  • I love Dr Felser. She always bases treatment on scientific studies and seems very knowledgeable about the latest studies. I ask her about anecdotal information either from the web or from the popular press and she explains the basis for the information and then gives me the complete information from a well-informed medical perspective.

  • She likes him pretty well. He had a little bit of a problem with our insurance. There was a referral thing that didn't work out as well as it should have. Their service was fine, it was just a paper work thing. They were pretty quick to see her. She said it was a nice office. We will still see the doctor, and I may see him too.

  • Screening was very efficient. The facility was immaculate. Dr. Beblawi, who performed the procedure, has a good bedside manner. A few days later, he did a quick followup over the phone with the results from the procedure.  My only issue, and admittedly a minor one, was with scheduling. It took several weeks before I was contacted about scheduling and rather than given a number of dates from which to choose, I was given only one date. As it turned out, the date worked for me, but perhaps there was another available date that would have worked better. Overall, the service was about as good as can be expected.

  • I really liked Dr. Kay and have been back several times already. I love the fact that she is a dermatologist as well as an ENT MD. I suffer from chronic migraines, sometimes due to sinus problems and allergies. She is helping me with the sinus issues as well. I highly recommend Dr Kay.

  • He is a no nonsense doctor. He is an excellent doctor. He specializes in electrical problems with the heart. I have no complaints at all. He is punctual. He comes in very professionally and goes over everything quickly.

  • Dr. Henneberg has a very calm, knowledgeable manner. I always felt well cared for and listened to, and I felt like my pregnancy was in good hands. I delivered via a scheduled C-section (I had had a C-section from my first pregnancy, and made the decision to deliver the second via C-section - it ended up being a very good call in retrospect because my son had a cord wrapped around his neck.) and my incision and recovery were much faster than they were with the first. I also suffered from PPD and Dr. Henneberg treated me quickly and with care.

  • Dr. Tseng was able to see me same day and I was able to get a lab work done. One week later got the lab results and everything was normal so as Dr. Tseng suspected, it was probably my long hours of sitting at the root of it.
The prices for the services were reasonable. However, even though I thought I was paying in cash full at the time of my visit, I later
got a bill for approximately $20 and saw that they ran it through my insurance as well. Next time I go, I will be sure to be clear on the billing.

  • Dr. Chen is very friendly and professional.  Ordered x-rays and MRI.
He went over the various options for treatment -- weighed the pros and cons, answered my many questions in ways that were understandable to a lay person.  I never felt rushed or brushed off.
In the end, surgery was recommended -- because under the circumstances, he felt that it would truly take care of the numerous  problems rather than going for a little by little fix.  I felt no pressure to have surgery, though -- he left it totally up to me.
I had a surgery date scheduled -- however, the good news is, my knee spontaneously started improving before having any surgery.  Dr. Chen was fine with me cancelling the surgery and will be on standby for me should I need it in the future.

I must mention also that Dr. Chen is always very quick to respond to emails or messages.
I am very happy to recommend Dr. Chen.

  • It went well. I never felt rushed, and she was willing to answer all my questions with detail. She asked some that I hadn't thought of. My only issue was I was a cash paying client, so I just assumed a debit card was ok. No, they wanted cash, so I had to run to an ATM. I wish they had told me up front.

  • On the first visit, Dr. McIntyre gave him a full physical, took blood tests, etc., and made a preliminary diagnosis of diabetes.  On the
second visit, he confirmed his diagnosis of type 2 diabetes and went over all of the tests' results with us. He then prescribed Avandia to treat the diabetes. We were very happy with Dr. McIntyre at this point, he seemed quite expert, was personable, warm and made us feel very comfortable. However, my husband had barely begun taking the drug when it seemed to be all over TV, radio and the news that Avandia was a dangerous drug that could lead to heart failure/attack. My husband telephoned the doctor's office and left a voice mail (it was after hours) asking if he should stop taking the drug. 24 hours later, when we hadn't heard anything back, my husband called again and because the office was closed (doctor's day off) left another message basically pleading with Dr. McIntyre to get in touch with him. We never heard from the doctor or his office again. If we hadn't been fortunate enough to have heard the news about Avandia, my husband could have died.
