The service provided was good. I use them all the time. I like everything they do, they stand behind their work. They've done transmissions, brakes and oil changes for me. They take care of me and give me a reasonable price.

We were very satisfied with their work. We've used them before both times in my grandson's car and he's been satisfied with the work. It seems that they have done a good job. I don't know how to compare because I haven't used anybody else around here for those services but they were recommended to me by other people and so I'm assuming that they probably have a good reputation in the neighborhood.

They are very good.  The experience has always been good.  They back up their work and they are always good.  They've done different things on all our vehicles.  Their prices are reasonable for me.  They are real good about giving the vehicle back on time and the quality of work they do.  They are very professional, that's why I continue to use them.

We have a 2002 Chrysler Town and Country with about 130,000 miles on it. We had the transmission rebuilt about two years and 15,000 miles ago.
My job requires me to travel across the coastal mountains of California's central coast to the central valley every week, so I was putting lots of strain on the transmission in hill climbing and passing. About a month ago, my check engine light came on and the automatic transmission switched in to and quot;limp-inand quot; mode (only second gear, no shifting) during a long climb or frequent hard acceleration (repeated high speed passing). After letting the van sit overnight, the system returned to normal, until I once again had to drive back over the mountains.
Once I got the van back to town, my wife took it to Supreme Automotive, where they diagnosed the problem and recommended replacing the rebuild transmission with a full replacement. The replacement cost as much as the rebuild, but there was a 100,000 mile warranty on the replacement!
This was fortunate because about a month and a half later, the van started acting very strangely: after starting the van and driving about half a block, the speedometer started swinging wildly between my current speed, 0, and pegged high, each time corresponding to the transmission slipping or dragging. After a few seconds the transmission would return to normal, and I could accelerate to about 30 mph, then it would happen again.
We returned to Supreme Automotive, and they replaced a controller (under warranty... Woohoo!) and recommended we replace a couple of plastic connectors that were worn due to age. Total cost: about $140.
The van is back to normal, and even shifts better now than the original.

They were great. They did a good work at a reasonable price. He does all the oil changes, and for one of my cars, they have to bring specific oil for that, but they don't mind and give a very good price for the oil change. It turned out to be about only two-thirds the cost of anybody else. Service is done when they say it will be done, and if it isn't, they will call me and let me know why. Once on the transmission of my truck, there was one part which they couldn’t send in, and they had to wait for it, and they kept up correspondence with me on that. The quality of their work is excellent. I would use them again in the future.

He does great.  It was a good experience.  He treated us well.  He kept us well informed.  I have no complaints whatsoever.  Overall, he's excellent.  His price was pretty much better than everybody else.  He was excellent on the price.  His quality is excellent too.  He does what he says he's going to do.  His punctuality was great.  He did everything when he said he was going to.  He's great on everything.

    Auto Evaluators
Auto Evaluators did an excellent job diagnosing and repairing my transmission. I brought the car in to another transmission "specialist" and the estimate was $600 just to open up the transmission and diagnose the problem. Auto Evaluators has the proper diagnostic equipment for Volvo/Subaru and are experts on these makes. I would recommend Auto Evaluators for your Volvo/Subaru and they also perform general repairs on other vehicle makes. I have always dealt with and would recommend Paul.

They always provide great service and do great work. Reasonable! I have used them for 13 years on various vehicles. They keep my 1996 Toyota running well.
