    Only Arnie & his father responded to my call! We were having our family & 6 week old grandson coming for Christmas and the furnace needed to be replaced !! Fast! Within 2 hours I got a call from the owner and he said he'd see if he could fit me into their schedule ,that was Tuesday 12/18 and the heater was installed by 12/22 by noon! Amazing service by the installation crew ! Highly recommend this company because they care about their work and their customers!!! Thank you so much

    July 2016-March 2017 I contracted this company for my commercial property's AC/heating needs. They seem so show up for service calls in a timely manner, and MAYBE fix the problem. If problem needs more than the one day visit, it will take many months to get the problem solved. It will take weeks for them to tell you that they still need to fix the problem and what the problem actually is, then more weeks to months before they can give you an estimate or bid for the repair, then at least another month or so before they do the job.... sheesh. Mind you, I'm not talking about a $200-$1000 job, I'm talking $10K to $25K. per ACunit replacement.... for that kind of money I expect a bit of expedited service. When I 'hound' them, I get 'stories'.... I call BS. Finally I got a bid, it took them Nov-16 to Mar-17 to just assess problem & get me the $10K bid for AC replacement . Out of desperation I called another AC business... No problem, called on Friday, got the new unit installed on Wednesday at half the cost that Jerry's told me it would cost. Now their bid finally was received, 3 days AFTER my new company installed it after taking a week to assess and replace the unit.. But, on the better note, the plumber is still doing good, but for how long who knows..... I haven't had any thing more than a running or clogged toilet.

    The one day with a drought for years we had a big rain storm on that day. Figured no way are they going to do this. But to my surprise at least 4 guys showed up and two trucks showed  and set waterproof cover up over where the a/c was  being installed and electrical box. Worked all day nonstop rain finally stopped in the afternoon. Resealed and replaced  some ducting  also. Even the owner drove out to inspect and that was impressive on its own. No leaks, very efficient and quiet for a 3 ton unit. They came out just this last tuesday for the 6 month check and guy was so professional and looked at everything even the bearings on the blower. Outside washed off the unit and found that ants were attempting to get into the relay so we added an ant bait in there. Looked for oil leaking from the bearings also. I interviewed a lot of A/C groups and most said they did new installs or retrofits but when  when they followed up they had either bailed all together or the price was terrible for what they offered. Was so glad this company was interested when we lived a ways away from them. You cannot go wrong with Paso Robles Heating & Air conditioning!

    Not only did he send a technician out the very day I called (it was freezing!), but because the technician did not have my filter size on his truck, Kenneth personally came back, installed the filter without extra charge, and checked all the registers to make sure they were properly open.  This was one of the very best customer service experiences I have ever had - and I have owned lots of homes.  Everyone involved was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable.

    One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning
    Asked for my money back. Finally they agreeded thanks to Jeff L who is the only one in that company who you can talk to. Still wanted to charge me for the yearly membership. I said you mean the one that makes me a priority to get service? I said I want that back too. Told me check was going in the mail. One week and still no check. Called again only to be told check is in the mail. When I got mad the girl was very smart with me. I called home depot and they said they can't treat you that way because that is not how we do business. Home depot called them and had to leave a message. I will never buy another service through Home Depot again. So I wait for the " check that is in the mail". Is no company honest anymore?

    We had a real estate transaction that required a new heater be installed immediately to help close. Straight Line Heating and Cooling not only beat other companies prices, they got it done the very next day after we called them. Sydney also took pictures for me and patiently redid the invoice 3 or 4 times to meet my requirements. It is my pleasure to write a glowing recommendation for this company. Sydney was polite, professional and COOPERATIVE!! I would definitely use this company again.

    I called yesterday to have them look at my furnace after another company couldn't fix it and recomended replacement. Chris arrived this morning on time. He spent about an hour and a half and found the problem. It wasn't getting air because of a blocked inlet duct, so it was shutting down when it ran out of oxygen. He charged $210 as advertised and saved me about $5000 for the new furnace I almost bought. Highly recommend. Honest, reasonable and competent.

    In the end, I decided to get a new ultra premium furnace and all new duct work.  I feel really good about the whole thing.  The furnace is super quiet.  We don't even know it's on.  It's 98% efficient, and the building inspector said he wished his own house's furnace install had been so good. There's even an alarm to indicate if there's any leaking. The return air duct is now sized right. The installers were efficient, clean, and very pleasant. I had them back to do more duct work in the kitchen.

    One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning

    I set up an appointment for a house that I had just purchased. Because it was a recent purchase my billing address was different than the house that the inspection was to take place at. I made a point of explaining this when I made the appointment and pointed this out  again when they called to confirm the appointment a couple of days before the appointment date. So the guy shows up at my billing address on the day of the appointment. Had to reschedule. The guy shows up the next day and proceeds to bad mouth the installation of the heater he was to inspect and tells me it needs to be replaced and that One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning is the only company that does a good job of installing heaters. He came across as insincere and I felt I wasted my time and money.

    They are good. They are reliable and prompt. They are a little high priced. They charged me an astronomical amount for the gutters because they have to have insurance on their employees. They did a good job.
