AHe has a really good bedside manner, especially with older patients. He is very patient and very competent. He has the state-of-the-art technology. He is extremely available. His treatment is very effective. The billing and administration is good.

AAfter getting my family to take me to the ER early in the morning the staff brought be right in. I had recently been to the ER at home so I knew the symptoms. The staff made me more comfortable with an IV and they kept my family appraised of what was going on. I was there for about 2 hours and left without pain. I passed the stone later that day, after going shopping, eating out and walking around San Francisco.
It was a comfort to know they were there and able to help me during this difficult time.

AHe is thorough, diligent, great office manner, polite patient relationship. I was bringing my little girl in and he was very patient. He was just fabulous. I can't think of any single reason not to recommend him. It was from the time that she was 18 months old until she was seven that he had been seeing him. He is pretty busy but I never had an emergency, I always scheduled in advance and I always got in when I needed to.

ARyan, Dr. Paul HI've been seeing him for years. He is a very nice doctor to talk to and he takes the time to put you through all kinds of examinations. He is very thorough and he is knowledgeable about MS so when I go, he isn't surprised with anything. He is generally pretty booked up so it can be hard to get in. If I had something that I was worried about, they would have gotten me in earlier, but last time it took me two months to get in.- OSCAR J E.

AMcCaffrey, Dr. Michael R.I thought he was really good. He gave individual time to me, it felt like he was really involved in concentrating on me which is different from a lot of doctors. You felt like he was really focused. He did a good job. I don't think what he did was that complicated, but he fixed a lot of the problem and then I did some allergy tests too at the lab. He was just trying to find out why I had a stuffed up sinus. I thought he was a good doctor, he listens to what you're saying and he solved the problem.- Eric C.
