass door ASAP. So glad I called Greg especially after this rainy season. I couldn't have waited a week longer - seriously! He efficiently solved my problem. Greg worked with me all the way through the project and I couldn't recommend his services highly enough!

ADarrin fixed an increasingly problematic front door mortise lock. Works swell now; it was a toughie. He also fixed two other outside door locks that had been iffy. Prior repairman who had installed the locks and doors didn't do a great job. Now we have working and locking doors. Spiffy. I thought the price was very reasonable. He was professional and knowledgeable. Will hire him again for any lock issues. I wish I had done this over a year ago instead of dreading it (afraid we would have to replace the locks or doors).
