    Halo Construction Group
Ron and his crew from Halo renovated my house and they just complete the entire remodeling last week. The complete home remodeling that they did came out stunning and we are stunned by the way our house turned out. Ron managed and handled the whole remodeling project on a daily basis but a. He made sure that the project will be finished on time and within the budget b. He hade sure that each day the workers will have all they need in order to finish the daily and weekly tasks (and not before he personally inspect it) c. He made sure that all the materials will be at the house at least 1 day before the workers will need them for the upcoming task. We are so appreciative of the work that was done by the Halo teams and we are very comfortable to hire them again in the future for any additional remodeling that we may have.

    Supreme Remodeling Inc
Supreme Remodeling is the best!!! After interviewing several companies and finding Supreme Remodeling our much anticipated plan came to fruition. Micky has been great. He helped with the anxiety that comes with change. He had all the right people - from his demolition crew, electrician, plumbing, flooring, cleaning, tile and painters. This is our home...... thank you Supreme Remodeling. Thank you Micky.

    Preferred Home Builders Inc
I have begun the process of an extensive home renovation with the good people at Preferred Home Builders. So far, the process has been beyond my expectations. From their level of organization, customer service, knowledge and skill, I am simply blown away. They have every aspect of the process dialed in, with several policies in place that protect the time and money of the customer. I could not recommend them enough. They have taken away so much pain of what is often a very tumultuous and destabilizing process.

    Preferred Home Builders Inc
I recently used Preferred Home Builders to renovate my small house, and was extremely pleased with their work. Im not sure how their prices compare to others, but they were open about costs and warned me to expect costs associated with change orders. I interviewed other general contractors, but found only PHB both professional and personable. They were amenable to my getting other quotes for aspects of the work: I had my own workers for the shower door and painting, but otherwise used all the Preferred crews. The kitchen and bathroom needed to be completely re-worked, and Ran helped me design spaces that work beautifully and are very attractive. I had an idea of what I wanted, but he added the practical to it, and informed me of the requisites. He also planned the space on the computer (several renditions), so I could see it in 3D. He managed to keep the spaces true enough to their 1923 roots, while making them work for 21st century needs: For instance, he suggested enclosing the light and exhaust fan in the existing space above my old Wedgwood stove, so that it is unobtrusive, and the stove seems to stand on its own in its original niche. He knew I loved that setting, had obviously been thinking about it on his own, and had come up with this very practical and responsive idea. The bathroom is a tiny space, and was very eccentrically laid out by the previous owner. The new layout makes use of what little space there is efficiently, and the end result is lovely. I discovered that the wiring and plumbing needed to be completely re-done; the wiring was original to the house, and I was not comfortable with it. My only dismay with Preferred is that they did the rewiring, but did not include the re-plastering of the holes they had made, since they were not doing the painting. I am told by others that this is normal, since they were not doing the painting, but I continue to think it should have been part of the re-wiring. However, they were upfront about it, so I really cant complain. The plumbing in the bathroom literally crumbled when it was touched, so I redid the whole house. Preferred not only handled the permits, as they did for all the construction, but kept on top of the city, so that they would do the inspection sooner than they had planned. Edoe is the project manager, and manages to put together the pieces so that they fall into place one by one, an admirable ability for an exacting task. Except for city inspections, which occasionally held things up, there was very little waiting around for the next phase of the work to get going. And the various crews were pleasant, respectful, and cleaned up after themselves. The house has many quirks, such as un-plumb walls, and Preferred made accommodations for them so that they are not noticeably askew. When I had concerns about any detail, Ran and Edoe saw that it was corrected; they wanted me to be satisfied with the results, and I am (as you might be able to tell). Recently, one of my circuit breakers tripped, and I could not get the new breaker box open. I dont yet have my own electrician, so I called Preferred and Edoe took the time to call the electrician who had installed it, call me back, and walk me through the safety mechanism, so that I could re-engage the circuit. I didnt feel any hesitation or reluctance from Edoe, just a quick response to the dilemma. Thats service with a genuine smile! I will use them again if I do any other work, and highly recommend them.

