Excellent service. Provider is thoughtful, fair, reasonable, and has excellent people skills. He is honest and trustworthy; I would leave him alone in my home to work and not worry. I have referred him to family and neighbors.

I was a little bit concerned about it. I didn't talk to them because I was upstairs so my husband dealt with them. I'm the one that asks all kinds of questions. What happened was we had bought a ceiling fan from Costco and we needed it installed. Rather than having my friend do it, we thought we could have a professional do it. They came and they told us that he had to put a base for the ceiling fan to be installed so the base goes inside the ceiling so we don't see it. We had to pay an additional $80-some. I never heard of that. We had a dimmer switch on that and I told him that he could change that and put a regular on and off switch on that. They were going to charge us $35 for it. We said no. $35 for an on and off switch and they charged us for that base that they had to put in the ceiling. I don't know what we were paying for. It turned out that it cost us more than I had wanted to spend. They come over and they tell me we need this and this and we're kind of stuck because we wanted it done. I just felt like there were hidden charges. We are the original owners and our house is like 25 years old, and this probably is the third ceiling fan we put in. The first two were put in by friends and I never heard of having to buy something else to install it. The box was never opened. We have a brand new box. I imagined that everything we needed would have been in that box but I don't know because that's not my area of expertise. It cost us another $80-some to install the fan. When they said $35 for the on and off switch, it became to be the principle of it. We have other electrical work that we would like to have done, but I don't think I would ever use them again. They are nice and everything. They did their job, they came on time, they did everything that they were supposed to. It's just that I'm unhappy about the expense that we paid. I was not happy with the price.  All of them were working fine. We just wanted to update the look. The value was not very good and I think we paid more than we should have. The fan comes with a light. I asked my husband how to turn on the fan without the fan going just the light, and he had to read the instructions. I would think that the installers would have told us all these, but maybe that's not part of the job. It wobbles and I don't know if it's supposed to.

It took a month to get them to come out, but the electricians were on time and left everything clean.

Electricians were very knowledgeable, and quickly made the repairs- I had already purchased the needed parts for replacement.

Electricians were very courteous and had some helpful tips.  Took longer than the time (not unexpected)  I purchased thru their deal so I paid the regular rate for additional time. Reasonable amount.

    Would use again. Thanks

    DSJ Electrical Contractors
For the first hour they did absolutely nothing but remove the light switches. One of the guys went to the hardware store for materials while the other one sat there. They said because there were two of them, and my deal was for 2 hours (it wasn’t; the deal was for $249 off the service) that only one hour was covered. They ultimately did the work but charged me way more than what they should have. To make matters worse, I discovered this morning that they removed one of my light fixtures and didn't replace it, and now I have to go purchase a new one and attempt to install it myself. For 2 hours of work I got absolutely nothing accomplished.

Levi was amazing!! We had two other electricians come bay that were recommended by our neighbor. I tried installing some ceiling fans since I have installed light fixtures before but soon realized it was above my skill level. Well, I blew a breaker and cut power off to half of our home! The two previous electricians could not solve the problem, and in fact said it was a HUGE wiring problem. One said they would need to go to the attic to fix it, the other said he would need to go to the crawl space under the house. Hoping that wasn't the case we looked on Angie's list and found Levi. He showed up same day we called him and fixed our  power in ten minutes!! It was a very small issue and he changed out a breaker at the panel and we had our power back immediately. He's the best!! Knows exactly what he's doing and barely even charged us for it. Since he was so good, we asked him to install the two ceiling fans at a very reasonable price. Thanks Levi!!!

Accurate Electric Plumbing Heating & Air
We noticed that some of the outlets in our kitchen went out on a Friday night and we called Accurate first thing Saturday morning. Sherri was wonderful and tried to help us over the phone in case it was just something easy. Unfortunately, it wasn't. They sent Eric out a couple of days later and he identified the fuse box as the problem. He and his team took care of everything: city permit, fuse box replacement, cleanup. He even referred us to someone who could repair the stucco around the fuse box. We could not have asked for an easier (and stress free) experience. They get an A+ in our book.

Ariel walked us through all that was needed for our breaker box upgrade. Even though we ended up having a friend do the work, Ariel still set-up the approval and inspection process with the power company at no charge. I would definitely hire them if needed in the future.

