I came home to find my 13-year old Shepard mix had a wound on one of his legs. They were able to squeeze me in as their last appointment of the day. Staff was very friendly and called back when they said they would. The vet determined that my dog had a hot spot that he kept licking/biting at. Because my dog was already on anti-inflammatories, he couldn't take steroids, so we opted to start antibiotics and benedryl, plus a topical. The vet told us to stop the anti-inflammatory in case our plan wasn't effective and we needed to go the steroid route. They also squeezed in a nail trim as a last minute request.

I have always found this office to be really responsive. I had to take the do to the ER one night because he just and quot;lostand quot; his hind legs. Turned out to be a disk problem in his back, which is how he ended up on the anti-inflammatories. The office followed up with us the next day and two days after that. I believe it was Dr.Santee who essentially did a phone consult on the pros and cons of the anti-inflammatory, what it would cost wise and what kind of follow up he would need to help us decide the best course of action given his age and the nature of the problem.

I was especially impressed with the amount of follow up given the fact that we are new to the area and had only been to the office once before as a and quot;get to know youand quot; visit with another provider.

I'm glad we ended up there.

They are absolutely fabulous! They are extremely competent. Their office staff are amazing. They are very caring about every cat that comes in there. The girls at the front has amazing skills in difficult situations. I would not go anywhere else. I have gone to them for fifteen years. I wish I could find a similar facility for my dog. They get top marks in every category. When you take a cat in for a annual checkup it is normally around 150 dollars. They are very well priced for what they do. I have a lot of animals. I have horses. I am very involved in animals. The quality of their care is outstanding. Even if they cost more money, you are getting excellent veterinary services. I have eight cats! Three of them are house cats. The vets were very cautious. They were seriously outstanding!

I have used them for at least twenty years. They are excellent. They are like my horses general practitioner. They are skilled. There are a couple of new vets in the practice. The owner has been my vet. His name is Robert and he is extremely competent. He can handle a horse well. He comes to your property to deal with your horse. It is a complicated process. He has excellent horse handling and people skills. He has friendly staff and excellent vet skills. It has been a couple of years. I have not had to use their services. They are competitively priced. They come when there is a problem. The problem can be very expensive in nature or only dealing with a wound. They are competitively priced.

Sometimes I think their services are a little pricey and then I get an appointment where they do everything for just a little over $130 for two dogs.  Dr. Carter has the best bedside manner and has always taken the time for me, whether during the appointment or after hours calls.  Dr. Carter has a great bedside manner and I am glad to see them making some staff changes to complement his style.

The veterinarian at East Petaluma Animal Hospital was just great with our dog. We have a small beagle and she's not happy about going to the vet, but they just did a great job with her. They really handled her well. She's never afraid to go back. Now, she's happy to go in there. The staff is great there and there is no wait time, none. I come in and they're ready for her. It's great.

Humane Society & SPCA is just fantastic for their veterinarian care. Their prices are so much cheaper than all the veterinarians around here. Their service is excellent. I bring both my dog and cat in there. They're so good with the animals and the price is so much more reasonable than the veterinarians. The staff is wonderful.

The hospital is clean, the receptionists are friendly, and the staff is compassionate and caring. They take the time to treat you like more than a number or a patient. They treat you as though your pet is a true member of your family.

We couldn't be more pleased! Brandner Vet Hospital is well established, has a terrific staff and really goes out of their way to help in emergencies and proactive pet care the rest of the time. They are a terrific asset to our family and town!

When our cat got crystals in his urine, they had us come in immediately and took him right in the back and started working on him. The only problem was that we had to transfer to the emergency hospital when they closed at night. When our dog died last year, they were very compassionate and understanding. We even received a sympathy card with a final paw print on it.

Some people like the veterinarian at Brandner Veterinary Hospital and some people don't. I am pleased with him. He likes my cat and this is very important to me. They let my cat roam and never put him in a cage.
