    Magnolias Locksmith
They accomplished the work quickly. And I think the price was too high. two arrived and one did the work while one gophered. They removed the fan and saw the electric box from 1947 was loose. they opened two holes and added screws. They swept the area and replaced the fan and demonstrated that the fan was better. I paid them $175.00

I originally hired Carlos to install some new vanity tops and sinks and to repair and paint my deck. I was preparing my house for sale. After discussing with my agent the list of things to do grew substantially. Carlos stepped up and ended up taking on all the work. He (and his crew) removed popcorn ceiling, painted walls, ceilings, stair bannisters, cabinet doors, front door, steps and he installed a new vanity, tiled, fixed plumbing issues, fixed electrical issue with switches, repaired and installed blinds. Caulked and sealed and even removed a dead rodent in the crawl space! He did all this in a VERY tight timeline as I needed to get the house on the market. He worked long hours and when little stuff cropped up her came back to fix or change. He is polite, responsive and professional. He kept me informed of what he found and any needed changes and provide receipts for supplies quickly. I gave him a key and I was very comfortable with him working when I was at work. All in all a very good experience and I will use him again.

I was very happy with all outcomes and he seemed to genuinely care about the finished product. If he himself didn't do it (one of the other guys in his team) he always checked in during the process to make sure the work was up to his standards and of course approved the finished product. You hear nightmares about subcontractors doing bad work and that wasn't the case at all. He was always patient with me as I added on one project after the other and was a great communicator. He and the other guys were very respectful and dependable. My house looked gorgeous after he was finished and sold well!

    Hire My Husband LLC
Excellent workmanship, communication, and customer service! Everything looked just as I was hoping for! Appreciated very much their flexibility when items, not on the original contract, were taken care of, not only installed but also purchased by Hire My Husband. All the work that has been done makes home look so much better! I wish weve called Hire My Husband before, instead of waiting to be ready for a big remodel. Also, thank you for leaving the space nice and clean!!!

I don't think it went all that well. Arrived at 2:30, was supposed to be here between Noon and 2pm. Looked at jobs and didn't say how long it would take so started removing caulk in Kitchen. After an hour, I asked about the job and he said that it needed to be cleaned once the caulk was removed and he doesn't carry the stuff to do that, would have to go to Home Depot to purchase. After 90 minutes I inquired again and asked how long this job was going to be, all caulk was removed by this time and he said he wasn't sure. This was after taking a phone call for what seemed like 15- 20 minutes out front. He left after removing caulking, I said I would have to call him back out to finish the job. After he left, I realized I was not happy with the way things progressed. I could finish the job faster which is what I did. Cleaned and caulked and its done. I would not hire this particular person to do this job again, I'll get someone else to do the job or do it myself. Not rocket science but could have been very costly at the speed with which it was getting done.

    A Quality Construction
We were a first time homeowners when we purchased our first house than was a fixer upper. We didnt have any past remodeling experience whats or ever and we went into it pretty not knowing what to expect. John from A Quality Construction was very professional and informative person during the initial meeting and during the construction process. He explained to me and told me about the entire process, guided us on how to achieve our remodeling goals within our budget. The large working crew was very friendly, on time, put attention to all the small details and kept us informed about everything during the work. Our remodeling ended up by demolishing the entire kitchen, bathrooms and installing new engineered hardwood flooring in the living room and bedrooms.

    RC&G Handyman Services
Richard visited on the agreed date to provide an estimate for the job. Estimate was sent via email within a few days and detail costs were provided by task. He provided all the materials needed to complete the job; which was very helpful since he knew what was needed. All 3 tasks were completed in one day on the date we agreed to. All tasks were done very well. The wood trims were replaced, re-sealed, and re-painted and they looked like new. Closet door job was complex and it was fixed. I will continue to use the RC&G services since it is high quality work and reliable.

    Peter Bray, Home Handyman
Peter was incredibly professional and knowledgeable.  He responded quickly to my initial inquiry and was able to schedule us within a week.  His work was excellent in every way and I'm so happy to have found someone who can help us with the small things around the house we don't have the time or expertise to do ourselves.  His prices are reasonable and I will definitely use him again.  A+++++++++++
