ACraft Builders ConstructionBased upon reviews on-line (Yelp, NextDoor, etc.) We hired Craft Builders to install a new roof on our home. They showed up On Time every day of the project. Their quote was reasonable and accurate. Top notch materials and products were used. The project was completed as scheduled and Everything was cleaned up around the entire house so you never knew they were there. I would strongly recommend Chris and his crew for any home project needed. They can do it all!- John H.

AValley Home Builders IncOne way you can tell a project is successful is when at its completion you feel you made the right choice for your builder, among other initial options. One year later, this impression is confirmed. The good impression we had at first with Arman was confirmed. VHB was definitely up to the task, very professional. Their top strength was in their architectural design experience and advices (Robert), and in project management (Mohammad), while all other aspects of the execution exuded professionalism. The VHB owner followed closely the project, and was hands on. Given that we had non-standard demands (insulation, structure), VHB proved to be quite flexible in accommodating our requests and in problem solving situations - both for the main structure and interior design. If we had some frustration it came from where we did not expect it: the slow processing of permit requests from the city, complex and arcane regulations (in spite of the city recently vowing to ease ADU construction), and the city clearly messed-up by requesting some changes late in the construction due to new fire regulations (closeness to the main home) while city could have caught these at the very beginning on the blueprint when presented for the initial permit. VHB proved to be patient, resourceful and accommodating. Afterward we realized how much our project needed a robust, cohesive and experienced team and VHB turned out to be exactly that. AAbove ConstructionIt went very well. Sabin was alwayz on time,clean,respectful and alwayz respected my house and family members. He started in the kitchen. I wanted a wall open to make like a bar to eat. He frame it and did the finish.He did such a good job i aske hem if he could remodel my whole kitchen. Which he said yes. He did all my kitchen floor,sheetrock ,cabinets and marvel counter tops. Kitchen looks great. Since he did such a good work with the jobs i asked hem to do. Me and my wife decided to ask hem if he had time to remodel my bathroom. Which he said yes. He gutted the whole bathroom. Sabin did electrical,plumbing and tile he did all the finished.My wife and i are so grateful to have met Sabin. AMy wife and I worked with Joe to renovate our home in the South Bay. We basically tore everything down to the studs and did some reconfiguring of the interior, as well as redoing all plumbing and electrical. With Joe and his team, we transformed a home that hasn’t been renovated since the 60’s to the home of our dreams. We were referred to Joe by a trusted friend, and after a phone call with an overview of what our plans were, we met Joe in person at our home for an initial walkthrough. Both my wife and I were impressed with how thorough he was with details regarding the renovation; it was immediately obvious he was a master of his craft, with a vast amount of experience and knowledge in construction. More importantly, he’s down to earth and honest; his transparency was very much appreciated. Joe and his crew take pride in their work. He’d go above and beyond by suggesting certain looks or practical modifications to our original request; it often felt like he was renovating for himself! For the project, he provided a clearly marked timeline and walked us through all the options for both finished and unfinished materials. His encyclopedic knowledge of stores in the Bay Area saved us a lot of money, and we got exactly what we wanted to build our home with! Home renovation is never a easily forecasted task; there are many surprises or issues that come up. With Joe, we knew we were in good hands. DAn appointment was made. They informed me they would be about 30 minutes late, that was fine. Then after the walk through and explained what I was looking for I was told I would get a break down the next day, if not, it would be the following day at latest. Did not hear back so I sent an email and they basically ask if I still want the break down. A very bad start, this is just a tell tell sign they would be a nightmare to work with.