    Just Do It Builders Inc
We had granite put on our counter tops, had our cabinets painted, and almost the entire first floor painted. The quality of the work and its organization was poorly done. They would call us on random days saying that they couldn’t make it out. It was very inconsistent. There were a lot of people involved to finish the job. Contractors kept getting fired and new people kept coming in. It was difficult to get calls back and towards the end after the job was done, we let the dust settle. A week or so after it was completed, we called and they told us that Arik was out of town. Days and weeks went by before we got any call back. It was emotionally draining. The painters were really nice, but they were subcontracted out. It was our first time using a contractor and after the whole experience we’ve learned so much.  The price included painting the existing cabinets and painting the living room, family room, kitchen and powder room and putting granite on the counter tops. I feel like this project shouldn’t have cost this much, but we were clueless at the time. They were referred by Angie’s list so that’s why we went with them. It was not done professionally. They painted first before taking out the tile and counter tops. When they did the recess lighting, three different electricians came out. They put the pendulums in after they painted the ceiling and they had to call the painters back to fix the painting. It seemed a little bit backwards to me. The painters kept rescheduling for reasons like “the car broke down” or “one of the painters is sick.” The painting looked unfinished and after two or three phone calls they had someone come out and review the whole job. There’s paint here and there on the carpet and furniture. This person came out to do the review and ended up caulking the edges where the ceiling meets the wall to make the line look even. I’ve never heard of caulking as part of a paint job. We don’t want to go through this again so we’re leaving it alone. The whole purpose in doing this was to sell our house. If we were to sell our house tomorrow, I would be very unhappy.

    Affordable Electric Service
To battle so cal's heat waves & delay spending $10k to replace our HVAC, my husband and I purchased 3 ceiling fans for our 2nd floor bedrooms.  Then, to avoid triggering my husband's life insurance policy & shorting the circuit in our house, we needed an experienced and licensed electrician to install them.  I called a number of electricians before I talked to Red, who was the only one that provided a reasonable quote on doing simple ceiling fan installations.  Some of the other electricians I called told me it'd take 7-9 hours to install all 3.  The pricing was all over the place, depending on how greedy they were or how ignorant they wrongfully perceived a housewife to be.  Now, unless you're building a new motor housing and sawing fresh wood for the fans, even a housewife knows they don't take all day to install.  Thus enter Red.  Not only was his pricing reasonable, so was his timing.  When I called him to schedule, he was driving and didn't have his calendar, so he called me back later that night to schedule as promised (2 stars already in my book).  On installation day, the appt wasn't until 8 am, but Red's son (Sanjay?) showed up early at 7:45 and didn't bother us until 8 (another star).  Sanjay laid out plenty of clothe to protect our furniture, wood floors, and to catch the mess.  He was so quiet, professional, and hardworking, I barely remembered he was in the house.  All 3 fans were up and running within 2 hrs and he was done in about 2.5 after all the clean up.  It helped that he used something as simple as ceiling fan mounting brackets (other electricians who told me they had to install the fans to the joists... really???).  He even brought in a shop vac, but being a germaphobe, I told him I'd vacuum instead (4 stars).  The icing on the cake was when Sanjay installed a cover over a hole in our exterior wall where our patio light had to be removed to accommodate our new sunsetter shade and he didn't even charge for it. (6 stars!).  He also gave quotes & ideas on doing recess lighting in our family room & kitchen, as well as rewiring our garage (all of which were reasonable).
Overall, it was a great experience and very refreshing to find an electrician who isn't going to charge you an arm and leg for electrical work.  You bet I'm calling them back in a few weeks to do the recess lighting & garage rewiring.  So glad I found these guys; our Angie's List subscription has paid for itself!

Haik was professional and responsive, answered his phone when I called.  He gave us a quote on installing 3 ceiling fans.  He had to climb into our attic crawlspace to look at all the wiring, but he was very professional, courteous, clean, & respectful of our furniture the entire time, paying careful attention to not putting his ladders directly on our wood floor or bumping into the walls.  Unfortunately, we found a local electrician with a quote that was more within our budget.  But, we have Haik in our contact list as a backup electrician if we ever have schedule conflicts with our local electrician.
