BHandy House CleaningDanyelle was GREAT!!! The Handy Co I will never deal with again. I was expecting a crew as I had explained my needs to the woman who picked up the phone. One young lady showed up who said she was told a 2 bedroom, 1 bath home. I never told the woman that, I said I had a building. I should have guessed this would be a disaster as she had so much trouble taking my name & address. Once again, Danyelle the cleaner was wonderful, it’s the Handy Co that is incompetent.- Margie D.

I have hired them for regular maintenance cleanings a couple of times each month now. I have always been happy with my own housecleaning skills. I only had to explain/show what was needed once and we agreed on what cleaning methods and products would be used readily. I felt completely relaxed and assured that great care would be taken with the finer things in my home and that I would feel good hiring Maid2Fit... they did not disappoint. They worked efficiently, thoroughly and focused on the tasks at hand. I never felt they were rushed and perhaps tempted to do any less than what would be an exemplary job. They accomplished everything in what I would call a record 4 hours (team of 2) and I could not be happier with the results. Efficient, dependable, presentable, thorough and reliable! Fthey never mopped the living room floor. there was dust in all the corners of the room. they used all MY products and steamer. they used my best dishtowels as rags. the end tables in livingroom (glass) weren't even been clean. they only stayed 1 hour and 45 min. they di if n't touch the entertainment center. the bathtub was filthy.

AMatthew was originally hired to assist my nephew in preperation for the Parochial High School Admissions exam. Building a relationship with Matthew was the best thing for my nephew. Matthew was very safe going into this situation creating a trusting a environment. Not knowing what he was walking into, Matthew quickly learned that my nephew’s academic inabilities were far more important than preparing for an high school entrance exam. Immediately Matthew begin working on creating a plan of action. He is very patient, yet intentional about holding my nephew accountable. Moreover, he follows up and send reminders for my nephew (I.e. don’t forget to bring your book home from school, remember to work on your math). Although we have a long way to go, it’s safe to say that we are seeing some progress. Thanks Matthew.

CShe offered a considerable ‘discount’ if I paid in cash, which is never a good idea. She charged double the maintenance price, for the initial cleaning, which was not thorough at all. Then, on the second cleaning the quality was quite poor and the crew rushed through the house in record time. They missed many horizontal surfaces and didn’t move most items, even small ones, in order to clean behind or under them. Not a good value for the price! I don’t just want my home to appear clean and smell like PineSol, I want it to actually BE clean. After they were done cleaning, anything I moved from it’s normal location or position, had dust and/or dust bunnies under it. Top of refrigerator, picture frames, fan blades were untouched. Also, when cleaning cabinets/cupboard doors, if the cleaner couldn’t reach the top half of the cabinet/cupboard door, they simply cleaned the part they could reach! Without using a stool, they left a line on the cabinet where the wood cleaner was used vs., unused due to height. Unprofessional.

FOrder was placed on 11/05/2018. Installation was promised for 11/26/2018. Installer did not show up and did not call. After conversation with CS, a new installation date was scheduled for 12/03/2018. Again installer did not show up and never called. CS promised to lower the price and promised that installer will get in touch for setting-up a new date. Installer never called! I contacted the company by e-mail on their website and sent the afore-mentioned case history. No reply! The company claims to have received a SUPER SERVICE AWARD from Angies List in 2013. CS is poor in all respects; at times it took over 30 minutes until a phone call was answered (voice mail message: "your call is very important to us"); e-mail and voice mail messages were totally ignored. The company pretends that it is a fast growing, quality focused, highly responsive product firm for overhead storage and organizational products.
