He cleaned a filter but unfortunately a drain pump had to be replaced. He had the part in his car and repaired my washer immediately. I am very impressed by the professional service of this company. AJp Appliance RepairWent well. Two of them arrived, were very professional, wearing masks and shoe covers. They took apart the drainage hoses and tested them out, tested the water drained properly, reinstalled everything. They were done in 45 minutes. I liked that they did not push bigger repairs to try to make a quick buck. Two things they could have done better: (1) they had said they would charge $65 for diagnosis, but they charged me $125 which felt high as they did not do anything else (still, it is a reasonable price, so I'm ok(, and (2) they did not align the dishwasher properly when reconnecting it, so now its door bumps against the edge of the cabinet (not a showstopper, but irritating nonetheless).- Rajeev G.

BThey were lifesavers. A lot of companies I called wouldn't even look at the fridge because it was a sealed system problem. They correctly diagnosed the problem in less than an hour -- a bent six inch piece of copper tubing that kept the system from circulating properly -- and were able to fix it on the spot. Seemed very thorough in both diagnostics and verification of the problem. Cost me $380 (reimbursed) which was less than half the cost of the attempted repair made by the first company. Only thing that keeps them from an A rating is the contractors didn't speak English well enough to communicate clearly with me. The guy was literally using Google translate on his phone and to tell me how much the repair would cost, he typed 380 into calculator and showed me the number.

AIn the end I decided not to do the repairs, but that was due to my own concerns about making the problem worse and the fact that it turned out to be rather minor. I did like that I wasn't pressured into doing more than I was comfortable doing.
