Cal Star Mobile Home Construction Inc.
I had just moved my mother into her new home, the bathroom was a complete mess with old rust and stains around the toilet and bath it needed to be completely pulled out and remodeled. Justin and his team came out gave a quick estimate and was ready to go within the same week they made the process easy and was able to to meet the completion date. I've already referred him to a few of my mother's neighbors.

ARS / Rescue Rooter LA East
HORRIBLE experience!! Not only did they over-promise that they would arrive to the location as request, but they were 4 HOURS LATE!! I wish I would have followed my instincts and reviewed their comments on the internet prior to contracting with the company. I agree with many of the other reviews on Yelp, Angie's List, and several other social media reviews that ARS Rescue Rooter is a complete rip-off artist. They charged $525.00 for 40 minutes worth of work to replace a garbage disposal. This is a 400% markup!!! After the fact I received prices from Mike Diamond, Rescue Rooter, and two other independent companies, all of which were below $300. TRULY A LICENSE TO STEAL! If the owner had any ethics, he would abandon his franchise. It is a shame that seniors and other people that are not proficient in the English language could get ripped off in such a manner.

Payless Water Heaters & Plumbing Inc
I made an appointment for between 12n and 5pm which is a ridiculous window of time. Cable companies do better than that. By 8:30pm they still hadn't shown up. All day long, I was told the plumber had a complicated job before me, but I was next on his list and he would be right over as soon as he was done. I think they just overbooked and they were telling me that he was caught on a single job that was taking a long time. Is he such a bad plumber it takes eight and a half hours to get a single job done? I called at 8:30pm after Chase answered the phone and immediately tried to put me on hold. The last time he did that, I ended up waiting on hold for ten minutes. I told him no, I wasn't going to wait. This company has no sense of urgency to help customers. He kept saying his plumber would still be coming, even though I'd waited for eight and a half hours already. When I proceeded to tell him what I thought of his company, he had the nerve to tell me I was wasting his time as he had more important things to do. I WAS WASTING HIS TIME???? I'd waited all day for a plumber who never came and he had the nerve to tell me I was wasting his time. Payless doesn't care about your time, or even if they get to you at all. Avoid this company.

    GM Pacific Pro Construction
Gil is a pleasure to work with. After my initial contact he came by as scheduled to review the job site and meet with me. Work was scheduled that same week and completed in 3 work days. Gils crew was skilled and efficient. Gil did note that I had some drainage issues and recommended the addition of drains to the concrete project. His price for the drain was competitive and would insure that my side yard drainage issues that occurred during heavy rains are remedied. Gil and his crew poured/finished a beautiful new walkway. They also did an excellent clean up when finished. I highly recommend GM Pacific Pro (Gil) and plan to use his excellent skills in the future for more projects.

    Trig Builders Inc.
I contacted Trig Builders for a master bathroom renovation with a tight budget. Starting at the day when I called them, I told them what I wanted to do and if they can come over to check the bathroom and to give me an estimate. Yossi was the person that came over to my house and he checked and asked me some questions in which showed me how skilled he is and when he presented me the quote I was surprised that it fit by budget without even asking for discounts. Yossi was very understanding and he was able to send his crew to start working 2 days after due to the fact that they had another job completed just few blocks away from my house! The crew worked very carefully and Yossi made sure that the budget will stay as is and without any changes. I was amazed to see how the progress get along each and every day. More than all the above, I was very amazed that they finished the entire project earlier than Yossi initially quoted me. I am so thankful that I hired them for my bathroom remodeling project!

    Allison Plumbing
It went well. Rebecca was my first point of contact. I had a lot of questions, which she either answered or got an answer for me. She also gave me the name of the plumbing supply store where they get their merchandise, which was very helpful. I went there and got my questions answered prior to my appointment. Jonny was the Plumber who completed the job. He was on time and came very prepared. When the counter top in one of our bathrooms was too low to accommodate the height of the new toilet, Jonny provided some suggestions. Unfortunately, we were not able to replace this toilet with a new one. Jonny worked tirelessly to make sure everything fit and worked properly before leaving. It was a complicated job, but he worked through it. He did a good job of cleaning up as he worked. We thought their price was a little high, but we were satisfied with their work and would definitely hire Allison Plumbing again. We appreciate their work ethic.

    Pronto Home Repair
Excellent service. Provider is thoughtful, fair, reasonable, and has excellent people skills. He is honest and trustworthy; I would leave him alone in my home to work and not worry. I have referred him to family and neighbors.

    Mitch Clemmons Plumbing
We have used Mitch Clemmons Plumbing on several occasions and always found them very dependable, professional and trustworthy. We had recently moved to a new home and had some plumbing issues, so we called them to see if they could come and look at some of the problems we were having and give us an estimate.  Kevin arrived and quickly assessed the problems, gave us an estimate, which was quite reasonable, and was able to complete the work that day, as he had some of the parts already on his truck.  We were delighted that we did not have to schedule the work to be done another day.  We were very happy with the completed work and highly recommend Mitch Clemmons Plumbing services.

    AAP Home Services
Daniel came out for the consult and was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He promised to send an estimate and followed through. We decided on accepting the estimate that was fair and competitive with the couple other estimates we had received. I had a total of five companies give estimates and here is why AAP was picked. 1-Daniels follow up to his estimate. 2- the speed in which they were able to start and complete the project. The smaller companies were unable to schedule a close start date and they said the project would take 3-5 days where AAP took one day for total re-pipe and one day for dry wall repair (included in the estimate price). Daniel came by at the completion of both piping and drywall repair to ensure I was happy with the work. It made it easy to not have to find my own drywall repair company. AAP even offered to send out a cleaning company for three hours to help clean up the house after all the drywall dust and mess. Overall a great experience with AAP and their friendly employees.

    McLay Services, Inc.
The gentleman arrived during the specified window and went right to work. He understood that we wanted to keep our toilets, but as they both were leaking at the seals, we needed them reset into the floor. He brought everything he needed for the job with him, including wax rings and new bolts. The caulking is particularly nice-looking and neat. He finished in a very timely manner, cleaned every up well and was very pleasant and professional. All in all, a very good experience!
