After the bearing was installed, the technician saw that there were a few other things that needed attention. These were problems that I'd had from day one, since I bought the unit new. After the repairs, my Cabrio washer worked better than new. My house was left clean and the technician was very professional, and best part, on time ( early by a few minutes) to my appointment. Definitely a class act company.

Excellent service. On time for the service. Charged $89 for the service call and $40 for labor in 30 minutes and the dryer works perfectly.

    Sears Appliance Repair
The service man checked it out, found a possible problem that would be expensive to fix, and also found it wasn't level. He suggested we try leveling it first and if that didn't work I could decide if I wanted to spend the money on major repair or just replace the machine. The leveling did a good job, and the visit was only $59 total.

Truly a nice experience considering my machine broke Saturday morning and I was able to book an appointment online for the following Monday. Tom showed up, took the machine apart, showed me the broken parts, went out to his van, installed the new parts and had the machine working immediately. I am grateful that the company sent someone who knew what he was doing, had the parts in his van, and was clean and courteous. Thank you Mr. Appliance.

They did a good job for me. price was very competitive. Very conscious about how they installed it. Their word of mouth referrals were very good and ended up being true.

    Mr. Appliance of Monterey
Referred to Mr. Appliance by the national LG hotline. Mr. Appliance responded promptly - the next day - and diagnosed the problem. Parts for this make and model are apparently prone to failure but not kept in stock, so it was a special order. At my request, they expedited the part shipment. The same serviceman came both for the diagnosis and the replacement. He was courteous and prompt.

I called and spoke with Minnie (I believe that's correct!) on Tuesday the 12th of this month. She was very pleasant and took down all the info regarding what was going on with the dryer, my name, address, etc. and told me that the repair tech would come the next day, Wednesday 11/13/13, between 1 and 3 pm. Sure enough, Adam arrived at 1:30. He drove up in a nice-looking white Ford van with some logos and the name of the company on it. When he got out, he looked me square in the eye with a smile, introduced himself and shook my hand. He was neatly groomed and made a great appearance. I took him to the laundry room, which is a tight fit, but he said it was no problem at all. He listened to my description of what had happened and set right to work on the dryer. First thing he checked was if the vent was blocked on the outside, which it wasn't, and he pulled some dried lint out of there. Then he tested the voltage into the dryer, and began testing components, finding that the fuse was open, so he told me what the repair would run and when I agreed, he went to the van to see if he had the parts on board. Lucky me - he DID! So he went about replacing the fuse and the high-limit thermostat, as they come packaged in pairs (which I already knew from doing some internet shopping when I THOUGHT I might be able to fix it myself!) and before long - my dryer was working! Adam also spent a good deal of time cleaning out the inside of the dryer cabinet, including the lint trap, and showed me how I could do that occasionally. I wrote the check, Adam thanked me, and off he went. I would not hesitate to call Adam for any appliance repair. He told me he does refrigerators, ovens, washers, dryers, microwaves, etc. I was very pleased with everything. The only very minor complaint I might have is that the repair ran a little more than expected, but then - what doesn't these days? :)

Arrived on time and diagnosed the problem quickly. He had a replacement pump on his truck. He installed the new pump, adjusted the drain hose and ran the washer through a cycle.
