    Scope and their team did a fantastic job restoring our home after some water damage. They were very quick, incredibly clean, and very easy to work with. They were at our house the next day to dry out the water and made their repairs quickly. Any issues we had they would fix right away. I would definitely use them again!

    It went very well. Jared Connor, our contact, was very polite and punctual and easy to discuss options with. The work was scheduled very quickly for a one week installation. Three people did the installation. They arrived promptly each day, worked hard and were very nice. The work was completed in the one week. The work was then inspected by the required testing technicians and by the City of Pasadena. We are very satisfied and would recommend Connor to anyone who needs air conditioning or heating. We also are using Connor for annual inspections and maintenance.

    Erin was very friendly and professional when we first met. She had contractors show up unannounced. Luckily I was there and could let them in. I have immaculate wood floors and when I returned there was a big blotch of discoloration on the floor which would not come off with rubbing or hardwood floor cleaner. Erin said that they covered the floors and showed me a picture, but obviously beforehand or in the clean up something happened. About a week later when we tried to clean it again, we were able to gently scrape it off. I still have a mark but it is not as noticeable thank goodness. Her email responses were very defensive and she would not entertain the idea that it was the worker's fault. I live in a condo and the HOA was paying for the mold removal but as I am the owner of the unit who had the mushroom growing in my ceiling, I requested to have a copy of the report stating the type of mold and what was done to remove the mold. I have asked four times now and have not received this information. It is important to have for obvious reasons. Once Erin got the job, her response rate went down to almost zero. I gave her a D as I have no idea if she took care of the situation correctly as I have no report.

    Shawn and Anthony showed up promptly every day with the necessary equipment and tools, worked very hard in difficult conditions and cleaned up every day. Everything they installed looked professional, neat and attractive. When they needed extra help for equipment removal and delivery they got it, and the metal work for the plenum and outside tube cover was excellent. The result was everything we could want.

    We didn't end up using DryMaster and ended up using a company that my in-laws had used previously. However, if I hadn't had that referral, I would have definitely went with DryMaster. 
    We were desperate and wanted the mold cleaned up ASAP. DryMaster's office manager was always on top of things and very communicative. She was able to fit Luis into our schedule the same day I called and Luis actually ended up coming after hours when we were back home from work. He was very professional, courteous, and good about following up the following days. I appreciated that he stayed calm and never tried to scare us in big repairs.

    We needed a portion of a load bearing wall removed to open up the space between living and dining rooms.  Jonathan scoped out the project, provided a detailed and reasonable quote and got to work.  Dealing with a very old house creates many unique challenges, both structural and cosmetic.  Jonathan and Oz worked closely with a structural engineer to build a temporary wall to support the 2nd floor while the original wall was removed and a large structural beam installed.  They then installed the sheer wall and started with the finishes, attempting to match 90-year old molding and paneling.
    Although the job took longer than expected, the results were outstanding.  Oz, and his highly skilled team, came up with excellent solutions to some very touchy finish issues with the moldings and hardwood floors.  Upon completion, the space looks more original then it did when we purchased the home 5 years ago!

    We started our remodel for an addition with a rough sketch on a piece of paper. Fast forward 10 months, and everything is completed beyond are expectations. We added 560 square feet to create a larger living room and brand new master suite. The master suite included a walk-in closet and a full bathroom. In addition, they tore down our old garage and built us a brand new two car garage. Supreme Remodeling has been fantastic from the very beginning. They created the home better than that of our dreams. They handled everything required for our remodel: Architectual plans, survey, engineering, permits, demolition, grading of the lander, foundation, framing, stucco, plumbing, electrical, dry wall, painting, interior design, installation of all fixtures, and inspections. Micky was our project manager and he was superb in keeping us up to date and keeping us apprised of any issues that arose.  He is very friendly, reliable, personable, trustworthy, and easy to work with. 
    Permit phase: It took about 5 months from when we signed the contract to when the plans were approved by Pasadena and permits could be pulled.  This phase took a lot longer than expected due delays in the city planning department, and a small number of requests by the city for changes to the plans.
    Demolition, foundation, and framing: This was a single team with Ramon as our foreman. Demolition took about 2 weeks, and every day, the team made a concerted effort to clean up the job site as much as they could. It took about a month after this to get all of the foundation work done. Half way through building the foundation, we had an issue with our land that required a modification to the type of foundation that could be used. Since Supreme Remodeling has their own engineer and architect, they were able to take care of everything.  We didn't have to worry or do anything.  The team was amazing in working with the city inspector to come up with a modification that would satisfy building codes without having to start all over. The framing took another month. This was the first time we could walk through the new rooms and get really excited as to what was being created.
    Finishing: This is the part of the project that took the longest. Whereas the previous phase was just one team doing everything, this required many people to come in from all of the different specialties: Electrical, plumbing, dry wall, wood floors, tile, stucco, paint, molding, garage door, cabinetry, roofing, air conditioning, and stone cutters for counters. This was like watching a symphony occurring.  Supreme Remodeling conducted everything and took accountability for everyone's work.  There were maybe only 5 days over the 5 months where no one came. Otherwise, there was always at least one team working, and once they were finished, the next team was ready to go. Supreme Remodeling really did a great job in keeping all of the workers honest. Micky did a great job of reviewing all of the work and did not hesitate to call any of them back to fix anything that was done wrong (without any extra cost to us). We were admittedly picky when it came to all of the finer details of the finishing. Micky was always very quick in addressing any issues without arguing with us. You can tell that he takes pride in his work and really wants every customer to be satisfied. All the materials they use and recommend (cabinets, windows, doors, paint, electrical, wood molding, etc.) are very high quality.
    Cost: The cost of everything ended up being about 10% higher than we had initially planned. This was all due to unforeseen circumstances: Our lot needed more grading than anticipated, our AC broke down right when the hot season began and needed to be completely replaced, additional electrical work that was not part of the contract, and the addition of a full concrete patio that was not part of the initial contract. All said, this was much better than some of the horror stories that I have read and heard about. They really tried to stay within our budget and ate a lot of the cost of less costlier things that had to be fixed. We never felt nickle and dimed. Micky was always reasonable and forthcoming.
    We are very happy with the work Supreme Remodeling did for us and we have already recommend them to our neighbors and family.  After the remodel, we re-appraised the house.  The appraisor commented that the house looks really nice and that we clearly spent a lot of money on it.  In reality, the cost with Supreme was better than the estimates of some other companies.

    Larry provided the proposal promptly and scheduled the work to start within a couple of days   .  His quote was reasonable.  
    His team (Artuso and Jesus) worked hard and completed the work in 3 hours. They removed all the air ducts from the premises for disposal..  
    Upon tendering the check after the completion of the work, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a Certificate of Completion and a Conditional Waiver and Release on Final Payment..
    We would use them again.
