Greg did a beautiful job on both Master Bathroom and Kitchen. He is professional, knowledgable, honest and very much aware of what is going on and what needs to be done to accomplish the best result. My kitchen and bath turned out beautifully. The cabinets were purchased by outside company that is of high quality. The island in the kitchen and the entertainment center in the family room were custom. Greg is great to work with. Price below indicates what job cost totaled for both including outside purchases (appliances, cabinets, lighting, etc.). Contractor/Labor costs were approximately $32K for both projects.

    Berry Construction & Restoration, Inc.
Everything was ordered and shipped to their office so I didn't have to have the vanity and the tub stored in my house. Once they received all the materials they came and started the work. The whole process was very well coordinated and they showed up every day for 11 days straight. They cleaned up at the end of the day. They put down plastic on the flooring to protect it. At the end of the 11 days I had a brand new beautiful bathroom. They had helpful suggestions and my bathroom looks perfect! It was much simpler than I thought it would be and they made it look so easy!

Gregg is honest, knowledgeable, delivers great work and good value.  I asked him to challenge my ideas and he always came up with great/better ones. He did NOT fall into that annoying contractor category where they follow the next big job and final and/or follow-up items go unfinished.  He returned again and again, despite his follow-on job, until every minuscule final touch was completed.  We were extremely pleased with him and the finished job.

Berry Construction went above and beyond to take care of me and my husband and to work around my husband's broken back from the accident. We loved their work so much we are going to have them remodel our entire house.

This was by far the best experience ever with a contractor!  We were not expecting to have to remodel a kitchen and approached it with sadness and fear. But Randy and Billy calmed those fears and dare I say, made it fun?  Yes!!  After our initial consultation and listening to us and our likes/dislikes, they took us shopping!  And led us to the most perfect and awesome piece of granite that ever existed, and now resides in our kitchen.  Their professionalism and knowledge showed in every little detail of this remodel.  We trusted their judgment and they never let us down.  We highly recommend them and look forward to working with Berry Construction again in the future.

    Mission Kitchens & Baths
The project took longer than estimated but results are good. Except - there is a slide-out bread board that was to be replaced with one that had a matching finished edge - it arrived unfinished and a stain was quickly applied that is unsatisfactory. Dave (the owner) promised to replace it with one that matches the rest of the cabinets but it never happened. I contacted him MULTIPLE times to no avail. The lesson I learned was to never pay for the whole job until all the work is done.

    Miguel's Tile
Recently I needed to get some tile redone in the bathroom with the tub.  I contacted Miguel?s Tile to get an estimate on the job.  He came out and gave me a written estimate on the cost and the time it would take to replace the tile.  Prior to starting work his staff did a great job of putting down paper and protecting the tub and other bathroom fixtures.  The tile was removed and they proceeded to prepare the walls for the tile install.  The tile was installed without any problems.  They made sure to include me on ever decision on installing the tile.  Daily they made sure to clean up and keep the place as clean as possible during construction.  We also replaced the plumbing fixtures and his suggestion for a plumber was excellent.  The job completed with no problems and no damage to any fixtures in the bathroom.  They did a great job on the install and the tile looks great.  I would not hesitate to use him on any future tile work or recommend him to anyone needing tile work.

    C & S Shower Door
We met Kurt at a Home show and are very glad we did. He was
knowledgeable, professional and had several good ideas for us. We used him to
replace two shower doors in our old house and install three shower doors in our
new house. His bid was considerably less than competing bids and the quality of
his work is exceptional. He did what he said he was going to do, and did it
when he said he was going to do it. An unfortunately uncommon occurrence in the
    trades. We highly recommend him.

    LifeStyle Building & Remodeling
Work began on this job July 14, 2014. October 28, was the start of week seventeen. All this time for a 8 x 8 foot bathroom remodel. Few things can make you unhappier than having someone in your home for week, after week,  on a remodel which should have three weeks max. Contractor was either unwilling or unable to take control of this job. For the first eight weeks, we never knew when workers were going to show up - if at all. He demanded final payment on week ten, while much of the work was undone. Workers would never show up before 9:30 AM, would never stay and work for more than three hours, and overall, no more than two 6 hour days per week. Contractor would call me when someone -me- needed to be here when one of his workers was popping by. I had to ask him several times why he, the contractor, could not be here. He had another job in the same area, and seemed too busy there. He would ask me to discuss my remodeling needs with his workers, work details with them: He was too busy to do this job himself. He often used the excuse that arrival of a certain part or fixtures would be delayed, week, after week. I lost all trust in him. He seemed to be impervious to our upset at the constant delays. Fixtures sat for weeks in the rooms just outside the bathroom rather than being stored at his home or place of business until needed. Workers would park in our driveway. blocking our access to it. Contractor was not there. Many details of completion were left unspecified in the original "bid", which cost considerably more money once details were revealed. Some jobs were begun before any bid was produced or agreed. ( water heater, re-dry walling, insulation, and ceiling re-do). Some changes were also begun or completed without any clear idea of the costs involved. The lack of continuity in the entire effort meant many errors were made in workmanship, measurements, and material specifications. Sink plug does not work, we have en extra grab bar, back splash not sealed. We accepted many of these to bring this project to an end. Workers would enter my home having never been introduced to me by the contractor, or, would pop in without notice or appearance from the contractor. We discussed his "progress" payments. he had provided no initial outline of how the work might progress, the money he required at the end of a progress " milestone" was entirely arbitrary. At the beginning of week 13 I begin to think he was delaying out of spite. We had to stand up to him, withhold the final 10% of payment until all work was done. I finish here for lack of space to go on with this sad story and review. Be careful out there!

    Osler Construction Company
Aside from the expected jackhammer noise, dust everywhere, and presence of the workers for 3 weeks, it was wonderful.
The contractor was there every day to make sure things went smoothly
All of the subcontractors were very concerned we'd be happy with the results.
They protected the parts of the house they had to use from all but a few minor dents.
They did a good job cleaning up the work area and touching up some dents, including some they didn't cause.
They offered to help pay for the cleanup of the dust in the rest of the house.
In spite of some unexpected difficulties, they finished on time and on budget.
The results are wonderful.  We have a safe, spacious shower that looks great.
The contractor said he'd put pictures on his web site.  We really like the look
