Dr. Harris is excellent. His "bedside manner" is outstanding. He is extremely patient and very attentive when conducting an eye exam and establishing the required prescription for your glasses or contacts. I strongly recommend Dr. Harris!

He's brilliant. They're excellent. He's professional and very knowledgeable. It's a small facility. It's very user friendly. They have a great receptionist. You don't have to wait for your appointment.

The prices were excellent with frames starting as low as $6.95 plus shipping.  The price includes single vision lenses (progessive lenses added at least $42.95 plus the cost of anti-reflective coating). You can add anti-reflective coating starting at $4.95 (optional for single vision, but not for progressive lenses) .  At the time of my order, they also had several specials going on.  This included $9.90 for a pair of single vision lenses with shipping and two pairs for $10 plus shipping.  Unfortunately for me, I found it very difficult to find a any pair of glasses with my size. Either the glasses were too wide or the temple length was too short. My choices were further limited when it came to frames that can be used with progressive lenses (because they also require a minimum frame height). This made for a very frustrating shopping experience.  Shopping for glasses online is not like shopping in person where you can try the frames on to see if they fit, so all you have to rely on are the sizes that have worked in the past.  As a result, my choices became a matter of choosing the frames that would most closely fit me, rather than choosing by the style, price or even by lens preference.  For example, I could not find even one pair of the $6.95 frames that would fit for either single vision or progressive.  I did however find a $9.95 pair that was CLOSE to my size (it also had adequate frame height for progressive lenses), but they did not qualify for any of the specials listed above.  They did however offer a limited time offer of free shipping on my first pair. Because I was not sure about the fit, I did not use Goggles4U for my primary purchase of progressive glasses. However, I did purchase a single vision pair as backup with the free shipping special. I'm happy with the pair I received, I just wish I had more options.
    PROS:
    Low prices for basic frames
Low prices to add anti-reflective coating
    Order summary included my notes
    Good feedback on order progress
    CONS
Limited frame selection for my size
Anti-reflective coating not optional for progressive lenses
    Lack of shipping options

They are convenient but I wouldn't give them 'A' for everything even though I love the particular optometrist that I go to. He owns it and he is good.  There is certain things about them that I don't like. The doctor himself I give an A but the rest of the people in there, a B or C+.

I have been seeing him for about five  years.  He has given me the best glasses prescription I have had in years.  They are exceptional.  They go above and beyond in customer service.  I don't wait more then ten minutes before I go back.   They are very good about working with the insurance and myself for payments.  I have had glasses come back before from the lab and they worked h****** to get them fixed quickly and correctly.

Dr. V. and his staff are personable and kind as well as professionally thorough. I went in for a check. My eye was fine.
In past exams Dr. V. has taken time to talk about my eyes and my myopia, astigmatism and presbyopia and how to achieve the best vision. Never rushed.

We love Dr. Kent Small. He gets "A's" for everything. My mother was wearing Mardi Gras beads going to his office one day. She wears it all the time. One day she went without the beads and he was saying "Where are your beads? What happened? Did you lose it?" She said "No, I just didn't wear it today." He had his staff person go down to his car and get my mother some beads. He was just so sweet. He is an expert in his field. He obviously had excellent bedside manner. His staff is wonderful. Whoever does the hiring for his staff knew what they were doing.

Dr. Korth and his staff are competent and nice. The staff was informative about the eyeball scanner - that it wasn't totally necessary and it wouldn't be covered under insurance. I was happy to try it since I it seemed cool to me to see the inside of my eyeballs. Nonetheless, even though I happily opted for the scan, I did walk away feeling pressured to spend more money there, more about getting new glasses. I don't think I will go back. I actually cannot remember when I went there, it was either last year or the year before.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Wong for many years.  She is very professional, thorough, knowledgeable, warm, and friendly.  She listens attentively.  We never feel rushed.  She responds quickly to emails and urgent situations.  We highly and enthusiastically recommend Dr. Wong!

Pretty prompt and reliable service. It's Like a fast food version of eye care but the pros are lots of doctors to see you, flexible hours including weekend, and great selection of eyewear. If you have special problems I'm not sure I would come here but if its routine maintenance it's really convenient.
