AEverlast ConstructionThis is the second time we hire Everlast Construction, this time it was much bigger project last time we just moved in couple years ago we did basic remodeling and some cosmetics. This time we expand the home did really complicated remodeling in 2 phases. Our PM was Ariel he was the once who managed the first project, this time when we called we ask for Ariel and they told us he don't really does that anymore, when we contact him directly he was immediately told us he will be the one who will manage it for us. We would hire them anyways but we already know Ariel he know us it feels so right that he just jumped in we didn't even ask him to do it for us. The process was very good, The work came out to be catalog photo, we are so happy that we hire them the second time for this project.- Terry V.

ASOD Home GroupAs remodels go, there are always issues only exacerbated by covid. The team reworked the schedule at extra hassle to the workers when the tub arrived cracked and introduced 2+ week delay. They sought feedback and quickly course corrected when we were not aligned. They seamlessly absorbed change orders like AC installation in tight spaces. The chandelier was perfect for the space addressing multiple design challenges...and i understood that they had to build a platform as my ceiling height wasn’t accessible with all ladders. The overall design was elegant and addressed numerous challenges (kitchen is really a study in small spaces...it feels so much open than before without moving a single wall). The quality of the finished product is really remarkable. When i was burglarized (broked into lockbox), they immediately arranged for locksmith to help resecure my home. Due to unforeseen delays and change orders the work took 3.5 months vs our original estimate. They made sure every item on my punchlist was addressed and with quality. ASOD Home GroupSOD Home Group did a large scale remodeling project at our house. The remodeling included most of the sections like kitchen, master bedroom and bathroom, patio driveway and more…. They did a fabulous job. Oren and his large team of people proved to us how they knows what they are doing. After we interviewing several companies for this large project, we had to go by different companies reps which most of them did wonderful advertising but failed to perform. SOD Home Group are by far very professional & well oriented. We worked with the pre-set schedule that was provided to us by Oren and all the changes that came up during the actual work, were given with an update. All the employees worked with masks indoor and they were very respectful of personal space. Our house is now complete and looks like new. We look forward for our next project with them.- John B.

ASOD Home GroupWe were so fortunate to find SOD home group to redesign our house. It has been a while since we did any remodeling or updates. Oren was attentive to each and every detail during the work. The type of materials, the paint of the walls, the combination of the cabinets and more and more… were picked up one by one to deliver us a ‘look like new‘ home. The whole coordination of who will work and when, what will they do daily, weekly and monthly – was managed by Oren. The office staff always made sure that the schedule and perfection are the top priority and they kept informing us regarding each and every step of the work. We cannot thank all the people who did the work and manage to complete it on time even though we are in a middle of a pandemic. My wife and I love our new home and that is thanks to SOD Home Group.- John B.

AAAA Furnace & Air Conditioning CoWe had a very old furnace replaced and had AAA Furnace and Air Conditioning come out and give us an estimate. We picked AAA because they are family owned and been in business seance 1957. Rich came out and inspected the whole house, attic, number of registers and where the best place for the compressor should be. We then went into the house and he showed me all the different equipment that was available and which would best meet my needs. He was here for about an 1 1/2 hours and there was NO pressure to commit and the price was SOOO reasonable no one else could beat it. On Aug. 3rd the crew came out right on time and started to dismantle the old system, installed the new furnace, evaporator, expandable ducking under the house, the electrical and coolant lines, also under the house. All this was done in one day. The second day, again arrived on time, Miguel continued working on the furnace/evaporator wrapping everything, strengthening the furnace platform and covering every little hole that a critter could possibly get into. He was so meticulous it was unbelievable. Jorge and Alberto went up into the attic and installed all the new expandable ducking, installed a new register and put the compressor in place. Miguel then wired up the compressor and attached the coolant lines. He attached the Freon tank and let sit for 24 hours to make sure there was no leaks. Again, all in one day. Day three again on time, finished up some minor things, wired the service center and ran the system (furnace and air) for sometime to be sure everything was working to spec. Miguel also showed me how to shut the system down for the winter without using the service panel. I want to say, these three gentlemen, Miguel, Jorge and Alberto were so polite, so knowledgeable, enjoyed there work and enjoyed doing it, that it was an honor too watch them. Their workmanship was impeccable. Being a retired machinist with a QA inspector as my wife, believe me, we know good work. We highly recommend AAA Furnace and Air Conditioning for you HVAC needs.- Donald W.

ASOD Home GroupWe hired Oren and SOD Home Group to remove the soffit in our hallway and completely remodel our Kitchen, guest bathroom and 2 additional bathrooms and bedrooms. Oren was honest about the work at hand and gave us an appropriate quote and timeline when other contractors were just trying to get the job and would probably up charge us later. He was incredibly communicative from day 1 and super easy to reach if we had questions. The workers were respectful and efficient, especially since we had to complete the job during quarantine and move in with family during the process. While there were some hiccups along the way Oren got the job done and we’re thrilled with our new bathroom and hallway ceiling. This was our first remodeling project, so we felt it went as smoothly as possible. Our only issue was the tiles we ended up choosing for the floor and shower were not the best quality. We wish that had been flagged to us sooner since we spent a small fortune on the remodel, but the bathroom looks beautiful and we’d highly recommend shopping around for tile.- Charles G.

ASOD Home GroupWe recently completed a significant renovation to our house, including an overhaul of our kitchen and two bathrooms. SOD Home Group did a superb job ensuring this renovation was completed quickly, safely and beautifully with the highest standards possible. Oren, who is unflappable, an excellent communicator, led the renovation and pays great attention to detail. He should honestly teach a course on time management cause the guy knows how to very juggle several projects without missing a beat. We were overwhelmed with the prospects of the renovation, but Oren allayed all fears and led a great team of professionals to make the renovation a success, and it was completed fairly quickly given the size and extent of renovation. Oren and his team’s wealth of experience came handy in tackling our bathrooms that are smaller. One bathroom was really dark and felt closed in. Oren suggested adding a sky tunnel, something that we never would have considered possible, and initially decided against. However, we changed our minds, and we were so glad we did! The sky tunnel made a tremendous difference, opening up the lighting in the bathroom. I sit this as an example of how the team never pressured us to add on extra costs but would work together to find excellent solutions that were reasonable. Oren would lay out all options and explain the context behind each, but always defer to us without pressure on what decision to make. We really appreciated that as any renovation, particularly with an older house, is bound to have issues come up. It also showed Oren’s flexibility since we initially waved off the suggestion, but then later came around to it. We could write several more paragraphs regarding how incredible the entire SOD Home Group team is and cannot stress enough how grateful we are to all of them for making this a stress free effort. We look forward to working with Oren and the rest of his team again when we opt to renovate other parts of our house in the future.- Gerald B.

AMy Grandpa's home was missing a thermostat and had a broken bathroom fan. Roy and his son showed up right on time, were able to fix the bathroom fan and install a new thermostat in under an hour. They were helpful, kind, reasonable, and answered all my questions. Now my Grandpa can adjust the temperature, and our bathroom fan works fine! They were great. Would use them for any projects around the house, always nice to support family business and they seem like really nice, honest people.

ADuke did a great job at a fair price. We needed AC and decided to replace our old furnace at the same time. In addition Duke wrapped with insulating bubble wrap our old ducts that were exposed. He tied the drip line into our existing downspout in a neat fashion. I'd highly recommend him (he's a fellow submarine vet too!!).