John (the general manager) was a pleasure to work with. Professional, detail-oriented and excellent with following up - especially when remodeling can get hectic. We were looking for a stylish but cost effective cabinet for our guest bathroom and Jano's cabinets were PERFECT. Very easy to install and looks great with the rest of the home. Jano will be our go to for any additional bathroom remodeling needs.

    Concept Renovations, Inc.
We first want to thank everyone that worked on our Kitchen and our smaller In-law suite kitchen in our home recently. Everyone was very professional, courteous and clearly worked hard for us. Both Kitchens are so beautiful. The in law suite seemed to evolve from a small corner space with an old cabinet and sink to an amazing piece of craftsmanship. I could literally live there now myself and feel comfortable cooking in the kitchen. Of course in our main house the work is even more grandeur! We weren't sure exactly how everything could turn out and we clearly were short on ideas on how to create what we knew we wanted but our project manager met us with many great ideas and design possibilities and even gave us a detailed schedule that laid it all out. It took a while but everything went as planned. Our appliances arrived a day early and instead of them just waiting until the next day (on the calendar) they installed them while finishing up our cabinets. Who does that these days? We really appreciate this company and for the money we spent we feel strongly we received every dollars worth. Professional, creative and honest. We also came in at the finish line 4 days earlier and received raving applause from the inspector on our in law suite project. We recommend Concept Renovations with all 5 stars!

Complete Studio remodel. On this studio remodel project Mike (Moshe) and his crew did a great job. They were meticulous, punctual and Moshe was extremely responsive. Virtually every time I called or texted Moshe he responded promptly and was courteous. Please note that Moshe is NOT cheap. He was the most expensive of the three quotes I received, but I feel the quality of work on this project was worth the extra expense.

    Pure Energy Construction
They were the first estimate we got, so naturally we tried to shop around a bit for the best price which turned out to be our biggest mistake, I wish we would have chose Pure Energy from the start. At first we hired the lowest bid we got, from a different company in order to save money. But our project kept getting pushed back, the city continuously denied our plans, and the company we went with kept lying to us about why and what was going on, and they kept changing our contract price on us saying they needed more materials or that they had to hire more workers. We finally wised up and called Pure Energy Constructions again, and when they submitted new plans to the city they were approved immediately. They started work within one month, and had finished the bathroom in roughly 3.5 weeks. They had a custom vanity made with a his and her sink bowls and lighted mirrors, they also upgraded our old plumbing for free. My husband served as a marine for 13 years so we were also eligible for a veteran discount which saved us more money and enabled us to do another project on our kitchen. We replaced our old appliances with stainless steel and chose beautiful quartz counter tops. We had to gut the kitchen and since I am not a huge fan of tile , I had them rip it all out of my kitchen and give me beautiful bamboo floors. I feel very blessed to have kept in contact with Pure Energy Constructions, I don't know what we would have done without them. it turns out this quick remodel place we went to originally, did not do background checks on their employees who were certainly not qualified. We ended up loosing our deposit of $1,000 and if it hadn't been for Tom we wouldn't have had anything remodeled at all. This team is great if you need a quick turn around with out all the problems.

It went better than expected! When my parents decided that the time had come to update their outdated kitchen and bathroom, I began looking for the right company to do the work. There were so many of them that I wondered how I would ever pick one. Then I looked on Angie's List and was very quickly was able to find Creative Home, due to their very high ratings. I read the reviews, looked at the pictures and decided to call. Max Kikos, the Project Manager, came the next day and spent a long while with us discussing the costs, the process, and even the problems we could run into along the way. In other words, he laid it all out on the table, so that there would be no surprises. His thoroughness and professionalism really impressed us, so we decided to give them a try. And we have not regretted it. Max was with us every step of the way, keeping us informed of what was going to happen each day, and who would be involved. And he was true to his word, making sure that things got done when he said they would. And he was a joy to work with. We were also very impressed with his team of workers. All of them, especially Maxim, were very knowledgeable and thorough, and were very quick to deal with any issues we might have had. In the end, there was nothing to complain about and the rooms turned out far better than we had anticipated. We are very satisfied customers and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a professional company to come into their home and do a great job!
