    Service visit went very well. Fred was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. Good, honest advice on whether to repair or replace the fridge. Also helpful with dryer vent check. Would definitely call again. First choice!

    We could not have been more pleased. Fred was very polite, professional, punctual and clear with his diagnosis. After explaining the problem, he was quick to solve the issues and he repaired our washing machine right away. We would call him again any time!

    We could smell something burning from the oven and I have to turn it off from the electrical pane. I called them and they were very helpful. In the end they said you have to call GE repair hotline cause it concerns my safety.

    US Standard is my "go to" appliance repair company. Boris is an excellent technician - he doesn't do anything he doesn't have to and he has always managed to diagnose and fix perfectly the problems with our appliances. I have had him fix our washer (when the previous repair company wouldn't return after their repair didn't work), our oven (when the heating mechanism went out), and our dryer (twice, after the first dryer lint vent cleaning company I called failed to clean the dryer vent completely and blew out my dryer). Boris is always courteous, thorough and goes the extra mile for us. With the second dryer repair, he came out at the beginning of Easter/Passover weekend when he should have been heading home to be with his family and fixed my dryer so I had it to use over the weekend after a week without it. He is a gem of a human being. Julia in the office is always courteous and helpful, and will do her best to get Boris in touch with me as soon after I call as possible. Their prices are very fair and reasonable and I always feel that I have gotten good value for what I have paid. I highly recommend this company and most especially Boris.

    We have a 36 inch over the stove microwave that was broken. They came out and gave us an estimate to repair. It seemed expensive but a 36 inch microwave is no longer made and to put in side fillers on a 30 inch was not cost effective we chose to repair the microwave. All went well but it took a long time for the parts to come.

    I called and made an appointment. Mr. Crowder arrived on time and was very professional. He quickly identified the cause as a spider web inside one of the parts and showed it to me. Mr. Crowder fixed the stove burner within 15 minutes.

    The service person, Aaron, found the problem immediately, gave me my options and removed the obstruction. The company was courteous and professional from Nicole on the telephone, to Aaron, in all interactions. They gave me a window of time and called 20 minutes before the service person was to arrive. I requested service on 11/01/17 and service was completed 11/02/17.

    We had just filled up with freon 10 months ago, and upon their visit Prime Master Appliance told us we needed more because it was simply low. I wasn't home at the time and called to find out why it was leaking/low. They called back and said it was because we had a Nest Thermostat and they don't service Nest. About 2 hours after they left the AC stopped working again. They blamed the Nest. We bought a new one same day and had it installed. It is not the thermostat. I am going to request that American Home Shield take them off their provider list, they are unable to fix HVAC units and are unprofessional as another reviewer accurately stated.

    Very well. This is the second time we've used Lermans and both times they gave very exceptional and professional service. They arrived on time and worked quickly to assess the issue. What we liked about them the most is their honesty, they didn't try to weasel money out of us trying to fix what wasn't broken. We will definitely use Lerman Appliances again in the future

    I have used them several times. I like them. They are good. They are very helpful. Not only do they know their products and they do good work on things for you, but they will give you suggestions on how to do something. And give you feedback on the products you're using. They don't just fix it, call it a day, and leave. They will tell you to try this or that, so they are helpful. I would use them again.
