ATechnician was friendly and professional. He took the time to really work on the dirtiest parts of my carpet. Estimate time for carpet drying was 10 hours. That was right on point. If you would like a carpet protector put on, ask for that to be added to your quote. I did not do that and had to pay more at the end of the cleaning. I would hire Zerorez again. Thanks.

AI am extremely pleased with the work that was done. Luis cleaned and regrouted a marble tiled bathroom floor, restored a marble vanity top that was etched with water marks, and restored a marble dining room table that had a heat-etched ring stain. He also removed the old grout and regrouted the seams between countertops and back splashes and between backsplashes and walls throughout the kitchen. Luis was very professional and friendly and cleaned up the areas where he worked. I was initially a bit reluctant to select this company for marble restoration because of the name but I'm glad I did.

ATrinity was recommended to me by one of my coworkers, and I am glad I called them. They arrived a few minutes earlier than scheduled (nice change of pace from the last service I used) and actually listened when I explained my concerns about the grout around the tile in my high traffic areas in the kitchen. Totally professional, very efficient, and did a fantastic job. Floors look like new, which totally exceeded my expectations. Will definitely hire again!

APrecision Tile and Carpet Cleaning did an outstanding job cleaning our porcelain tile floors throughout the house. The service tech explained the process throughly and took great care in making sure the other flooring surfaces did not get wet. Once finished the tile looked brand new and the grout lines were back to their original color, not black. I would gladly use Precision Tile again.
