    Capital Tires Center hires illegal immigrants (unlawful workers), overworks them, gives them interrupted breaks if any, does not pay them overtime and exploits them. They are always seriously understaffed so expect to wait a long time. They are known for overtaxing peoples invoices a form of tax fraud and pay some of their employees (unlawful workers) cash. As a result, they fail to withhold federal and state taxes (another form of tax fraud). They hire individuals that are not qualified for the job. They don't have the proper training and or certification. neither of their employees are ASE certified and are known to perform fraudulent repairs and work on A/C systems without proper and mandatory licensing. Capital Tire Centers has been reported to the following agencies: BAR (Bureau of Automotive Repair), IRS (Internal Revenue Service), ICE (Immigration), CA Labor Commission and even Pico Rivera Sheriffs for their business activities. Avoid this place at at all costs.....

    I went there 20 minutes before the appointment time to allow for clerical work just in case they need. A technician guy started work at appointment time and finished the job at 1.5 hour later. Everything was done exactly as I was told before they started to work. And cost was even $75 less than the estimate. The guy told me the difference was molding cost. I didn't know what it was but he could charge me if he didn't told me. I felt the company's ethics and workmanship is trustworthy. I spent money but I felt so good. I recommend this company very highly.

    They do okay. They're far and good. The reason why I go there is I used to go elsewhere, but I left because I felt like they were trying to milk us. It's also because it's closest. I got a quote from both of them, and the other place was a lot higher. I've recommended them to others. I had to go back because it wasn't the right motor, but that doesn't happen much.

    GARBER'S INDEPENDENT BMW
    Greg, the owner, was great. He explained everything that needed to be fixed and why. The paperwork was easy to understand and Greg took very good care of us. The other thing I liked about him was that he drives a BMW himself so he know how to take care of the car. The car is running very well right now.

    I reached out to Auto Accident Refund, after I was in a car accident, where another vehicle had rear ended me, while I was at a complete stop, causing more than $17,000 in damage.  I knew that the car would be repaired, however, there would now be a tainted vehicle record, which means I would never be able to get what my car was worth, if I tried to sell it... my car had now diminished in value. AAR helped me fight back and did all the work.  After I sent in all the accident details and insurance information, they submitted a claim to the at-fault party's insurance company and got me $5,000, for the loss in value that their client's accident had caused.
    Although I can't change that my car was in an accident, I now feel like I've been compensated for my loss. I would absolutely recommend AAR to anyone.

    i took it to luis lopez automotive the following morning.
    mr. lopez looked at the truck, called me within an hour and told me it was an ignition coil.
    he told me the amount of time it would take to replace and gave me an estimate.
    i gave him the ok.
    the work was done on time.
    mr lopez called me to let me know the work was completed, all within the amount of time he specified.
    the truck runs great, again.

    A friend refered me to AAR's website, and I gave them a call. It took less than 5 minutes for them to get my claim started. Their representatives were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and they negotiated my claim with the insurance company... I didn't have to deal with the insurance. All I had to do was sign a few documents and send them the receipts from the auto body repair costs. It took less than a month to receive my auto accident refund and they kept me informed on the status of the claim at all times, via email and phone calls. Now I have some additional money for a nice little vacation!

    AUTOTECH BY BECK
    Autotech is a Nissan specialist but is willing to examine any car if he thinks he can do a good job. I first bought my Maxima to Autotech by recommendation of a Nissan dealer employee. The dealer had said I need a new ''power-sterring rack'' costing over $1000. Beck examined my car & said I just needed to replace a power-steering hose for a lot less! This is just 1 example of his service, honesty, and customer-orientedness. At times I have told him I think I need this or that expensive repair, and after his examination he usually says the problem is something less expensive! I could go on, but the point is he is there to take care of your car, not to try to take the customers money for things not really needed. One last thing: he got my Maxima to last nearly 430,000 miles on the same engine! We need more honest mechanics like his shop.

    WORK WAS PERFORMED PROMPTLY AND EXACTLY AS QUOTED. TECHNICIANS WERE VERY COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL, AND FRIENDLY. THEY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO EXPLAIN IN GREAT DETAIL THE NATURE OF MY VEHICLE'S PROBLEMS, AND PRESENTED ALL PARTS THAT HAD BEEN REPLACED AT CLOSE OF SERVICE.

    OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS VERY DISTURBING WITH THE FACT THE I TOOK MY VEHICLE IN AT 7:00AM AND WAS TO BE READY BY NOON. HAD TO CALL 3 TIMES TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE FOR UPDATE ON MY VEHICLE. WAS FINALLY CALLED AT 4:45 (THEY CLOSE AT 5 ON SAT) TO TELL ME THAT I NEEDED A NEW FAN BELT. I WAS EXTREMELY UPSET THAT MY VEHICLE WAS THE FIRST IN THERE THAT MORNING AND I WAS THE LAST TO LEAVE, FOR JUST A REGULAR SERVICING. IN THE MEANTIME I HAD TO RENT A CAR SINCE I HAD TO GO TO WORK. WHEN I FINALLY GOT MY CAR BACK THE VERY NEXT DAY I HAD A FLAT TIRE IN THE SAME ONE THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE REPAIRED. WHEN I CALLED THEM, THE SERVICE PERSON THAT WAS HELPING ME, INSTISTED THAT I MUST HAVE RUN OVER SOMETHING. HE ACTUALLY TOLD ME THAT I WAS 'LYING' AND THAT THEY IN FACT HAD FIXED IT. WELL NEEDLESS TO SAY I HAD TO TAKE MY CAR TO ANOTHER PLACE AND PAY FOR MY TIRE TO GET FIXED, EVEN THOUGH I HAD ALREADY PAID CERRITOS NISSAN. I AM STILL TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK FROM THEM.
