    On 8/16/19, I contacted Folsom Werkstatt because my 2009 328i BMW sedan had leaks in my windows. I explained that my car leaks when it rains and when I wash it. Ian stated that they could certainly look at it and let me know what they found. Later that day, Ian called and said they had found the problem and that three of the windows needed new seals. He also shared that Gus, the mechanic and owner, said that they think the car may have been in an accident because of some sticker on the inside door panel showing that the door was from a wrecking yard. I explained I received a Car Fax report before I purchased the car, almost three years ago, and there were no accidents reported. They then stated that the seals for the car would be $753.04 and I would need to bring the car back the following week, 8/22/2019 to be repaired. I agreed to the purchase of the parts. I brought my car back in, as planned, on 8/22/2019. Later in the day, Ian called me and said that they needed to order another seal; the seal they ordered was defective. I agreed, and was told the car would be ready the following day. The following day, I picked up my car. Ian said all the leaks were repaired. A few days later, I washed my car, and noticed that the car still leaked in exactly the same spots as it did when I brought it in the first time. I called Ian and he said they would take a look at it. On 8/28/19 I returned the car to Folsom Werkstatt to have them look at it because all of the leaks were still there. Ian called me a few hours later and stated that they needed to order another seal and that it would not be ready until the following day. The next day, I came back to collect my car. I asked to have my car tested with a hose and the mechanic/owner, Gus, came out with me. The car still leaked. The owner became irate when I pointed out it was still leaking. He stated the car was a lemon and that I should have told him the car was in a wreck. I explained, again, that I had a car fax completed and there was no report of any accident. He said it clearly had different paint in the door panels. He stated on several occasions that he was a professional and that he had been in business since 1987. The Better Business Bureau website says it has been in business for 8 years. I asked him that if he was a professional and knew it was in an accident then why did he ask me to purchase $753.04 in parts for a car that he could not fix. He said it was my problem and he did not know it had been in an accident. I pointed out that in the receipt for the first attempt he made to repair the car, he clearly stated it had been in an accident. He said he saw the paint on the outside of the car was different; then as a professional, he clearly should have known. Again, he said it was my problem. I asked if he was going rectify the situation as I paid him $1093.15 to repair my leaks and the car continued to leak. He became even more irate at this point, repeated the car was a lemon and that I should have told him it had been in an accident. He stated that he had done all he was going to do with it and with me and walked away from me. I paid Folsom Werkstatt $1093.15 to repair my leaks, took time to bring my car in twice and my car still leaks.

    I���ve had my a/c repaired, new tires and alignment done by Lightfoot Automotive and they are the greatest. Their shop is exceptionally clean, the mechanics are the best, and their prices are the best around. They do not try to sell any products/services that you don���t need. They do a complete check on your entire vehicle. I would not take my vehicles anywhere else.

    Outstanding service. Keith's Alignment and Brake was very accommodating in scheduling my vehicle and the job was done on time in a highly professional manner. Their emphasis on safety is very impressive. In addition to the requested service they provided a valuable evaluation of other components they found that might need attention in the future. This was a and quot;no pressureand quot; advisory to ensure the continued safety and reliability of the vehicle. This shop charges a very fair price for high quality work with conscientious customer service that is hard to find these days. Two months after they aligned my vehicle, my tires are still tracking and wearing perfectly.

    See above explanation.  Sarah, the front-office staff person, was not there when we picked up the car, but the man who was working at the desk, was also knowledgeable, and pointed out the mechanic's recommendations, which led us to replace the engine air filter.  He was also as friendly as Sarah.

    They offer coupons, which is affordable to me. I am able to make appointments and they always keep them for me. They are very prompt with their timing. They are competitive with their pricing. They answer my questions and treat me like an adult instead of a dumb woman about car information.

    They are just incredible! They are very competent, honest, and they have very good customer service. They are reliable and do good work. I have even noticed opera coming from the workshop. They really know Japanese cars. I have nothing bad to say about them.
