    Nasser, Dr. Susan M.
Everyone in this office couldn't be nicer, and more professional. I've been seeing the NP, who is terrific. On my third appointment, Dr. Nasser came in and introduced herself. I have a big aversion to doctors, so for me to be so comfortable in a doctors office is unheard of. I'm also not the best patient. I think they do an awesome job.

    Martinez, Dr. Gonzalo G.
He has great bedside manner, and he listens very well. He listens to what your concerns are, and he kind of believe what you say as opposed to other doctors that thinks they know what is right. On the other hand, it is hard to get in there.

    Jensen, Dr. David
He was recommended to me by a friend.  He is friendly, personable, and answers my questions.  He is good but his office management is awful.  His office management needs improvement in scheduling of appointments and responsiveness.  This past week when I called, I spent 30 minutes on the line; it was transferred 5 times and put on hold 5 times.  I am looking for another doctor and I would use him only until I find another one.

    Jensen, Dr. David
In may of 2010 I brought my son to Dr. Jensen's office for a routione physical and immunizations. It was our first time going to this office. Dr. Jensen refused to fill out my sons summer camp form unless I paid for a second physical out of pocket. He was not friendly or easy to deal with or talk to. When I brought him in they needed to order his immunizations so we had to come back in two weeks. No big deal, except that this year 2011 when i tried to schedule his immunization they again told me to come in so the doctor could see him then they would order his immunizations and i could bring him back in two weeks to get them. I tried to explain to them i have to work so if we could look up what he needs and order it before we come in so we could save me the extra day off work that would be better. The receptionist immediately refused without talking to the doctor or anyone else. I tried to explain to her again that it was a wasted trip to come in so the doctor could look at his chart and order the shot then come back again later to give it to him. She seemed a little upset that I didnt accept her first answer and told me she will transfer me to the nurses station and I can leave a message and before I could say anything else like lets go ahead and schedule the appointment she transferred me. I called her back and told her thank you for transferring me without me saying ok I would still like to schedule his appointment. At this point she seemed very upset by my bothering her and told me fine your appointment is such and such and immediately hung up on me. I would not reccomend this office for any type of service. Everyone there is hard to deal with and not accomadating in any way from the receptionist all the way to Dr. jensen himself. They seem more concerned with how they can get more money out of you and your insurance than meeting your needs or providing care. I think some of thier actions are borderline fraudulent and possibly illegal. I will be changing offices immediately and will be reporting them to my insurance.

    Garrison, Dr. Ric S.
From the moment I entered the exam room, I was not treated with respect. After I had disrobed and was waiting on the exam table in a paper vest and paper cloth over my lap, two different persons came in to look for various supplies from the supply closet located in my room. In addition, the nurse who was preparing the supplies for Dr. Garrison did not know where the supplies were located or what supplies were needed for a PAP smear. As Dr. Garrison performed the breast exam, he answered his cell phone and proceeded to discuss the person calling's schedule and what was on the menu for lunch. After never having a problem with my blood pressure before, Dr. Garrison informed me that it was high. Gee, I wonder why... After going over my family medical history (this was my first and last visit with Dr. Garrison), explaining that my mother was first diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 41 and passed away at the age of 53, I asked Dr. Garrison if he could schedule me for a mammogram. His response was that I didn't need to worry about that until after I turned 40. Bad information. Prior to moving to California 2 yrs ago, I had scheduled mammograms every year since the age of 32. I have found the medical care in the Lancaster/Palmdale area to be less than satisfactory. Since Dr. Garrison's visit, I have resisted finding another family physician because I fear being treated poorly and inadequately again.
