    Luis was very responsive. He contacted me within 10 minutes of making my request via this site. He gave me a quote the next day and was able to complete the job the following week ( he could have done it sooner but it worked out best for me the following week) House looks great... thanks!

    After several weeks, nobody from the company contacted me to confirm or discuss a date. So I looked up their e-mail address and submitted more dates. After several weeks, I sent them a message through the Angie's List message system. Again, no response. So I called the business number. Left my message on their answering machine. Within minutes, someone called me back! Jubilation! He said he needed to consult his calendar, but he was on a job, and his calendar was at home. He was very busy, he said. I said I wanted the work done, and asked him to call me and -- if no response, to leave the dates that would work for him. He said he would do that. Subsequently, as I had told him, I did leave town for nearly a week. I returned looking for his message. Alas, it was not to be. No message of any kind awaited, except my credit card reflecting the charge for the unperformed service. Enough is enough. I can take a hint. I called Angie's List and asked for reimbursement. Not only does this fellow fail to respond, he's apparently unable to operate a calendar effectively. I have serious doubts about his ability to wash windows efficiently.

    The company does high quality work, but Osborn's pricing is very expensive. In my case, I paid $750 for 2.5 hours of work. I was surprised by this, particularly because he had done the same work 2 years earlier, for less than half that price. He proclaimed it was "the price of the chemicals". I think this is disingenuous - it is hard to contemplate the costs of chemicals for my small job at more than $75 (which seems high given what household cleaners costs in general). This means he is charging over $200/hour for his labor. This is exorbitant - and consumers should be fully aware that this is his business model.

    MY CALL WAS RETURNED ON THE SAME DAY. THE ESTIMATOR CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY AND WAS ON TIME. I GOT A WRITTEN ESTIMATE OF THE WORK. I SET UP AN APPOINTMENT THE NEXT DAY AND THEY SENT 2 WORKMEN THE NEXT DAY.THE WORK WAS DONE SWIFTLY AND PROFESSIONALLY. THEY ALSO HELPED US WITH A MINOR PROBLEM WITH OUR GARAGE DOOR. I WAS VERY SATISFIED AND WILL USE AGAIN.

    He does a great job detailing my car. He gets all the dog hair out. I am very happy with him. His price is a little higher than if you were to go to a regular car wash, but he does such an excellent job he is worth it. I've been using him for about six years.

    I have been dealing with them for a long time. I paid around $100 on the job. I have used them on different properties. They do a good job and they are not expensive. Also, they work around my schedule. They use a dryer to dry the carpets; so, the carpets get dried soon. I will use them in the future.

    Four Seasons Carpet Cleaning
    I called the owner twice requesting an estimate for cleaning my home carpets prior to scheduling an appointment. I was assured that the owner, Mr. Luis M. Estrada, would do the work himself & he would give me "a great deal". Instead the day of the appointment Mr. Estrada's elderly father showed up to do the work & quoted me $410 to clean traffic areas in 2 bedrooms, living room & small den next to the kitchen. I objected based on information that a friend in Salinas provided me when she told me that Mr. Estrada had cleaned her much larger home carpets & rugs for the reasonable sum of approximately $225. I was expecting out-of-state company for the holidays so was unable to reschedule with another company at that late date. I was stuck. The father performed the work with very marginal results & then charged me for an extra very large office that he never saw, let alone clean because the room was closed off & not part of the job! I called the owner, (his son), both during the cleaning & several times later but he told me that I was charged "Pebble Beach prices" & he would speak with his father & get back to me. He never did so. I wrote to Mr. Estrada twice attempting to resolve the situation by suggesting that he reimburse me for 1/2 of the initial charge within 10 days. Again, he never responded to me. I recommend that one consider my story before hiring this company.

    JIM'S WINDOW CLEANING
    We've used Jim's Window Cleaning before. Their price was fair. His people were usually late but they did good work. Our appointment with Jim's to clean our windows was June 19, 2008 at 10:00am. When the crew hadn't arrived by 10:30, my wife called the manager. He told her that they would be here shortly. When they hadn't shown up by 11:00 we decided that because of our schedule, it would not be possible for them to complete the job before we had to leave. My wife called to cancel for that day. There was no answer so she left a message explaining that we would have to reschedule. At 11:30 the crew showed up anyway (an hour and a half late). I told them that we were canceling the job for that day. When we called to reschedule, the manager was angry that we had canceled, citing the cost of fuel, etc. Despite this, we made an appointment for the following week. They did not show up for this second appointment. Needless to say we hired another company to perform the work.
