Jacob Harel responded to texts and phone calls, and would visit our house frequently to check in on progress and inform us of next steps. AET Builders IncTommy and his crew just finished the complete remodeling of our new home. The work took several months and during this time they remodeled each space including the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, entry etc… Tommy started with the 3D design and after we agreed on that phase, he came up with execution plan including the prices. The work was managed by him daily and according to the schedule that he planned for us. We were informed on each and every step of the work while Tommy made sure that the price will remain within the agreed budget. We really love the new remodeling and our home got a brand new look. AET Builders IncWe were looking for estimates for a room addition several months ago when we came across ET Builders. We already had a few estimates but decided we needed one more. They sent Tommy, one of the project managers, to give us an estimate, and he explained things better than other company we had looked at. We went with ET Builders for our project and glad we did. They helped with financing and helped with questions we had. The room addition isn’t finished yet but so far it’s been going great. The workers clean up as much as they can every day when they go home. If we have questions Tommy is always a phone call away to answer them and if he doesn’t have the answer he calls back as soon as he does. After we meet with Tommy at our house, he immediately made the perfect impression on us and our decision stage become so easy to take. He could give us an accurate, fair estimate right on the spot, and we really felt like he understood what we were looking for in our kitchen remodel. Once the remodel began, he and the boys were always timely and stayed right on schedule, and they were really helpful in guiding us along the decision-making process. They cleaned up before leaving every day so we would have our house back in the evenings, and we really appreciated the fact that they cared enough to do that. The remodel was completed easily within the time frame that was given, and it was exactly what we were hoping for. AI am very pleased with the professional service I received. A tree fell on corner of house. My damaged tiles on roof & Gutters were repaired as requested. In addition thru there inspection many times on roof were discovered to be severely cracked & they were replaced saving me money by this being discovered thru the inspection. Scheduling with the company was easy without delay. Customer Service staff was professional & friendly. The owner of the company explained everything to me about what was needed to repair my gutters & broken tiles. The installation staff came out wore their masks & was very professional. The cost for this work was reasonable & I would the company again if future work were to be needed.

AJose and his workers are great; they will even move furniture that has nothing to do with the repairs if requested. I seemed to have several shorts; all were found and fixed. All of my lights are finally working again! The roofing project also went very well, as they were able to match the rest of the roof; even though I had the name of the color wrong. From looking at the quality of the work; I think it will hold up even in the winds we get here. Jose is a dog lover, he took the time to learn the dogs names, and made sure to watch the escape artist so we didn't have to go chase her. When I'm ready for my next project I will call on Affordable Handyman again.
