AEverlast ConstructionAriel has been a dream to work with. We had to fire our last contractor as he was just too slow! Ariel came in and did a HUGE remodel in three months. This included: bathrooms, painting interior exterior, foundation work around the entire house, pavers, pool, outdoor kitchen, flooring, etc After feeling like we had the right team on our hands, we hired them again for a kitchen remodel! The kitchen included demoing of a wall, moving the sink from the wall to the island, whole new design! a ton of electrical and plumbing work,countertop, backsplash, etc. The beauty about Ariel is that not only does he do quality work, you can actually get a hold of him- and within hours! If you've ever or never done a construction job on your home, communication is one of the biggest areas that people complain the most about. Ariel is upfront, responsive, and dependable- and very reasonable financially. He's also pretty creative and solution oriented. We had a Ariel made me feel valued as a customer as well, which, you just don't really get in this industry. It's a relief to finally treat someone with kindness and get it in return! All in all, we wouldn't think twice about going with another contractor for our home remodeling needs. ASOD Home GroupWe were so fortunate to find SOD home group to redesign our house. It has been a while since we did any remodeling or updates. Oren was attentive to each and every detail during the work. The type of materials, the paint of the walls, the combination of the cabinets and more and more… were picked up one by one to deliver us a ‘look like new‘ home. The whole coordination of who will work and when, what will they do daily, weekly and monthly – was managed by Oren. The office staff always made sure that the schedule and perfection are the top priority and they kept informing us regarding each and every step of the work. We cannot thank all the people who did the work and manage to complete it on time even though we are in a middle of a pandemic. ARamirez Landscaping & ConcreteRoberto's work exceeded all our expectations. We had a design ready and interviewed a lot of contracting companies. We eventually finalized Ramirez Contracting company and I'm really glad we did that. The concrete work was perfect and the landscaping was excellent. The prices were very reasonable. Roberto and his team was very diligent and prompt with their communication even with their packed schedule. AVicente's LandscapingVicente did a really great job rebuilding our fence after it was knocked down. He is affordable, honest and does high quality work. ABernardos fencingI had 6 other fence companies come and give me estimates. Bernardo Jr was the last one and he made a GREAT impression on my mom who was home to see all the fence companies. He is the only one who came back to the door and explained the estimate to my mom. He was kind and courteous and very respectable to the social distancing. His Foreman and crew came on the day and did the work and were finished the same afternoon. They were the only company that told us we didnt have to move anything away or trim the tree that was in t heir way. They took care of everything and cleaned up at the end. We are very satisfied with the job and crew and especially Bernardo Jr. We will use them again for any future fence job and highly reccomend his company for the service. ADreamprint Home Remodeling, Inc.After calling around to a few different places we chose Dreamprint Remodeling to do a big remodeling project for our new home that included bathroom remodeling, living room remodeling, fence and many other small projects. This review is for Mendy and his team who have done a fantastic job right from the beginning till the end. Our remodeling projects were done using permits which involved several city inspections. Not even once the inspection officer raised any concern/question and the whole process went really smooth. Mendy was super responsive and made sure everything was done using superior quality materials. He went with us to different stores to help us pick the right tiles and materials for the bathroom. We could see he has a very artistic sense and his suggestions really helped us select the right combination of colors. His team has very experienced, knowledgable and trustworthy group of people. They would clean up the house everyday after work and always took precautionary measures for covid-19 which made us feel really comfortable throughout the project. I would definitely recommend them for any small or big projects. Super happy with the whole team!- animesh j.

ABernardos fencingBernardo's was great! When they looked at my existing gate, they determined that it was not actually in need of replacement. It just needed to have a cable tightened so that it wouldn't drag on the ground. they tightened it for me on the spot, totally solving my problem. They did not charge anything but I offered $20 for gas.Really nice, honest guy.- Gretchen R.

ALee and Manuel did an excellent job. It was a tricky job because it could not be too steep for my wheelchair to get up it, but also needed a flat spot on one side for me to get out of my car. Lee listened to my needs, and he and Manuel skillfully dialed in the grade and laid the pavers. He also suggested adding some lighting and improved sprinklers nearby, both of which worked out well. These two guys are very good. Their price is reasonable for the caliber of work that they do. I've used them before and was very happy. Don't rush them; let them do their work. They are good.

AR & K Gate built and installed my entry gate over 15 years ago and it has operated with regular maintenance flawlessly, until a few weeks ago. I called with a “flair in the air” and was greeted, as always, with genuine concern and a service call was arranged for the following day. Kevin, who is extremely knowledgeable in his craft, quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered new repair parts and had my gate operational in less than 48 hours. Over the years I have been in contact with them for extra remotes, ways to increase my remote’s range, and for regular maintenance. I have also referred them to many of my friends and colleagues who have echoed how prompt, professional, and personable they were. I highly recommend them if you are starting with an open driveway and not sure what to do with it which was my case, or you have an existing gate that needs some technical attention. I am sure you’ll be as pleased with their service as I have been.

AMy wife and I worked with Joe to renovate our home in the South Bay. We basically tore everything down to the studs and did some reconfiguring of the interior, as well as redoing all plumbing and electrical. With Joe and his team, we transformed a home that hasn’t been renovated since the 60’s to the home of our dreams. We were referred to Joe by a trusted friend, and after a phone call with an overview of what our plans were, we met Joe in person at our home for an initial walkthrough. Both my wife and I were impressed with how thorough he was with details regarding the renovation; it was immediately obvious he was a master of his craft, with a vast amount of experience and knowledge in construction. More importantly, he’s down to earth and honest; his transparency was very much appreciated. Joe and his crew take pride in their work. He’d go above and beyond by suggesting certain looks or practical modifications to our original request; it often felt like he was renovating for himself! For the project, he provided a clearly marked timeline and walked us through all the options for both finished and unfinished materials. His encyclopedic knowledge of stores in the Bay Area saved us a lot of money, and we got exactly what we wanted to build our home with!
