  • I made an appointment earlier in the day for my arrival time. I arrived a couple of minutes late. Although I had requested at least one female massage therapist, there wasn't one available. My friend and I took the male massage therapists.  After all, we were a couple of minutes late. We were promptly moved to chairs. We lay down and the chairs were quite comfortable and the music and lighting was relaxing as we soaked our feet. The actual massage was quite painful for both of us at several points. Although I like firm massages, I don't like to feel physical pain, and I did feel this at several different points in the massage. After completion of the massage, we had a glass of water and went to pay. We were told that only cash was accepted but we weren't prepared for this, so they did accept a check for the massage cost, with cash for tip. We headed out after that. My friend and I both felt that we would be unlikely to return.

  • They have the best facility. They totally rocked. They have the highest quality. It’s outstanding in every respect. It is a multimillionaire facility that you can get into at a reasonable price. It was an A plus experience. The office environment is lovely. They are great. Their communication is excellent. The massage people are outstanding. I would use them in the future.

  • It's a beautiful place and has Asian decor. My husband had given me some vouchers. It was wonderful. The staff is really nice. It is very low key and the treatments are fantastic. They have a whole load of treatments and rooms. It is really restful and you don't have to have the music on if you don't want to because I find it really annoying. It drives me nuts. You have to go there to experience it. It is amazing. They work with you. The office is very soothing. I had a body scrub and used the sauna. They wrap you after and it was fantastic. I would love to use them again in the future but it is expensive.

  • The foot massage started with an arm and shoulder massage. The therapist put my feet in warm water but it got cold quickly. She was not very good at massage...I'd call it a rub dow type treatment. She kept rubbing areas and it became uncomforarable. Her name was Helen. There is one room where everyone gets a massage..not super relaxing with people coming in and out. This is where it gets bad. It was done and I paid the front desk lady (tall). I then have her the tip I wanted to give to Helen (I did not see her because I went to the restroom after). She said, "Did you like the massage?". I said it was okay. She said that she accepts a minimum of $5 for tips, no less. I only had $4 dollars on me. I gave it to her again and she refused. When has gratuity become a right?? I was turned off and left.

  • I arrived on time for my appointment and waited for a few minutes in a busy but well appointed area. The surroundings are luxurious. I was the ushered upstairs into a quiet warm room. I have had two different massages at different times, one standard, one which included hot rocks. The masseuses have been pleasant and talented. Very professional. The rooms and architecture are very well decorated, the entire experience is one of being pampered. Had a lovely time both times.

  • I have never had such effective massage. Jennifer has been practicing for 20+ years and is able to draw from a variety of techniques, both conventional and unconventional, to best fit my individual needs. My recent whiplash injury caused me to have migraines from inflammation of neck muscles. Jennifer used both eclectic massage techniques and a less conventional treatment, using crystals, that was extremely effective. I am very much a traditionalist, so was skeptical about crystals. However, my nausea disappeared and the pain diminished to a tiny speck. As a former athlete, I have been treated by many body workers. Jennifer is the hands-down best because she is able to effectively assess each individual's unique needs and treat them using a blend of techniques. I have been her loyal client for 15+ years, including two pregnancies. In my area, her fee is the best I've seen.

  • I love this place. I go there to relax in one of the rooms. The massages are quality. Many of them are good. The place is so beautiful & relaxing. The massages are priced a bit less than many other spas of this high-end quality. I suggest going there to the hot tub room prior to a massage for ultra relaxation.

  • It is an experience and they are very oriental. There are quite a number of masseuses there. They do skin exfoliation and facial, not just massage. They really work with you.
