The care at this office is excellent, from both chiropractors. My wife has also begun seeing them, with good results. (Note that I have been seeing her weekly until I am symptom-free, but Angie's List doesn't provide an option to say that)

I have been going to her periodically, intermittently over the years when I have a condition that comes up. She is reliable and good at what she does. She is thoughtful and strategic about everything that she does. Something comes up and she doesn’t know about it, the next time I go to her office and I would often find that she has looked it up in the literature or article and we discuss it. She does a lot of Active Release therapy, so it is not as much of a spinal manipulation. She never tried to sell me a weekly maintenance routine which some chiropractic do. She has diagnosed problems for me that couldn’t have been diagnosed and that I had to take back to my medical doctor. I just got myself checked last week and I called my doctor and he said I’m not suppose to be taking medicines but go ahead and take it anyway. I went to her and she got me relocated in the right places. I would be hearing by end of the week, without the medication. She knows when she can’t help and can help me.   She doesn’t keep me coming in and again the way some chiropractic would make me do for a lifelong program. She has never done that with me. She does her job and doesn’t expect me to live in her office. Her treatment was very effective and for what she does, there isn’t anybody else who is more effective. Her office environment is very nice. I never had to wait at her office and her staff is great. She and I work together very well. I love the way she thinks and she is fantastic. My billing is taken care by my insurance. I would using again in the future; I probably go to her office for one more time for my condition.

She is a chiropractor and an athlete.  She is also well versed in all kinds of injuries, chiropractic or otherwise.  She is fantastic.  I have an upper back and neck problem due to tennis and as I still continue to play so she adjusts that for me.  She also does soft tissue work in the area.  Dr Pleskovitch is fantastic and always positive.  She is always receptive to what is going on with you at that time.  She has great staff who are always super helpful when you call and have questions.  She also has unbelievable massage therapist who warm you up before she comes in.  She has all around knowledgeable and wonderful people and it is a pleasure to go in. Her availability is great and when I call I can usually get in within 1 or 2 days. She is usually on time.  Her billing and administration is wonderful.  We had a few issues because my mom pays from Georgia but it is good.

She is a chiropractor, but does a lot of other stuff as well. Her goal is to find out exactly what the issues are and see what the healing possibilities are. Initially she does an overall examination. She then does a specific evaluation of the issue and then treatment if required. She is very intuitive and sensitive. She is very caring about her patients. Her quality of service and professionalism are all good.

My family and I have all been going to her for chronic issues. She has been fabulous in mitigating back pain, and come up with long strategies on how to help. She has done a fabulous job on my wife with her acute injuries. She also treats us for shoulder injuries, muscles tear, thigh issues, and other soft tissue problems. She is an extraordinary doctor. My insurance takes care of the doctor's fees. My overall experience with her has been great.

Dr. Mary Ann Furda is highly experienced and takes a lot time to diagnose and treat issues via chiropractic. She's blunt and sardonic, which I didn't mind for some time, because in the end I appreciate honesty and clarity (traits she does have). However, it took me a while to realize she's one of those health practitioners who Can Never Be Wrong. An attitude which, frankly, made me weary. The key issues is that every time I mentioned getting help and treatment from another person, she dismissed or discouraged the experience. I had foot problems which were being treated slowly but successfully by a physical therapist. While I was in the middle of being treated, I had seen Dr. Furda (for another issue), but thought it couldn't hurt to mention it. She treated my foot, but upon hearing of a physical therapist her response was, "Well, I want to work with this person, but..." She was already disapproving of my seeing someone who Was Not Her. She then dismissed the idea of using any kind of orthopedics (whether expensively custom made, or less pricey over-the-counter), saying that she always felt that going around barefoot was the best thing in the world. Ooookay, I was thinking to myself, that's not helpful for those of us who don't spend much time barefoot, whether by choice, habit or circumstance. Example #2. I've been very happy with my massage therapist, and at one point I had mentioned this to Dr. Furda. When I told her the name, she frowned and shook her head. "Oh, I only recommend massage therapists I train myself." I could understand a teacher wanting to encourage her students and her school of thought. But instead she just came off as stubborn and narrow-minded. So in the meantime I've settled on a chiropractor who has a much more easy-going, open and friendlier bedside manner.

I have sent a number of members of my family to him. I've been to a lot of other chiropractors. He doesn't do the snap and crack. He has methods to solve problems in a very positive way.
