    Scott poulson plumbing
It was a pleasure to have Scott install our gas line and fireplace insert. He was quick, neat, professional, and obviously knew exactly what to do. He takes pride in his workmanship, and was very patient when showing me the functions of the fireplace remote. I highly recommend him and would gladly hire him again.

    Roman's Plumbing
Roman's was actually too busy to help me directly. But they did find another plumbing company to help me out the same day (turned out to be Prado's Plumbing, which did a great job!) Roman's displayed the best sort of customer service - finding me someone to help when I really needed it, and not charging me for that help!

    BENJAMIN FRANKLIN CERTIFIED PLUMBING
Very well - I called the main number on a Sunday morning, the plumber (Nick) called 15 mins before he came by (which was an hour ahead of schedule), and he was very knowledgeable. He tried to fix a wobbly faucet (access is very difficult - poor setup by builder) and explained everything to me. I signed up for a service plan but there was no "hard sell".

    Scott poulson plumbing
Excellent. Scott was great - fast, efficient, and high quality work. He took care to lay down blankets to protect our floors and cleaned up everything after the job was done. Everything was installed and connected appropriately and Scott walked us through the operation and proper maintenance of our new fireplace. Highly recommended and I would hire him again without a second thought.

    Sustainable Plumbing
It went very well - he was proficient and efficient and performed some minor additional services along the way and without additional charge. He was recommended to us by a neighbor and he proved to be a great find! His prices were significantly less than the plumber used by another neighbor and he provided the units at cost.

He showed up on time and looked very professional.  He removed my old water heater and installed the new water heater in a timely fashion.  I loved that the area that he worked in was cleaner when he left then it was when he showed up.  His work was impeccable and the install was very professional looking.  I would totally use him again and will refer him to anyone looking for plumbing work to be done.

    Boden Plumbing Inc
Wonderful, I couldn't have had a better experience. I called yesterday because I had a leak under my bathroom sink. My call was answered immediately, and professionally, and when I asked for a certain window of opportunity due to my odd work schedule for the following day I was easily accommodated. The nicest young man came, right on time, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He had two options of repair, one being much easier and less time consuming (i.e. Less expensive), which he tried first, and it worked! He was done in about 15 minutes, and although you pay a flat service fee I think it was absolutely worth every penny. He thoroughly explained why I had the leak, and what the problem was which was very professional, as well.

    Live Oak Painting
We've had problems in the past with our 35-year old system backing up, especially in the winter time when the ground gets good and wet, and I was concerned with the possibility of an extra-wet winter coming up that I was going to be unable to flush toilets and do laundry except between storms. So I started down a checklist of ways to address the problem. I was concerned that two liquidambar trees in the immediate vicinity of the tank could have invaded the exit line, and in digging out the distribution boxes I discovered three of them were clogged with the sandy soil we have here, at least at the top. I was also concerned that perhaps the leach lines were clogged after all this time and needed to be jetted out. Analy Septic was highly reviewed both here on Angie's List on and Yelp, especially for expertise in dealing with roots, so I gave them a call. It took a little bit of phone tag to finally connect, but we had a crew out here the day after I got hold of Al.
They were great. Competent and quick in assessing the situation. They opened up the system and ran a camera through the line between the tank and the distribution boxes. The good news is there were no roots and the line itself was in good condition without breaks or problems. Same for the distribution boxes and leach lines. Their assessment was that the lines did not need to be jetted, and that most of my problem is due to the hardpan about 4' in the ground that prevents the surface water from percolating down once the leach field gets saturated (that's the bad news.)
In short, they told me exactly what was going on, explained it in terms I could understand, offered a couple of possible options to explore in the future, and at no time did they try to sell me services that I didn't need (case in point: the tank had been pumped in the last few years, and that was also on their list of "OK" items not needing service). I'm very pleased with the quality of service, and won't hesitate to call on them in the future.

    Joe's Plumbing
All communications with Joe before the job were very timely and clear. He visited for an (free) assessment a week before and scheduled the work at a convenient time for us. An hour or so before the work, we found out unannounced road work was being done on our street and his truck would not be able to navigate close to our house so we called him and he was able to work out a revisit when the street was accessible later that same day. He also called a half hour or hour before arriving to confirm.
He brought a very capable assistant (as well as the company mascot dog, Elvis!) and both human plumbers were very professional and skilled. I try to avoid asking questions while someone is working but picked what I hoped would be a convenient time between the many jobs to ask questions. Joe was very patient and clear in answering and gave some helpful advice in addition to answers. He also offered his future assistance. (another review may follow about that job)
Settling the invoice was very fast and painless and the cost was around what we had expected. (We forgot to get an estimate from him beforehand this time.) No "nickel and dime" line items for work vs. parts, which is refreshing. No surprising additions. Joe was recommended by our realtor and we will definitely use his services again as well as recommend him to anyone who needs an experienced, professional, and cordial plumber.

    Joe's Plumbing
As in my previous review, Joe completed this job perfectly and we were extremely satisfied with the quality and value of his work. This time we did get an estimate and he offered a lower cost upon completing the project. As before, he was very clear about when he would arrive and showed up promptly within the 30 minute time frame he had promised. Gas line work is something only a great plumber should (and can) do and we felt completely comfortable with the results. He ran the gas line was run as aesthetically as possible so as not to disrupt the overall appearance of the structure. He also sealed the entry point into the house (we were responsible for painting the pipe) to prevent water damage in the walls.

As before, he patiently answered questions during the work. At the time, our new gas stove did not have a supply line to run from the kitchen wall to the stove, so Joe told us specifics of what was needed, and even left us with an extra conversion fitting that might be required (it wasn't though). He also gave clear instructions about how to install the supply line and answered follow up questions about it. He said he drives around the area a lot and could stop by to check the installation if we wanted. We were able to install the line according to his instructions and didn't need to take him up on that offer.

Again, the total cost was less than expected (although we paid for the supply line after the visit) and the invoice was again refreshingly simple and clear. Overall, it was another very positive plumbing experience. Kudos Joe and team!
