House Painting reviews in Piedmont

    Brannick and Associates Painting Services
Brannick and Associates did an exceptionally high quality job: - Their crew was delightful, friendly and went out of their way to be considerate including when they finished the job on a Saturday. They consistently took their shoes off when working inside our house. - The quality and attentiveness to detail of the painting was excellent - The pricing is very reasonable given the extremely high quality of the work - Patrick, the proprietor is all about doing the right thing for the customer and giving them the highest quality and longest lasting paint job. - Brannick and Associates also paints our 6 unit condo building in SF and we have used many painters and they are by far the best combination of price and quality. The building is 100 years old and Patrick (the owner) is the first painter to offer sensible solutions for maintaining our siding which is made of old growth redwood but has not vapor barrier (plastic sheeting) behind it so it needs periodic calking and sealing. Patrick has outlined a washing (to extend the paint life) and maintenance program which is quite inexpensive and which will save us thousands of dollars. - They also maintain Liability and Worker's Compensation insurance and handle and provide this certification upon request as professionally as they do every other aspect of their service.

    Brannick and Associates Painting Services
Patrick Brannick and his crew have just completed the painting of my house and boundary wall and the staining of the pergola. The job was really well from the first meeting to the final finish. My new house had not been painted for 25 years. There were cracks in the plaster and the wooden doors and windows were in bad shape. Patrick gave his professional advice on how to bring the house back, quoted me a fair price, and then he and his crew did a superb job. They have made it an easy decision for me on who to choose to paint the interior of my house later this year. After interviewing several painters in an effort to get the job done at the earliest time, I selected Patrick Brannick painters. Patrick impressed me the most when he estimated my job. He was professional, provided valuable information on the repair work and preparation for painting, was totally likable, and was priced fairly (for the East Bay). Like the other firms, he was busy and I had to wait a few months. The wait was worth it! Not only was the work done professionally and meticulously, but the crew was thoughtful, easy to have around, and cleaned up each day. Patrick brings many skills to his work. His considerable experience with both fabulous and regular homes provided me with valuable input on the colors I had selected and where they were used, technically on house protection, paint performance, repair work, and on choosing stains for different purposes. My paint job took about 2 weeks, was completed slightly ahead of the predicted time, and it was even fun on several occasions. Most of all I have a transformation in my house that I enjoy every time I arrive home. Thank you Patrick and Jose and the rest of the crew.

COLOR TOUCH PAINTING: Fine Painting Contractors
The crew arrived promptly every day, cleaned up the area when they were done, and were professional and responsible at all times. Communication was clear and all my questions were answered promptly. A very positive experience all around.

Job very well done. We are very happy with the way they interacted with us, their planning, preparation of the exterior walls and then painting them. We will hire the team again if there is a need in the futrure.

Pretty good. The painters went out of their way to do things properly. We had some small mishaps with some of our landscape watering mini-sprays, but Matt was quick to offer compensation for labor and materials to replace them. We have used them in the past and have referred our neighbors to this painting company.

    Brannick and Associates Painting Services
Amazing. My house was in horrible shape and I was terrified of another rainfall. Wood exposed everywhere. Brannick and Assoc. came in and prepped properly. They fixed all distressed areas and they were very helpful on choosing the right color. I love it and it looks as if I have a new house. Highly recommended.

    Colorblast Painting
They were fantastic. It was a two person crew. They spent an extraordinary amount of time cleaning and taping up all the stuff. The prep was was well over a week of prep work. Usually, it's like a day of prep work. Great prep work, careful, beautiful painting, high-quality work. They have three different levels of work. You want to get your house sold? Quick paint job. Then, one that would last you three or four years and then ones a guaranteed seven years. i have to tell you their price was the lowest bid that I got. It was $6,900 for a building that was three or four stories. Lots of stories, lots of ladders. I got bids to do the exact same work, the materials and all of that stuff for $3,000 more and then there were bids that were higher than that. My neighbors looking at them.

    Dan Dudley Painting
Dan quickly replied to my voice message and I was able to schedule him to come see the work/make a bid right away. He agreed to tackle all the work, quoted his hourly rate, and began work that week. The work took a few days. Dan always arrived as scheduled and was always pleasant and professional. Supplies I did not already have, he purchased for me which was a big help as I am lost when trying to decide what product to purchase for house repairs/maintenance. His work is meticulous and, in my instance, he left my property in so much better condition than when he arrived! I'm scheduling him to tackle the damaged outside woodwork in my unit next month.

    Colorblast Painting
I scheduled an appointment to have a quote done and it was moved to another day which was disappointing since they do not pick up the phone and call you when it happens. The day of the rescheduled appointment there was no indication or heads up that they would be late. When the guy arrived 32 minutes late he bailed after I explained to him that appointments and timing are important to keep. He was not apologetic and simply said he was giving a free estimate. The estimate is not free for your prospective client if they have to disrupt their day and wait for you to be late especially after pushing the appointment a day. I guess he did not understand what see you at noon means. If you have an appointment get there early and do not wait to show up after the hard stop. The phone agent when I originally called said that the quote would take around 10 minutes so you had a 20 minute buffer to get there. I had to cut my next appointment by phone short to answer the door. That was not fair to that vendor either. This could have ended better and he could have recovered the situation but rather than give the quote he bailed. Considering the manner in which he responded it is probably a good thing. Very unprofessional in my opinion and I urge people to look elsewhere.

    Brannick and Associates Painting Services
Patrick and his crew are highly skilled and professional. We have used other painters that we have been pleased with, in the past, and Patrick Brannick's work was excellent. The crew was friendly, respectful, skilled, and efficient; they always cleaned up after themselves, and left the house as they found it. His estimates were very competitive and very close to the final cost of the work. As the job progressed, there was other work that we added, and Patrick was both accommodating and flexible. At certain points we requested that things be done somewhat differently, and Patrick was excellent on communicating with us, and making sure we were satisfied with the results. I would recommend Patrick Brannick and his crew without any reservations, and we will be sure to hire him again.
