We met with Aviv and his head of team and looked at the many samples for our kitchen remodeling project. On the second meeting, and after we decided on what we wanted them to do at our house, we discussed and agreed on the proceed and schedule times for when the work was going to start and how it was going to proceed for the finished kitchen. AFive Star Garage Door ServiceWent great. JT was great. He looked like he'd had a long day and was still happy to explain the issue. Garage door was stuck open with cables dangling from another company's poor choice of bearings the week before. 5 star was fast, identified the issue right away and also diagnosed that the new spring noises were fixable with some wd40. viola, door is working great now with almost no noise for an old chain style opener. FWe hired them originally and they said they couldn’t natal our garage door for 2 weeks even when we were told it was in stock. 10 days later they said it would be another 2 weeks because it wasn’t in stock! We hired another company immediately and it was installed in 2 days! The same garage door!

ALocal Professionals come through: I had a water flow problem on the front center part of my roof that resulted in some of the sheathing under the overhang to dry rot. I also had a rain gutter with damage caused by a leaning tree. I called Roofmasters for a free quote. Johnathon explained the process and answered all my questions. Aaron arrived on-time for the quote on 8/27/2018. He explained what caused the dry rot and answered my questions regarding concerns I had about other areas of my roof. He put my mind at rest – telling me that my roof appeared to be in good shape except for the area that brought him there that day. I received the written quote on 8/31/2018 for the roof and gutter repairs and scheduled the work to be done on 9/14/2018. They called 30 minutes before arrival as promised. They were professional, courteous, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves well. They even replaced a couple cracked tiles at no additional charge. They are a local company (Suisun City, CA) that obviously still takes pride in their work. This seems to be a trait that is in short supply these days. I’ll definitely call them again the next time I need help with my roof.
