    Don Leitch Construction
All of these jobs were done to perfection. We enjoy our walk-in shower, and are the tiles ever beautiful! When we have a quick question, Don will assist on the phone and stay on the phone with you as long as you need his assistance. Our neighbors have commented how great the pergolas look; he put them in place with incredible precision. Don is highly competent, reliable, and did all his jobs to our complete satisfaction. We don't have anything critical to say and we believe he would do a great job for all his customers. The phrase "we highly recommend him" totally applies to Don.

On Saturday, made an appointment for Tuesday but day before appointment they called me and told me they were too busy and that i should call somebody else. So I waited 2 days with open faucet and running water for them to cancel on me

H&H showed up in the morning promptly (calling us to let us know when they would arrive). When auguring the toilet was unsuccessful, he removed the toilet and used a heavy-duty, automatic snake which finally found the obstruction some 30 feet(!) in. He restored and re-sealed the toilet, cleaned up, explained what he had done and was on his way in about an hour. Great service!

Since we don't live on the property permanently, we needed this job done on a weekend. Bell's was very responsive and accommodating, scheduling us on the following weekend from our call. Our person arrived a couple of hours late, but was very professional and nice. The job ended up hitting a couple of snags, which caused it to run many hours longer than expected. They did a good job working thru the problem. The reason for the B grade is two folks: 1) even though the work was finally done, it went very slowly, which was painful given the steep weekend hourly rate (which was previously communicated to us), and 2) part of the slowdown was because of our guy's unfamiliarity with our faucet, and even though we pointed out the instructions that came with it, he insisted on figuring it out on his own, which he didn't quite ever get.

    Hague Quality Water
[Note: My original review of the company was going to be one notch better, but lost that notch between me writing the review and posting it!] We were considering Hague Water for our whole-house water system on our brand new house (200 miles from our current residence). was the local distributor. This review is not a reflection on the actual hardware we dont have enough information on that yet but solely based on our experience with Slowater during installation which, all in all, took 7 visits spanning 14 weeks (Jan 14 to April 15th) for a system in a brand new house which is already plumbed for a full-house water treatment system, requiring zero work on the house itself! Though the owner's son (EricF) did extend us an 8% discount on the project, his arrogant and unapologetic attitude, coupled with a lack of accountability, has left us very unimpressed. Visit #1 We met the sales guy (EricB) on the property for our initial water test. EricB was professional and appeared knowledgeable. We ended up choosing Hague because of him. He answered our questions and mentioned that the installation would take a few hours. We made an installation appointment for a few weeks away not within days enough time so that there should not have been any surprises. Dealing with EricB continues to be the only positive experiences we have had with He will reappear later in the story Our rating reflects what happened during the next 6 visits Visit #2 - We left at the crack of dawn to drive the 200 miles to meet the installer. He was almost two hours late. - After a few hours of just puttering around, NOTHING had been done. - He casually declared that he did NOT have all of our equipment, and that he has to return. - We spoke with EricB and he promised that the next time the owner will be there and will take over the installation; we made an appointment for the following week. Visit #3 - Once again, we were on the property on time for the appointment. - The same installer showed up forty minutes late, dropped off his worker, and leaves to buy more material (bleach!). He was gone for over an hour. - Again, after hours of puttering around, the only thing that had been done by what turned out to be the trainee, was some piping that blocked access to our condensation outlets!! - We asked him to not do that, called EricB who called EricF who turns out is part owner. EricF showed up to the property. - He agreed that the installers were not doing the right thing, and sent them home. - He causally declares that he was aware that the first visit would be a failure because, well, he knew they didnt have the equipment. Of course he didnt bother telling us not to make the 400 miles of round trip drive. - Then he tried to sell us more filters add-ons to the treatment system we had signed up for to which we pointed out that he is failing to install the first system, and perhaps he should first install the primary system before trying to sell us add-ons. - He promised to send his best installer next time. Visit #4 - Another installer showed up and did appear to be competent. He installed the system, albeit haphazardly placed in our basement. - The next day we found a puddle of water and 2 leaks on the PVC connections. Visit #5 - The installer came back and fixed the leaks we had found, plus another he found himself. Visit #6 - EricF came back to adjust the system. Visit #7 - We return to the property after 2 weeks only to find a massive leak in yet another PVC connector, our basement soaking with water; the water had seeped up on furnace platform, had seeped thru the concrete walls to the garage and soaked our furniture. - It appears that the failed connector was previously used yes, a used PVC connector. - EricB takes over our case again. As previously stated, he is the only positive experience we have ever had with these folks. He sent the installer back to repair.

    Affordable Septic & Sewer
Dan was awesome!  Not only was his estimate reasonable, it was almost $3000.00 lower than the highest bid that we got.
He communicated with us before, during and after the installation.  He was on time, was careful around existing planters and pathways.  This job was not an easy one.  The old septic was 60 years old and tucked right up against the house.  It required a 26' trench that had to be dug by hand as no piece of equipment would fit.  At the end of the job, he moved two tree stumps for us
and regraded the dirt road, just because the tractor was already here. Service above and beyond!
     We would highly recommend him!

    First Call Plumbing
Nick was great! We had a pilot light that wouldn't stay lit. He first adjusted the thermocouple and got it going but, of course, it went out again after he left. He came right back and replaced the unit. He was very friendly and did a much more professional job than the plumber who installed the last one back in 2000. I wouldn't hesitate to call First Call again.

    Joe Young Construction
This is the third project that Joe has done. When he is working and see something that is wrong or off, he will correct it, even if he did not initially do the job. This happened when he installed new faucets. The person before him had installed wrong which caused a leak under neath. The current job was done well. He even went back to hardware store to purchase a secure lock for side garage door so that all keys would match because I decided that I wanted a new door on the side; so he will be back in a week to install it.

They have done a good job every time. It was a major clog and it took a lot of work to clean it out. They put camera down, which is expensive, to see what was going on down there. Their price is so fair. They just do the work, go back and decide how much to charge us and send a bill. It is always fair. They are always here on time.

We first called another company that couldn't come quickly.  They referred us to Bell's.  I had already started looking for another company and had seen the reviews for Bell's.  When Ricky came to the door, he first introduced himself and then proceeded to look at the layout of our rooms and where the plumbing would be for our manufactured home on a foundation.  My son is here to remodel our bathroom and he walked Ricky through it and helped look for our clean out.  They couldn't find it but saw where the neighbor's.  He removed the toilet in the master bath in order to try to clear the drains.  He went about 80 ft and still found no blockage.  He and my son soon were looking in the neighbors clean outs to access whether they had problems also.  It turned out that there were five homes with problems.  One of my neighbors had such a serious problem that they had gone to a hotel overnight and there was another plumber working on their problem.  After discussion with my neighbor, my husband contacted the residential park management because it was determined that it was a tree root and the park then had Ricky complete the job for them.  Ricky stuck with it and the problem was resolved for us AND our neighbors!  The services are charged to the park so I don't know if the are fair or not.  BUT I plan on referring the company to others and calling them again.
My son has worked with other plumbers out of state and he was very impressed with the simple care Ricky took with our home to insure that sanitary conditions were a priority for us.
